I don't think this will ever rise again except in case of P&D. I was one of the investor in the ICO and I suffered quite a good lose in this one.
Me too. i voiced my concerns from right after they did step one (take money) that they never thought it through, but idiots gave them 100k, so they proceeded

YOUR "VOTE" on their months of BS, DONT MEAN SHIT: THEY OWNED 51% FROM THE START (and have swayed the votes in their favor since with it)
YOU bought them a farm, which, ALTHOUGH in 2016 had the BEST GPU PROFITS EVER, returned 1% a MONTH
WAKE UP, this was a scam from the beginning, but they have been working hard to solidify it since, so your prob screwed.
