541  Economy / Economics / Re: Food for thought on: December 21, 2023, 11:01:03 AM
Problem is that starting a business and maintaining it is far easier said than done op. Furthermore, only some people have proper business related skills while the rest lack them due to which this is a risky proposition.

Instead, I advise investing in low-cap altcoins with great potential and HODL which could lead to a great secondary source of income in the future if they explode.

Without proper skills and investment, it's really hard to start anything. There are too many of us on the planet, so it's kinda impossible for each of us to have a business and make money from it. I guess it's on each of us to try and some will succeed, some will fail, that's life...

When it comes to investing in low-cap alts I like the idea, but like with every other investment it's hard to find the right one, and there's that period of waiting, some people can afford to wait, and others need money today.

I have only one advice, people should try different things while they are young... it's easier to take some risks when we are alone without family to support. When late years come it's hard to find time and energy for additional jobs and taking care of family.

Hey right, current situation with Bitcoin Chain Fees is really insane. And it's not even clear when the fee situation can settle down. Obviously many players even very much interested in playing at our website may hesitate to deposit not to pay such fees.

So definitely we will be introducing new currencies soon.

That would be great if you guys could tell what you think we should add - which currencies the community prefers more.

Let's make a list of top-3 most requested!
Throw ideas right here please!

Much appreciated!

I think you should start with Litecoin, XRP, Tron, Doge, and BNB... and I think it would be a good idea to add some other chains: BEP20, TRC20, and I am not a big fan of Polygon, Solana, Cronos, and some others but I think that many people are using them as well.

Bitcoin fees are crazy high, so you need to hurry up with adding new coins. I am sure that many people hesitate to move Bitcoins these days. So good luck with choosing and adding new coins.
543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Michael Jordan a gambling addict ? on: December 20, 2023, 09:56:28 PM
I said many times that we all are addicts...

Quote
What is defined as an addiction?
Addiction is when you have a strong physical or psychological need or urge to do something or use something.

And we all have strong physical or psychological needs or urges to do some things... deal with it, we are all humans, and we have our passions & desires. Ultimately, it is important whether we can control that or it will control us, whatever that is.

And M. Jordan is a rich guy, he can afford to be addicted to whatever he wants and that will not hurt his business and family. Simply, he has too much money so he can afford to have it all.

The site looks great, the ultimate crypto betting guide, there are so many things... I guess it will take some time to go through everything. Tips & tools attract the most attention for now, and it seems that there are very useful things there.

Best wishes for the site launch! Good luck Gosus! Smiley

...
I will rather stake my coins on binance than stake on BetFury, and this is because, on binance, if anything goes wrong, we know who to drag, or at least, contact.
But for BetFury, we do not know who the owner of the casino is, we do not know who we are giving our money to., I feel that they made the APY attractive for a reason, which could be dubious, but then, we can never tell for sure, only the future will tell, but whatever or how ever, I am not putting my money on BetFury.

More than valid points... Binance is a better choice when it comes to staking, especially if we talk about big amounts. But it's crypto staking, people should risk only what they can afford to lose, in some big exchange or casino.

Until now Betfury is holding pretty well and I don't see any reason to not trust them in the long run, I believe they are here to stay, but as you say we can never tell for sure. It's on us to try it and bear the risk, if we think it's worth it... Except for BFG, I don't plan to lock/stake some other coins on Betfury.
546  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: December 19, 2023, 08:55:58 PM
Do you have to KYC on BC.game now? I saw lots of stuff a few months ago and reluctant to sign up if i have to jump through hoops to get any money out

I am playing on BC.Game since they started and they never asked me for KYC... You don't have to worry about the KYC part if you are a fair player, at least it's my experience, and since I play under BTCGosu I know that other Gosu players are playing freely for years without KYC and any other issues.

It's good to know withdrawals are instant, as on other sites. I'm not a fan of waiting forever, well who is.  Grin
I'm about to try their withdrawal soon so, I'll also have my own experience to tell about their instant withdrawals.

All my deposits & withdrawals were instant on BC.Games. So I guess that you don't have to worry about this.
547  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO | SPORTSBOOK & CASINO on: December 19, 2023, 07:27:09 PM
5000 sats to 1 mbtc? Holy moly. That's a big change. Blasted ordinals/inscriptions are creating chaos everywhere in the cryptocurrency market these days and are breaking records in a bad way.
The change is a lot but there are also some other casino who charge more than this lol. Fees have been a pain these days. I have paid at least $200 fee this month already lol.
I agree, look at this withdrawal fee from bc.game more than 0.0015 btc.

Luckily bc.game has a swap feature. Hopefully, coins.game will also have a swap feature soon. Right now we can only swap JETs to any cryptocurrency available.

Well, the swap feature is a good thing... and comes in handy especially in this kind of situation when BTC fees are raging. And when we are around useful features I think that more settings for auto betting would be nice to see, with some live stats if possible. Smiley

Is anyone planning to join Coins.Game slot contest? I guess the more of us, the more fun... I already posted some nice wins. Good luck players.

549  Economy / Gambling / Re: Joya.Casino| Rewarding Casino| Huge Welcome and VIP Bonus| 20% Weekly CashBack on: December 19, 2023, 03:35:36 PM
The KYC process at this casino is rude, we will find requirements like:

Notarized documentation: Your documents may need to be authenticated by an appropriately qualified Notary/Solicitor, signed and stamped as proof of legitimacy upon our request.

While deposits are in crypto they will ask for your credit/debit card.

We need both sides of the cards signed, we need to see the first 6 digits of the cards as well as the last 4 digits, you should cover the other numbers as well as the CVV code.

While bigger the user wins harder will be the kick process, that's why i hardly recommend to user read the TOS before deciding to create an account.
That's some hardcore KYC requirements right there, you have to notarize your documents that's presented to them? What the hell did these casino experienced that they're doing these kind of requirements? I assume that someone's got them really good by creating a KYC with fake documents and stuff so they do this but this is still a hardcore one. You saved a lot of people's time by giving out this warning, some people like me don't really read the fine prints of the stuff that I agree on the Internet so thank you for that and also, it's kind of weird why they're asking for your credit card? Aren't the numbers in the credit cards not for anyone's eyes to see?

I can't agree more with Code200, there are some hardcore KYC requirements, and I can't say I have seen something similar before. Who knows what happens to them when they have such strict rules?

Anyway, Seoincorporation deserves all the credit, he saved us from reading the ToS, it's one of the things I don't like to do at all... and if Joya doesn't reconsider these strict KYC rules I doubt that many people from here will try this casino, including me. After all, many of us avoid casinos with mandatory KYC, and some of those casinos doesn't have so strict KYC rules.
550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has gambling ever whispered you with different strategic prediction measures? on: December 19, 2023, 10:58:01 AM
...
Then probably sometimes you want to try a new trick by closing your eyes while picking your predictions or hitting the slots.

When we "hit slots" it's not so important whether we do it with our eyes open or closed... it is only important that we choose the stakes, if we choose that without looking, we may lose the whole balance very quickly.

When it comes to other games it's pretty hard to play them without looking, so I don't see a point in that. I understand when we get in tilt mode and we make some crazy bets without much thinking, but that's a totally different thing. Both things are not good definitely, but playing without looking is quite foolish, if someone doesn't wish to watch the game better close the casino window and do something else.

554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Local Base Or International Based Online Casino on: December 18, 2023, 05:39:00 PM
Well, I gamble only with crypto... I don't even think about playing in local casinos, even thou they have their online versions now and offer some nice promotions. Here in Serbia, we don't have some "special & unique" games like cockfighting, but even if there were something similar I would never bet on animal fights, that's not my taste.

I will stick to crypto gambling and classical games, without any kind of victims. I never understood people who bet on animal fights and races, why would anyone do that when there are many games around that don't hurt anyone, especially some helpless animals?
555  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceX.cc ❤️ crypto dice, 11 cryptocurrencies, bonuses, faucet on: December 18, 2023, 03:49:59 PM
- No, terms & condition change to rules (It's really not suitable + don't understand)
- Cannot access anything before register
- Website seems like back to 2010
- @OP Response on thread, weird like not in the topic

I think people should agree, these kind of activity already make some a few red flags people are should avoid or not playing on the casino. Cause, seem like just not right by basic due diligency check.

I think the same about this casino and I agree with you that these points raised some red flags... and when there are red flags, I mean if there's even one red flag, people should be extra careful. By that I mean we should avoid making deposits, but if someone decides to check the casino despite all the red flags, he should make some small deposit.

Well, Isabel needs a different approach... she needs to be more cooperative, and if she behaves nicely she can get nice advice on how to improve her casino, after all, there are many experienced people here.
556  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to self exclude from anonymous gambling sites on: December 18, 2023, 07:22:38 AM
KYC will be required to all casino sooner or later , like what happened in Mixing company , Casino site is also a place where Laundering is happening and the government will always against that so in time casino will be the next target.

Mixing services can't be compared with casinos... Mixer services serve to hide the origin of the coins, you can cover your traces by using mixers, and it's clear why governments are making moves against mixers. And maybe you are right that casinos will be the next target, but that will not be for the same reasons, in many countries gambling is legal and casinos will just have to register there and pay taxes if they wish to operate.

But I would like to believe that we will always have some casinos around that will not have mandatory KYC, it's the spirit of crypto... to be free and open for all.
557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a "gambling problem" which you can sometimes control for years? on: December 17, 2023, 03:51:08 PM
Let's start with the simple choice: Do you consider yourself to have a gambling problem affecting your happiness, security, relationships, finances, etc? (Yes or No)
Now, here is something a bit different: Do you have a "gambling problem" which you can sometimes control for years? Either you make enough income to call it "adult play", so you do not have real problems, and/or you simply stop for a long time. Then - months or years later - it gets worse again and you are in trouble.

(First question was above)
(Second question) Either way, when it's time to stop, how exactly do you do it? (For example) Change other habits, go new places, exercise more, stop drinking, simply "swear off" gambling... How exactly do you stop? Thank you.

Gambling is not a problem if we can control ourselves, it's a nice activity that can bring some fun and excitement... Gambling can become a problem for those who are irresponsible with money. When someone gambles with money that they cannot afford to lose, or worse, with other people's (borrowed) money, they risk getting into an unsolvable situation, that is just an introduction to other problems that will affect one happiness, security, relationships, finances and everything else.

I don't plan to stop with my gambling habits, I like to have fun and gamble from time to time. But when I decide to stop I will simply close the casino window and that would be the end of my gambling career. I think that there is no universal answer to the question of how to stop a habit, we are all different... I believe that it is best to just give up, turn to the other side, and find another occupation... it's how I end things in life. It's a bit painful in the first days, but that passes.
558  Economy / Economics / Re: Sea Piracy, it's effect on the local economy on: December 17, 2023, 12:12:06 PM
Countries that face this high level of piracy are mostly those without a sustainable rule of law. The people behind the piracy are been encouraged by other top officials who is real sense disguise themselves and fight pirates only in their chambers while protecting the real ones on the seas because of the wealth they acquire from those pirates that engage in those acts. I don’t see anything hard in wielding the sword against pirates, but you can’t harm them because they are being protected from the inside .

What rule of law is in one of the least developed countries in the world? With an average annual income of $500 is one of the poorest countries in the world, and where the poverty is high there are many illegal activities. I guess we can say that their government is making sure things to stay like that because they have fingers in everything, they are just on top of the food chain.

...
I am here to ask if anyone has considered this. We always have a choice. Piracy cannot be the sole option for personal economic growth unless it significantly contributes to the economy of these countries. It brings in quick and substantial money for the pirates, who then spend the money in their local economy. It functions as a wealth distribution system. Even people in these places might not want piracy to end because of the indirect benefits on their local economy. Do you think I am correct here?

We always have a choice, but sometimes we are forced to choose the lesser of two evils... Sometimes it can be pretty hard to pick the most ethical path, I would say it's especially hard for people with empty stomachs.

While reading the OP post and going through the topic, Pablo Escobar came to my mind, and how he invested drug money in his hometown. Illegal activities are everywhere around and if done on some high level they bring a lot of money into the local economy... and I can say that we can conclude that governments are included in those illegal activities, in one way or another. But while many people think that we need stricter rules and more police I don't think that can help much... just look at the wars on drugs. After +50 years there are more drugs and more criminals.

559  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Christmas Bonuses - Suggestions Anyone? on: December 17, 2023, 08:56:53 AM
I’d suggest using stake.com, they give out bonus codes on their telegram daily until christmas day, and they’re also hosting pretty big wager competitions, but you have to wager a decent amount to even get a prize. They also do weekly raffles, and the prizes are increased for christmas.

Well, all bonus codes are connected to wagering in one way or another... you need to have a decent amount wagered or you need to wager a lot before you can claim the prize. When it comes to wagering competitions it's hard to compete on those in all popular casinos... even harder with limited bankroll. I used to compete before, but I stopped with that. I don't have as much free time as I used to have, and with a small bankroll, we are forced to play for hours if we wish to compete with some whales. Of course, we need to be lucky enough to not bust the balance in the meantime.
560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does match fixing concern you often? on: December 16, 2023, 09:00:23 PM
...
What have your experiences about this been? Is match fixing considered a common occurrence in leagues you place bets at?

It's hard to tell, I think we all learned that fixed games are everywhere... but who would really tell if some game is fixed or not? Of course, losers will complain, but winners will stand up for otherwise... as always! Smiley

I believe there are fixed games in every sport, but it's really hard to find which games are fixed... fixing games is done on some really high levels, ordinary people like us don't have access to that.
