Relying on a manager or any person who does not belong to internal team of the casino is risky. It will be harder to update the announcement thread in future when a person and the project team no longer work with each other.

I can't agree more with Code200, there are some hardcore KYC requirements, and I can't say I have seen something similar before. Who knows what happens to them when they have such strict rules?

Anyway, Seoincorporation deserves all the credit, he saved us from reading the ToS, it's one of the things I don't like to do at all... and if Joya doesn't reconsider these strict KYC rules I doubt that many people from here will try this casino, including me. I don't know why they are exaggerating this issue of kyc, this is because when people do kyc in their casino, the person takes a selfie photo holding their ID with a photo on the ID, which makes it very easy for the software to easily recognize between the ID and the person's face, the person also enters proof of residence, and we all know that the proof of residence has the person's full name, so it is easy for them to look at the full name that is on the ID and the full name that is on the ID document. proof of residence and it is proven whether it is the same person and whether the documents are true or not. That's why I can't understand why they are exaggerating so much to the point of asking for the documents to be authenticated
