541  Economy / Speculation / Re: Demise of bitcoin under Eth on: June 12, 2017, 12:52:12 PM
Today most of the coins are going down ETH is very strong and almost up 13%. Any good news about ETH?
Good eye seems from the top 5 coins on coinmarketcap ethereum is the only coin to register a gain at the moment.

Where exactly is Electra from...never heard people speculate about it and volume ratio to total supply worries, is this even a good coin to consider investing in?

543  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin may not be number one for long on: June 12, 2017, 10:40:53 AM
Competition is good for business but ethereum is far from dethroning bitcoin because the future does not guarantee its gain in value and eth network has not been fully tested and loaded to see how well it will hold up. If only btc transactions with low low fees could not be broadcast on the network am sure this scalability problem would not have happened.
544  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | BEST NFL and EPL odds anywhere! on: June 10, 2017, 01:07:22 PM
As of late the Grading has been amazing within 1 minute of an event concluding, been getting my withdrawals quickly also instantly...
Not bothered to visit the site in a long time but things certainly look like they have improved and interface runs smoother, BRAVO Cloudbet.

lol from what I know, Cloudbet usually if the #1 place for online sports betting with Bitcoin. The payouts are pretty decent though I don't know how many people used the website during 2017 becuase there was a large amount of people stating that the Cloudbet team was trying to scam people.

It might not be true, who knows. I just use caution when looking for Casino's that I can play in.
I guess the race for best sportsbook is on after Directbet closed their doors and if their grading is now faster they have a shot at #1 after losing so many customers to this delayed payments and grading.
545  Economy / Speculation / Re: IS BITCOIN GOING BACK DOWN? on: June 10, 2017, 10:46:50 AM
WHAT IS THE HONEST OPINION OF EVERYONE HERE?

WILL WE SEE A DIP BACK DOWN TO THE 1,500 RANGE OR NAAH??

SPEAK ON IT.
Hell no!
Dipping back to low prices of this range will see a shift of interest into other cryptocurrencies.
As you know by now other users are waiting for bitcoin to go as high as a million dollars and atm we waiting for bitcoin to break the 3000 dollar barrier.
546  Economy / Services / Re: Recharge or Top up your mobile phone in any country. Skrill and Bitcoin accepted on: June 10, 2017, 07:54:02 AM

Nobody as vouched for your service how do we know your service is even a genuine business?
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Monaco Card Bounty Program - Earn Reward For your Support on: June 08, 2017, 04:43:43 PM
Hey OP or dev does this " 3 Posts Articles will be accepted in .com .net .org and other premium websites and blogs" mean that one user can submit up to 3 different articles to be eligible for a triple payment.
It looks like it's allowed to create 3 articles with a single user account, although there's no statement about it at the beginning of the thread ..
3 blog posts in premium blogs with .com, net .org and other premium posts will be accepted. no more than 3 blog posts.
thanks for the clarification.

-snip-
thanks mate Smiley
it actually there in the opening thread>>>https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1924985.0 point number 8 Blog/Media under Terms, Rules and Conditions check them out.

549  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Currency storage suggestions on: June 08, 2017, 05:48:01 AM
For the sake of not losing your investment holding coins on an exchange for a long time has its own flaws, funds might get locked up without notice because of new compliances or your might get hacked and wallets swept clean,
Your best choice should be cold storage or a desktop wallet that gives to access to the private keys of the wallet or try out jaxx a multicoin wallet.
550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: June 07, 2017, 09:55:04 PM
Gambling for me only means two things, win or lose! Make money or lose money
_______________________________________________________________________________ __________

Games that can earn a lot of money with the right skills and predictions in a match or bet Cheesy
if gambling was so profitable many casinos would have been closed by now because they would have been paying colossal sums of cash
551  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is bubble? on: June 07, 2017, 09:06:08 AM
Thank you for your advice and comments, I realized that I can invest some of my money that do not need it
but its better i think this is like a gambling, because of that there is always risk into investing money on bitcoin
Investing in bitcoin is not like other altcoins that can be dumped by the whales to kill its value and maybe is far much better than gambling because the loss is minmal if your investing for a long term ROI.

553  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it worth buying bitcoins now? (2000$ /btc) on: June 05, 2017, 05:28:40 PM
Hello,

I was wondering if it was worth it to buy bitcoins right now at the price of $2000,- /btc.
I can also wait till it drops to maybe 1800$-1900$, but would that make a huge difference?

I'm now just holding my coins, but im not making really good profits as I only have around 0.5BTC

Shawns
In my opinion there's no way for bitcoins price to fall around 1500 usd per bitcoin. Hence, my advice is to buy a lot of bitcoin until its price is not that expensive because, I guess bitcoins price will hike again soon. There's a possiblity that bitcoin will pump again.

Bitcoin's price now is a little high, and it is not preferable to buy it now, though it depends on how you will be taking these risk. These upcoming August, the splitting will happen and there are many bitcoin users against it, these may create a panic and may also result into a dump.
We might say it's a high price to pay today but tomorrow people will keep saying the same thing with the I wish i had bought at the price of $2000. I guess its worth buying bitcoins now as there is no wrong time of buying bitcoins because there is aways a profit at whichever price you get you btc at... and we never seeing that suggested dip of 1800$-1900$ anytime soon
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SONM or GNT on: June 05, 2017, 01:19:44 PM
i have seen more of SONM on the forum through their signature campaigns than GNT but surprisingly its seems GNT was actually unveiled to the forum earlier which gave the project a head start but I can't tear the two apart because both are good massive projects and I like the ideas behind them with very similar use of their super computers
555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: June 04, 2017, 03:09:05 PM
I only get to be asked about bitcoin whenever i put on my bitcoin logo shirt...

I find it to be a fun way for people to decode what they know about the digital currency and share with them what i know because you can not just start such a topic out of nowhere Roll Eyes
556  Economy / Exchanges / Re: JAXX vs Coinbase: Which is better and why? on: June 02, 2017, 12:20:10 PM
Both are good online wallets but micro payments dont work well with both wallets just like on an exchange which sees them as spam to the network or generous donations to them but given a chance to pick between the two, i would go for jaxx because its a multi coin wallet and its on several operating systems for our convinence and you get access to your private key.
557  Economy / Services / Re: Got scammed? Get your money back! Deanonymizer service. on: June 02, 2017, 08:26:13 AM
Rarely scammers have been spot on in this forum. Very few of them have been found and leaked their real name, address ,phone number , email etc. Your service maybe great for many people and may see you as their only hope to find who the scammer is but I don't think one person alone to have the capability to spot many scammers. If you can do it, you better apply for a private investigator job.

That's pretty much what i did while working in debt collection service. You would be surprised to know how many people brag about not paying back while they have money when they have this feeling of anonymity.
If it's possible to find them using the information provided, I will find them.
Considering you have experience with debt collection maybe you can be interested in this bounty

Payment is in the range of 0.05 BTC to 0.2 BTC, which is also within your minimal fee.

559  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: That day when Bitcoin hits $50,000.- on: May 31, 2017, 06:24:53 AM
If bitcoins value raises as high as $50,000 we should expect less petty payments which makes some altcoins valuable to use for this purpose
and maybe I would sell half of my stacked coins in exchange of alts.
Hope we live longer to see this day come.
