There's no coin safe for trading. Place your investment in coins in the top ten of coin market cap for long term unless you know how to trade but if you are a newbie in cryptocurrency, forget trading or else you will lose your money. |

I hope it will not go down as it is a crash. Many investors and people who are willing to join the cryptocurrency craze will not anymore gain interest if that happen. And that will make bitcoin dead which I will say is unlikely to happen because of the huge community supporter and its popularity.

Ripple has huge community. It just cannot be dead like that. It is one of the coins which people believe (definitely not me) will moon because of its usefulness and purpose in the banking industry. So I guess, until there are so many believers, XRP will live just like bitcoin. |

If you are holding coin for long term, just be sure you are holding the right coin and the potential to grow at the right time is really expected. And what coin do I mean? These are coins with a purpose to live forever. I am holding bitcoin, ethereum, and ETC. Other coins can have potential to grow too over time just do your own research to get the right coin for long term investment.

Buy the dip. Of course invest in cryptocurrency which is in the top 10 of the coin market cap. Bitcoin, ethereum, XRP which is a coin by the banking sector, the ADA coin in which the technology is believed to be a solid run for investors. ETC my favorite because it will give its investors a good sum of money in the long term. So its up to you to choose from the top 10 up to 30 line up in the cmc. |

I really told them about bitcoin, my friends family relatives and even neighbors. They seem to be very very interested to invest but I found out that when bitcoin price or value goes down, they rant and can't deny the fact that bitcoin's price is going down too, meaning to say the volatility or risk is higher too. Ah, they just want an investment that never lose.

Why are so many people affected by the movement of bitcoin? They are always negative when bitcoin does not reach the expected resistance. If you are a newbie then cryptocurrency investing is not good for you because you are affected when bitcoin value is down at the price you do not expect to be. But if you are a trader, this is normal.
There maybe ups and there maybe downs in the cryptocurrency movement because of bitcoin. But I believe bitcoin will forever be the king of cryptocurrencies.

I find it if the Team of a certain project has a good background. And also of their platform. I have been in experiencing lot of projects and sure they are all good.
I read the white paper first and check the in website if the project's idea is realistic and how it will follow what's in the road map. I also check the composition of the team. That's how I evaluate any other ICO I am joining in. |

Nothing impossible in cryptocurrency world. However, if ethereum reach 15K by the end of this year then I believe bitcoin is 10X higher than ethereum. I am confident ethereum will only reach around 2500 to 3K as others predicted too. |

I hate poloniex. Until now I am not yet verified. It is still processing? Other users or traders are already verified in just one day. I use government ID but until now they don't accept it? Poloniex does not accept government ID? I heard it is valid to get verified. I don't know what they want. All my coins are already withdrawn anyway. |

I am a bitcoin follower but if you think you can be richer by investing in altcoins other than bitcoin, it is up to you. I don't mind if it is not bitcoin. It is your way of thinking.
What I mean to say is, bitcoin has the technology and other cryptocurrency and altcoins are just garbage, so that is when where people enter- when there is coins that do not live up to their expectation and losing big amount of money. They will hate it and there came division of followers here, the haters and the believers.

as of today (when I write) bitcoin price are back up from it's critical loss ranging from 9019$ to 9074$ does this the topic that we should talk about now! From my perspective it is coming impossible to none to some small businessmen when regard to investing, a lot of investor would doubt the volatile price charts that where given up to us for the past two or three weeks. it is also hard to make a prediction to some local exchange site btc/eth, btc/bcc, btc/$... and so on I will put it as friendly as possible but this could be the time most of us will surely fail to achieve her/his goal. gambling,trading,investing,etc..   This could be the start of good or something much more sinister foreboding. Bitcoin is not yet moving up. It is not even close again to test 10K USD. But I guess, it is still not yet late to buy at this stage because it is still way down from the ATH, almost 20K last December 2017. So do not say yet it is moving up because it is just staying at the border of 8K to 9K. Better to buy more. |

Some people invest in BTC for long period of time with an expectation of large amount. And some people invest for short period of time with an aim to short gain by using the volatility. Which one you choose most? and Why? Just sharing ideas.
Both are good to consider. However, if you are not an expert trader or technical trader using short gain by using bitcoin volatility is risky especially if you are risking or investing big amount of money. So it is better to hold for long period of time because bitcoin is a good hold than any other cryptocurrency or altcoins. |

Coin janitor ICO caught my attention. It is because of its unique idea of the project where dead coin will be brought to life. By paying users of the dead coin they will be able to trade it and bring value to it. So I guess it is pretty unique idea that would help owner to bring their coin to get with value again.

Do you guys think that it is possible to be successful if I want to hold ( a year), but look at the charts only once a week (even less), then trade only if I see a huge loss? Let's say I set a loss of 10% now, will I have to trade a lot?

It depends on how many coins you hold and what coins you had. If it is a shit coin, sell it. It will only make you poorer. If you are only holding minimal amount of coins 1 year is not enough to trigger a huge amount of profit but if you are holding a good and big amount of coins then, you are going to profit big amounts too. Avoid looking at any chart because it may tempt you to sell and you may think that you are losing. |

I want to know what you guys think  Is $900 realistic? I bought at $900 so I'm hoping I just break even. I don't really think it will hit back to $1000 because of the short pumps and whales taking profit repeating. It seems too low for the end of the year prediction for ETH price. I believe it will be around 2000 USD to 2500. Ethereum has recently reached the 700 USD mark but just gone back to 600 USD level and I feel it will climb up until it reached the 2.5K value. |
