I don't think so. From my point of view, the media (online newspapers, TV etc.) has done nothing but PROMOTING bitcoin. I read daily in the newspapers how good bitcoin is and why we all should use it. Even with the recent ransomware attack, I can't say that the media focused on bitcoins, but rather how we all should stay safe on the internet and update our systems.
Media cannot promote it directly, because there service rate gets degraded. When something a decentralized system is promoted soon a question could get arose against the concern channel. As stated the didn't focused on bitcoin, but the term was used all the time while spoken about ransomware attack. This has made users the intention to know more about it and be a part of it. |

I sell at regular intervals whenever I get btc and keep in mind x% of profit. Whenever it reaches that I sell of majority of it and keep small as a future investment. Rest all are sold immediately considering the btc price volatility and its future in respective country.

it should happened now , unfortunately the big problem are on government side. they will never accept bitcoin easily , they can not take benefit from a decentralized thing like bitcoin , they prefer to play with fiat especially USD currency , the strongest currency ( after bitcoin of course  ) . bitcoin always against the world , and i like that style. But many Governments started accepting bitcoin as centralized money in many countries. Almost all the country's bank and financial institutions are working out the explore the block chain technology to get the space to implement the bitcoin as option for payment in banking. I hope we may see that in 10 years. USD can be easily exchanged in many countries now, in future bitcoin will be rock everywhere in that place. certain country only , mostly still consider bitcoin as not a currency . a dumb government sometimes are so stubborn , bitcoin clearly could make things easier than the current banking system, it is indeed some developed country has show the interest about blockchain technology and start make a research , but the rest of the world will still struggle to figure out about this as they mostly still fight from poverty. It is sure that one day or another we will see the price reach $3k or $6k , the only thing we all are waiting for is when , when will bitcoin hit 5k.
