I think Op should create a proper scam accusation thread or update the existing one with the latest news to inform forum stuff about the scam and let them take proper steps against Atlant.
There are plenty of additional problems which popped up lately with bounty payments. This is just insane what Atlant is doing with bounty campaign and bounty hunters.
For sure proper steps are needed to take against Atlant team. They abused this bounty to a maximum.

I will update this thread because there are additional problems with this bounty campaign in the last few months.

Let us all be fair guys. You know, this project had somehow failed the bounty participants early on.
KYC per se is something I admit is almost necessary nowadays, given the fact that government regulations require a lot to those projects that want to be duly registered. Atlant I believe is going through the legal way to develop their project.
However, it is not hard for the project to give the bounty participants here enough time to comply. You do not just come with a late announcement and then forfeit everything from those who complied late. A lot of people were not able to comply, including me, because the process of payment has already been going on for several months. Everything seemed to be smooth sailing. And then all of a sudden, changes are made. And it is not just a little change. We are talking here of passing KYC, which will not be approved in an hour or two. Actually, bounty participants could be spared from it. After all, not all of them will be using the platform. They just helped promote this project in exchange for some tokens.
Also, 1 ETH is too much. That might even be higher than the payment itself. This is the first time that I encountered a bounty campaign that requires participants to pay 1 ETH to receive their bounty. It is simply insane. It goes beyond reason.
Bounty participants of this project have been treated rather poorly. Please be considerate!

I intentionally did that because you have the penchant of not responding, and fooling people around! 2. This is not just about bounty. This is about payment for a job already done a long time ago. This is about your new project policy which is consistently changing, to shirk from responsibilities apparently. This is about how you treat your community. This is about your project asking ETH from people working for you instead of you paying them. To repeat:
KYC & Whitelisting are described in the whitepaper which is over 1.5yr old.
1. Quote to us here that portion of your whitepaper which is clearly describing KYC and Whitelisting for campaign participants and not to just to investors. 2. If you can comply #1, why did you not make it crystal clear from the start by stating the same in the rules of your bounty? 3. Since you are bringing us back to your whitepaper, please quote it from there that you will be collecting 1 ETH from each and every campaign participant in order to continue receiving their fair share of payment? 4. If indeed it was stated in your whitepaper, why were you distributing the payments for several months in a different manner and then shift all of a sudden to a new manner? In the first place, the installment payment was never the agreement. Notice of requirements appeared in every social media/channel/announcement board that the firm has 2 months before being implemented.
We encourage you to follow ATLANT news and releases on Telegram and blog.atlant.io a little closer. The project has more to offer than just bounty.
1. The various campaigns are being operated by way of this forum. It is therefore imperative on your part to publish whatever changes here. Take a look at the post informing us about the KYC and whitelisting and tell me whether it is done "2 months before being implemented." 2. Thanks for the offer. But no thanks! Before offering something else, offer first a fair payment to all those who worked for you! Please comment on your insane way of requiring campaign participants to send you 1 ETH before them receiving their payments. This is not ICO, mate. This is supposed to be playing time for your promoters. Atlant team is doing whatever they can to not pay for the bounty. Delayed distribution for months after the campaign finished and finally (a half year later) announced that Atlant will pay in monthly installments for 18 months. Atlant is constantly changing the rules and implementing them a few days before monthly distribution, like KYC and whitelisting of ETH address which cost whopping 1 ETH!!! Whitelisting was implemented a week before the December distribution. Of course there was no proper info on how to do it and still, after so much time there are people asking questions about this every day. This is all done on purpose to avoid bounty payments. I was trying my best to fulfill all these requirements and was not able to like many others (read quoted post). Asked questions and wrote tickets to support but (of course) never got any reply. Additionally, they don't want to pay if one were too late with KYC or whitelisting for a given month, stating that this is an automated payment process. When I finally whitelisted my ETH address (after a week of trying) and paid 1ETH just 2days after December bounty distribution, Atlant team refuses to pay my December bounty because of automated payments process. COMMON!!! Atlant team has not explained so far what will happen with all this not claimed bounty tokens. There will be a lot of them because in the first month there was more as 1000 transactions send to bounty hunters, in December only 45 transactions. Which shows how many bounty hunters will not receive their tokens. There should be an announcement long before on what will happen with this tokens. For me, it is looking like Atlant is waiting to see how much tokens they will get and if enough then use it for development  (for the Atlant team), if not enough burn or something else (doesn't matter anymore if not enough). They ban people for asking bounty questions in Telegram group and there is no proper support in the bounty thread. I just feel like the worst Atlant enemy from the end of the bounty campaign.

Nobody gets banned for asking questions, the team is always very open.
Common are you serious @fdanconia? Literally, hundreds of bounty hunters were banned from the official Telegram group for asking questions. I am one of them!!! |

I had KYC but whitelisted ETH address 2 days after December distribution and didn't get paid. I think it should be paid together with January bounty to be fair. If you don't like to read my repeats then don't do it. I will repeat myself a hundred times and luckily you can't stop me. Additionally, I have repeated myself only because a member asked me a question. I would be quiet but there was nothing said that whitelisting is needed for December bounty. Just a few days before distribution Atlant announced this new whitelisting requirement. Like I said long before distribution I made KYC and waited for my bounty payment. 2 Days before distribution I saw whitelisting announcement and couldn't do it because didn't have needed 1ETH and later problems with whitelisting on the platform. Asked for help many times and nobody responded, even in this thread. Finally, random Bitcointalk member sent me a PM with detailed info about how to do it when he saw my posts here because he had just whitelisted his address and find this confusing too. I see many people keep asking questions on Telegram how to do it every day despite there was a blog post added on Medium (of course long after December distribution). That proves many people have the same problem with whitelisting and instructions are not clear or were not available at the moment. After all, when finally whitelisted and paid 1ETH, I didn't get my December bounty despite I have asked if I do but of course didn't get the answer. There should be a minimum time of 2 weeks or a month from the announcement to fulfill new requirement, not a few days. So whitelisting should be taken into consideration from January and all people who made KYC before December should get their bounty paid. PERIOD. |

You must be very careful with words - nobody said "ready and all regulations like certificats [sic] and agreements will be no problem". Right now many teams globally are attacking the tokenization concept, from various vectors, yet there's yet no clear success-story. Two of the major problems is that most don't have a platform, or clear legal structure to operate. Nobody said that this will be easy, but the ATLANT team is working very hard on licensing, and has developed a robust platform, ready to operate.But this is very easy to prove that Atlant CEO said that the platform is almost ready and until end of 2018 Atlant will be fully operative. Just watch youtube videos from the Atlant official YouTube channel and you will see. Of course if these videos are still there not deleted. As I said, I thought before and during ICO that the certification will be the biggest problem because nobody has done such things before and of course, I shared my fears on Telegram and asked many questions about this subject. Like I told you I was banned and at the start, I have heard that they are almost there (as always) and during the time when more people started to ask the same questions, first of all, they stopped to talk about this topic and later found an excuse that this information can not be disclosed because they can't preannounce this and is kept secret as an agreement. I asked many detailed questions: - where Atlant asked for certification, license. - what for license or certificates. - how far they are already. - how much time is needed approximately? Of course (like I said before) never got a proper answer only "we are almost there" in begin of the ICO and ban from Telegram group a few weeks later. I have to add that despite all these shady moves from Atlant with bounty distribution, lack of information, bad support, problems with team leaders, massive Telegram bans and many more. I am still a supporter of this project and wish them all the best. I see that the CEO is very involved and development is ongoing of course not without problems and delays. I know that nobody has done such a thing before and if Atlant succeeds we can be very happy that we have invested so early but concurrence don't sleep and they have to hurry up because there are plenty of new real estate and P2P rental projects started in the last year. |

No answer to my post from a few weeks and there are no team members active in the Telegram channel. Despite bounty distribution in the last weeks, I think we can assume that Payera is a failed project. There is still hope but smaller every day that the team will show up with new announcements. |

What I have heard about this exchange so far is that have fake volumes and are a scam but why?
Has anybody lost coins on this exchange, has account blocked with funds or any other problem?
Only thing I have heard and is confirmed that there are very high fees on Exrates especially withdrawal fees for some coins.

Nothing new with waiting but can this be little more specific? How long - month, a year? I don't like this situation and this can be the end of this project. Cryptocurrencies are all about decentralization and this situation with swap prove me that Masternodecoin is fully centralized cryptocurrency in hands of one person. Ideaupdater doesn't even bother to ask the community for an opinion about swap or help with the old chain problems. There is no discussion between the developer and community about the project. Just random announcements. Shame because the only value in this project was the community and longtime supporters. |

This is important because I have passed KYC long before December distribution but whitelisted 2 days after and didn't received my bounty for December. my friend reciecved bounty for december after he passed kys. everybody who passed kys get their bouty in same second. i believe that through contract. So he had fulfilled KYC and whitelisted ETH address before distribution. Like I told you before I had KYC long before December bounty and didn't get paid because I have whitelisted my ETH address 2 days after distribution. |

i've been observing this exchange for the last couple of hours for bitcore/btx.  the order book has not budged the whole time. there is a borderline immeasurable fraction of a 1 cent buy wall. yet, whaddya know, tons of multi hundred dollar trades are happening like magic. pure 100% horseshit. i didn't know anything about it before. i'm certainly not using it now. Same is happening with other currencies and tokens. I observed Atlant token for a while and have the same conclusions which are: fake volumes, order book, and trades. |

After much consideration we decide to restart a new blockchain for MTNC , new detail information will be announced later , and we hope that can be supportted by cryptopia and novaexchange and all of yours.
I wonder how the coin swap will be organized... Does it also mean that keeping the current wallets open and staking doesn't make any more sense now? If you are in the right chain stake further, I think. If there will be a swap you will have more coins to exchange. I am not a fan of the new chain. Masternodecoin will lose everything achieved so far. Of course, if the old one is broken and there is no way to stop splits then there is no other way. Let's wait and see how this will end. |

Investa is my best ICO I have ever participated!!! There were no problems at all during and after ICO. Development is ahead of a schedule and almost all products were delivered before ICO end which is something I have seen for the first time in the ICO space. Now Investa will list the INV token on Ibitt exchange together with 200 tokens and all main cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, LTC and so on. I am sure INV token will be worth a lot more (look at Binance) because there are additional products in the place like working cards and ATM's. I will try to buy more when INV hit exchange because looks like the crypto market is slowly recovering and there will be no cheap INV in the future for sure. I am so happy that I participated in this ICO. Between so many scams Investa looks like an exception. |

I am Bitsend airdrop participant from 2017 and I got weekly payments which are 10 Bitsend coins actually, there was no problem even with one payment. This is and always was a regular airdrop. One has to be a Bitcointalk forum member (with needed higher rank) and apply in Bitsend airdrop thread. To be eligible for the airdrop until the end (which is in the middle of 2019 I assume) one has to be an active member in the Bitcointalk forum and if possible in this thread but this is not a requirement. That's it. I assume that this airdrop is already full because there were only 1000 entries. I just can't understand why you think that are dividends? From what? |
