I do not think this is a right decision by Paco Valcarcel to call it mandatory. So based on this the next fight of him will be against the Alexander Usyk in about 180 days. So what will be the fate of third fight between Ruiz and Joshua ? Any official verdict on it ? Lets give those two some rest, they are tired from each other for 3rd fight in a row Usyk vs AJ - dont think that they will fight. Usyk just had a debut in heavyweight (advanced from cruiserweight). His opponent was not very tough (in the interview Usyk told that he could have finished him in round 2, but coach said to do some boxing in new weight category and to test himself), and already a fight agains top3 boxer? Not gonna happen so fast. Very interesting reply coming from Anthony Joshua, Joshua Ready For Usyk: Let's Rock and Roll Then, No Problem!. Looks like he is still hype from winning the fight against Ruiz and he is ready to rock and roll against Usyk next. Good news . Timor Leste won't go home empty handed as Imbrolia Araujo dos Reis gives her country a bronze medal in the teakwondo event. At least every country that participated in this regional meet had a medal now, that might boost their confidence. That's great, even with the bronze medal they won't go home winless. It's an accomplishment for the new member of Southeast Asia. Timore Leste should be motivated with this accomplishment to pursue their sports program in the future. Yes, I would agree that it's good to see TL win medal in this meet. Good job!. @MWesterweele - I think volleyball in the Philippines is also huge, but I would agree that Thailand is far more superior. I watched round 5 and 6 of the fight, this Gonzalez was really outclassed by Jerwin. However, I'm not totally sold on his performance, as compare to let's say Casimero. Maybe it was because of the opposition in front of him, but if he did face other champion in his decision, he will be in a tough fight let's say Estrada.
Well it's good that he won and successful on his 8th title defense. But it was not very impressive, missed a lot of shots and he looks very awkward, IMHO. But congrats anyways.
A win is still a win, style makes fight so perhaps Jerwin wasn't able to showcase his full talent because of the way Gonzales fight. And for the record, he is not the original fighter that he supposed to face so somewhere along the way his preparation was different against a type of fighter like Gonzalez. But I would agree that he should really face tougher opponents or even champion vs champion here. He had defended his belt many times so it's time for him and MP promotions to look for bigger fights in the future to see how good Jerwin really is. |

Time and again I hear people saying how it would be okay if they have the access to only*traditional money* but one should understand that time has changed and so have we , according to me Bitcoins now a days is indespensible, it's a part of society now , it's a new culture.
I will agree with you in this point, however, <10% of the population knows bitcoin or crypto in general. So it might take sometime before bitcoin could be part of the society. As for me it is an amazing source of Income , it may not be 100% what you could want , but it helps you get those late night pizzas I might say .
If you are a student it becomes even more necessary because as a student you are not allowed to work , all you could do is rely on it as an independent source of income apart from all the society ( don't know about other sources but in medical you are not allowed to work ).

So definitely, it can make money for us, just imagine those early bag holders, I'm sure their ROI is huge. But I wouldn't totally invest all my money on crypto though, much better to diverse your portfolio. Yes, specially in 2017's peak, I have seen a lot of threads saying that bitcoin really change their lives, including students because it has given them stream of income. But we have seen a long bearish trend, so it might be good for them to continue their studies first, get a job later and maybe they can focus on crypto investments after that. |
