Faucetbox does charge the fee but not Paytoshi. And, the faucet owners can choose the payment method they like, so it is good to add them. Smiley

It's not clear what the price for 1Ghs? And what about 45% in a parameters of B1 mining contract?
Does somebody understand?  Grin

To check that I registered and clicked 'Deposit Immediately' assuming an amount will show but they are asking my phone number to verify, without it, I can't proceed. Worst thing is that their mobile verification supports only US, UK, China, Japan and Singapore but I am not from any of these. It would be good if any else can check this, especially if you are a chinese.

Edit: After a little investigation, I think I got it:

Quote from: B1-1

Technically isn't all online gambling illegal in the U.S/Russia/Others, so why not remove the gambling section all together?

I couldn't disagree.

I dont recall if Ponzis have ever been advertised by the forum, but I believe there is a general disclaimer to check your jurisdiction before participating. Theymos is all over the legal stuff, and I in no way speak for him or the forums, this is just my interpretation on the matter.

I have quoted whole post, both links maybe helpful.

I don't believe the forum itself has been advertising Ponzi sites like Hashprofit.

It's possible to pay with Bitcoin @ Indiegogo? That'd be great Grin

You may want to post in their thread:

How can I get into early access? I like to but I can only buy with Bitcoins. But now it isn't supported. So reserve me a spot. Smiley

We will reserve you a early access spot @ $59. Please send an email to info@coolbitx.com so we can put your email in the list.  Smiley

1) Custom withdrawal limit.
2) Faucetbox & Paytoshi API and daemon API - for supporting bitcoin core withdrawal and blockchain.info withdrawal. If possible coinbase too(least suggested).

5507  Other / Meta / Re: Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?) on: February 06, 2015, 04:45:35 AM
So then activity is calculated by multiplying 14 by either my post count or number of days registered (which ever is lowest?)

Nope. See :

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Rough summary of what this means: If you post once per day on average, then you will eventually get the maximum number of activity points that you can get. Posting more than once per day on average is useless for increasing activity. The maximum number of activity points you can get is 1 per day, but your activity score only updates every two weeks. Therefore, it will take about 100 days to get 100 activity if you post once per day on average.

I hope you understand what time is. Time is 2 week period, that is 14 days. You will only get maximum of 14 activity per 2 weeks(14 days) if you have made 14 or more posts. But if you have made less than 14 posts, for example 12, then when your activity updates, you will get 12 activity points. Here is the full list:

Know 'how many months/years it will take' (Thanks to hilariousandco for his post):

Code:
1 X 14 = 14
2 X 14 = 28
3 X 14 = 42   --  Jr. Member ( 1.5 month)

5508  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: cointellect on: February 06, 2015, 04:37:52 AM
Indeed they are scam.
1. Have you noticed their Webcam has time of China and day written in chinese whereas they say they are located somewhere else (tallin)

I don't know about that. It might be a name of any company or person or similar who offered this service/app. Did you translate the word and where did you find the webcam?

2. See their pool hash graph moving up and down randomly? Disconnect your Internet and it won't give you any error and will continue to show up and downs of has rate.

This is also a normal thing AFAIK. Even the real cloud mining websites show like this and I am sure they aren't taking the hashrate from their miner but just an animated hashrate.

3. The miner software will show incremental increase in doge coin rather tha showing your hashes being accepted or not? (I am not sure for this point if I am right?)

All cloud mining should show their accepted hashes but normally, no cloud mining shows it, just incremental increase of coin X.

Atleast for you! You can't say he is the best one though he is highly trusted. Anybody in the BIG 5 is trusted as OgNasty.

P.S. No offence.

5510  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to use escrow service? on: February 05, 2015, 04:05:40 PM
Seller sends the 10 Bitcoins to Escrow
Escrow confirms the receipt and asks Buyer to send Fiat to Seller
Buyer sends money to Seller
Seller confirms the receipt to Escrow
Escrow sends Bitcoins to Buyer
What if seller does not confirm the receipt after he or she receives fiat?
Then he has scammed you, what else?

I guess his question is, what will the escrow do and what should the buyer do in that case (seller claims to have never received the money).

There will be two scenarios:
1) The escrow sends the 10BTC to buyer if he can prove that he sent the fiat.
2) The escrow sends the 10BTC back to the seller if buyer isn't replying(in most scams, it will happen) or he couldn't prove it.

5511  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - sell & buy hash rate cloud mining service / multipool on: February 05, 2015, 03:57:38 PM
Hi,

If you are a hashing power buyer and you're interested in buying hashing power on NiceHash/WestHash with altcoins such as LTC, DOGE, etc. we welcome you to use ShapeShift, here is a quick guide: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=faq#faqb9

Kind regards,
NiceHash

Its a good one but I got an error saying something like 'we are busy now'. So in such situations, you can try Bitin.io . Try to add it as an alternative to ShapeShift in your faq, so people can use either if them or atleast when ShapeShift is down or is busy. Smiley

So any payment CC funded could be chargebacked ?

Yes, it can be as long as the dispute submitted seems to be true when CC issuing bank investigated. To prevent it, try to make the trade/deal in public(as much as possible).

The configuration for this would be much desirable for the creator of the theme. As the development of the forum is progressing, we are on the Admin and Moderation side of things now. This is good input and it would be a decision from the Bitcointalk staff.

Good to know! I believe we can see an aplha/beta test by April. Smiley

There will always be those who figure out ways to abuse the system. At least this would cut down on people posting negative trust when when it's not really deserved.

I agree with your first statement. You may have missed about 'how to put a negative trust feedback' or I didn't read correctly.

Just one idea - thought I'd throw it out there.

Strato

You can throw your ideas as long as it is on-topic. Wink

P.S. When putting negative feedback, no scammer would help in 'mutual-agreed-trust-system'. So how can we do that in your idea? Smiley
