5501  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you really make money on Forex? on: May 23, 2017, 05:47:25 PM
Just trade crypto. Forex is crap shoot. All centrally planned. The bankers open their mouth and talk the money up and down. The whole market is totally faked and rigged.

Forex is just a shit. All the forex is planned to make people lose the money and they end up their accounts balance and its goodbye all investment.  Grin
I would suggest use crypto trading that is way better than forex. You have a lot more information on crypto and there is no hidden force who is moving the prices and making people loss.
5502  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 23, 2017, 05:25:44 PM
This is a classic thread but with Bitcoin first passing the price of gold this year then also leaving a giant dust trail, without a doubt I feel confident in saying Bitcoin is better than gold and will be for the foreseeable future as long as we still have internet connections and a ecosystem of global communication and transactions. Although gold for its defense has a very long historical track record where as crypto has at best nearly a decade to its name so far.

As I know bitcoin is now expensive than 6ounce of gold. this is a huge step for bitcoin. Some giant Investeors might be magnetize by the achievement that bitcoin get. We must HODL our coin because the rocket might launch soon. be aware guys.

The bitcoin rocket is already launched and now crossing all boundaries. Bitcoin is getting more and more expensive than Gold. I would suggest those who have Gold, should sell it and buy Bitcoin.  Trust me you will never have profit even if you have keep gold for ten years, than if you have only invest same amount in Bitcoins, could make you more rich.
5503  Economy / Economics / Re: Smart Passive Income on: May 23, 2017, 05:08:21 PM
Faucets are a good model how to monetize traffic, but well if you have a good project you can turn it into an unlimited cash machine, with that said the best is to put a network banners to monetize each visit you get, adsense the best but their rules very restricted.
Probably the worst idea to monetize your website. You might barely make $100 per month if you have a decent custom faucet that's almost completely resistant to bots and find some of the best advertisers.
Add the fact that Bitcoin isn't even useable anymore for micropayments doesn't help either.

Pretty much sums it up right there. And also, who still uses faucets? Is it still  a think?
Anyway, ways for you to gain smart passive income are trading (sustainable profits overtime) or just start selling services or a product.

Well, doing trading or selling a service is not a passive income, rather it is an active way of earning. Passive earning means that you do not have to do any work and a fix amount keeps on transferring to you weekly or monthly. Passive income in bitcoin is that you first find a good investment site which pays you good amount of income monthly and invest in that site. This way you can earn passive income.
5504  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: May 23, 2017, 04:45:48 PM
Paper money will stay forever.
Why? Because its easier to make than coins.

Yes it will still remain because its a global currency that almost all the country used. Paper money has a big role in this world. I think bitcoin will not replace it because some government didn't accept other type of money especially if its by technology.

Paper money has been in use for over 100 years and it is used everywhere in every corner and village of the world. Bitcoin is not used everywhere and its basic requirement is Internet and currently you will not find internet everywhere. For paper money to be vanish, and bitcoin taking over, needs a whole lot of infrastructures changes  in the world which is not possible in near future.
5505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convince people into you using Bitcoin? on: May 23, 2017, 04:17:33 PM
I showed them my bitcoin balance in my wallet and how I am earning it and also showed them how easily they can convert bitcoins to real money and after watching it most of the people around me have shown interest in bitcoins and now have started to research on it.

Todays btc value impresses everyone so even they scared or worry to take risk they still joined since a lot were proving how btc helps and really work truthfully.

Yes, I agree with you mate they take the risk, I guess big risk, on having bitcoin  in their wallet now, more of them just involve theirselves in bitcoin now because they were fascinated with the fast growing value of it, but that is how investment work, taking risk to see how far can you have and how luck you are of having it.
5506  Economy / Speculation / Re: How MUCH will the FINAL BTC be WORTH? on: May 23, 2017, 03:49:50 PM
1,000,000$ and thats final. That will be the final price of bitcoin when no one can afford to buy 1btc at that time. If they can still buy  plenty of bitcoin it will always increase its price.

How long will you wait for that to come? And for sure if that bitcoin will reach that value or even just half of it those small holders will again have the panic selling which will cause drop down of the value. The price mentioned by you is just unrealistic and i dont see this much price of bitcoin, not atleast in my life. Smiley
5507  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: May 23, 2017, 03:37:48 PM
Yes, you should buy a house because that is worth to spend your bitcoin because that is when you will enjoy your life and you will not be worry about having a good house because the price of bitcoin now is enough for you to buy a house if you have at least 10 bitcoins in your bitcoin wallet. Just buy a house and save the left amount or invest it.

I think in our country, that 10 bitcoins is really enough, for some it is too much for a house, 5 bitcoins here in our country is now over half a million, and you can build a big and good house out of it. But if you have a 10 bitcoins, that is really good because you can build a luxurious house, maybe you can still add up a car and invest the rest. Bitcoin's price are really high now.

You're right. Price of bitcoin is increasing rapidly. I can see that soon 1 bitcoin will be enough to buy a house. Bitcoin is now becoming an expensive currency i must say.  No one ever expected that we could have so much high value in the mid of the year 2017. I was thinking that it may touch 2000$ by end of 2017, but we are already at 2400$ at bitfinex.
Saving Bitcoin is more better than buying a house at this stage.
5508  Other / Off-topic / Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin on: May 23, 2017, 02:03:19 PM
There seems to be no strong movement for young people who are getting into Bitcoin maybe because there is there is trend in the popular culture of giving in to easy life. Many of our youths are not thinking about investing yet or even saving money for the future. Maybe what we should encourage are young professionals who are already having a job and are not yet married...they should invest in Bitcoin instead of using their money for worthless things like new gadgets and pleasures.
I have one doubt, do you think the young people will think about their future when they are under their parents. I think no, in this age they need entertainment and having fun with friends. And they like gadgets, mobiles, etc. They will never think about their next ten year future. They only concentrate on what is tomorrow plan that's it. Most of the young people are like this, but we find some people they think about their future, this kind of people we see very less.

most young people but not really all. there still are thise who look into their future at an early age though I have to agree that young ones today temd to focus more on the moment rather than looking at what will happen years from now in their lives. for me, it's enough that they have savings first. they can invest on btc and other investments anyway when they feel the need for it oe realize that it's a good way to spend their money
I have a lot of young people who are into bitcoin and they are big risk taker, I guess being young is their advantage because they do not have big responsibilities yet and they can gamble their money up to the bigger extent. With that action, they are most likely more successful because bitcoin's success is inevitable and we have seen it in our very eyes today.

I think young people mostly the Unmarried ones has not much responsibility and they can earn save the bitcoins for their future. As soon as they will become mature, they will be having a lot of bitcoins with them and consider if anyone has 10 bitcoins and the price of 1 bitcoin near 10K after 10 years, make the today's young people a secure future for tomorrow.
5509  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a new World Central Bank on: May 23, 2017, 01:58:52 PM
While people invest in alts and tokens, many treats BTC as 'stable' investment. For example, many ICOs make ESCROW in 40% BTC and then other coins.

Do you think BTC unwittingly took the role of the central bank in relation to other coins (detail, consumer 'banks')?

What do you mean about the central bank? Bitcoin as an intermediate value for altcoin which means if that gives a value for the altcoin.

It's not a central bank or anything like that.
Bitcoin as a root for another crypto.

It just like a rule for another crypto. That's so simple.

Bitcoin is not a central bank but a central digital currency for all the alts. What does it mean that all the alts are traded again bitcoins and you see very few other markets. Few other markets i remember are Doge/ LTC coin etc but trades are very less in them. But dont think Bitcoin to become a bank or something like that. We already are  fed up of Banks and now need a bank free society.
5510  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best cellphone wallets on: May 22, 2017, 04:11:58 PM
I have xapo on my android, I didn't use that wallet too much but it was good and without fees, that attracted me to use xapo. Now they have fees as I read here on the forum, they are changing policy.
Like I said I didn't use it much and I don't plan to do that in the future, lap top is much better place for wallets and everything else.

I prefer BreadWallet for my cell phone as i have an iphone but i do not use it. Cell phones are easy to be lost or stolen so i will not keep my bitcoin saving in them. I also prefer using desktop wallet, my favorite one is Electrum. I mostly avoid web wallets like Xapo and coinbase due to lack of control over the coins if we use those.
5511  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Freebitco.in as a wallet? on: May 22, 2017, 02:56:40 PM
FreeBitco.in is one of my favorite faucets. They have an awesome system going on and I don't mind keep a portion of my BTC there to earn interest.

Also they have a badass referral system (link in sig). You can earn from daily claims, interest and dice rolls.

All these features of Freebitco.in explained above are correct and interesting but i think if you consider it as a wallet service, it will not function as a full fledged wallet for you. It lacks many features of a true wallet. Also storing money in faucets site is not safe and i will never recommend this to anyone.
5512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be used to support terrorists? on: May 22, 2017, 01:13:43 PM
Yes terrorists are using bitcoin too by doing some shitty transaction online or in dark web many of them are knew about bitcoin or those who are actually in dark net they are making illegal transaction there or accepting payment if they had works to do.

Everyone's using bitcoin to their own usage and will,  including terrorists.  I feel that Bitcoin is also helping terrorist in a way that bitcoin transaction are secure and anonymous and no one will be able to track the sender receiver for the illegal things. It may be used to purchase high explosive  weapons or even drugs etc.  But still we cannot suggest Bitcoin is responsible for this all terrorist activities. Its just helping them to hide their identity and keep doing illegal work in darknet.
5513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: May 22, 2017, 12:45:24 PM
The real difference between Bitcoin and real money is that real money is known and listed from the IMF. Bitcoin is not real money, people like to treat it as the next Currency of the world though majority of them don’t know why Bitcoin would be placed within that rank if you’d ask them.
Bitcoin is not secure, Bitcoin address could get hacked if the right people know what to do. It’s only a matter of time till a bunch of people start waking up to that fact.

This is cryptography. People knows what to do to crack the private keys using the addresses. But, can they possibly do it? You can save all the addresses together with their private keys in a text file but even if you make a hard drive as big as our planet, the addresses and the private keys won't fit on that file. Remember that the essence of bitcoin is that it's impossible to crack these stuffs. These are all just Mathematical stuffs and people already know it. That's why they made it impossible to crack. It will take millions of years and an unbelievable amount of storage

We may never know until it is too late

Many distinguished people had been claimed something as completely impossible until they were miserably proven wrong ("heavier than air flying machines are impossible"). In this manner, just because Bitcoin is "cryptography", it doesn't mean that it is totally unbreakable and cannot be cracked. The references to a hard drive as big as the Earth are really lame since they are quite in line with many similar claims made in the past like you would need a million horses to drag a freight train or future cities would be filled up with horse manure
tome i think that main and the only difference is that bitcoin is a digital, crypto currency, where as really money is physical currency, we mostly use bitcoin for online shopping etc, while using paper money for buying physical items and stuff.

Well first let me clear Bitcoin is a real money too. You can buy things with bitcoins alone. The OP question should be difference between Bitcoin and paper currency or Fiat Currency, for which the answer is clear .

Yes, Rightly said. For me Bitcoin has a lot more characteristics which local Fiat do not have. It eliminates the need for every country to have a separate country and whole world can be operated on a single currency which makes it zero transfer fee between the movement of currencies between them. This is just one characteristic of bitcoin and there are a lot many of these.
5514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do the Chinese really control the majority share of mining farms? on: May 22, 2017, 11:09:51 AM
I do believe that majority of mining farm is located in China but I doubt that majority of it is owned by chinese. The reason for this is that if ever the majority of hashes is owned by Chinese then the increase in blocksize will never had problem in getting the percentage it wanted for hardforking bitcoin.  But it seems it isn't controlled by chinese.

Yes, the majority of mining farms are located in china due to low electricity cost and other factors and they can be hold by the foreigners. But i still think China has control over them and they are not allowed to operate like a free zone in Dubai etc. For the past one and a half year, china has really emerged  as a bitcoin greatest market with highest number of bitcoin farms.
5515  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where can I pay with bitcoins now? on: May 22, 2017, 10:03:17 AM
Bitcoin are accepted at many places now a days, what i like is that we can buy a domain and also hosting with bitcoins on namecheap, it's easy to use and configure.
I also am thinking of buying my own domain from there.

Yes, you can buy domain name and hosting service though bitcoins very easily and no need for credits cards and all such hassle which we used before when option was only through credit cards. Now we can buy lots of services and goods via online with bitcoins. Previously most people were not able to spend online because not everyone had credit card and it is a whole lengthy procedure to get the card, and even if you have one, there is always a chance of misuse. Bitcoin has overcome all these probelms and now is the safest way to use money online.
5516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: May 22, 2017, 09:15:39 AM

5517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: May 22, 2017, 08:55:58 AM
There are alot of ways in earning Bitcoin and being here is a first step other than trading.
Joining signature campaign, social media campaign accomplishing tasks and more so there are really a lot more way of earning Bitcoin.
I think in addition to this forum, there are also other methods such as ptc, blog, etc. Do not just rely on this forum. Try to explore the existing methods outside the forum.

It will always be the best thing to have other source of income and it's good if you are not going to rely on this forum. But earning with PTC it's not going to worth with your effort there but with blogging you need to have a patience on it before earning good amount on your article. I consider blog as a good way of earning.

Not everyone can write a blog or article and many people are happy earning from faucets or PTC sites. Although for us the earning is not so good, but for them who cant do other things, faucets are the best. If a person has learning ability i will suggest to search on youtube and google. There are numerous videos there explaining on how to earn via Bitcoins.
5518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RANSOMWARE impact on: May 22, 2017, 08:46:22 AM
Till the ransomware (or "hack") isn't in the millions nothing will happen and the government wont react.

Governments, regulations, and hacks (like Mt Gox) are the ones that really impact BTC the most. My biggest concern right now are China's authorization for BTC withdrawal, and the duration + high fees of BTC (some rumors going around)
The government already give reaction to this case because the ransomware itself attacking many vital things. It's right that there's no significant impact towards bitcoin but still it's indirectly giving bad image for bitcoin that could make bitcoin struggling to gain more users and increase its demands.

Well maybe there is no direct impact of Ransomeware to bitcoins but indirectly a lot has been talked about and discussed. Maybe people are arguing  that if bitcoin is declared a major currency all over the world, attacks like this will be more and world will not be a safe place for storing the money. People will feel unsafe with their digital coins as anyone can hack them or demand in form of a Ransom without ever knowing who the thief was . Sad
5519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Bitcoin ever replace conventional money? on: May 22, 2017, 04:33:24 AM
I think at some point in time this can be realized when global acceptance is established and the issues regarding delayed confirmations and huge f es are resolved to th satisfaction of all. It's going to be a tough journey but I'll not rule out the possibility of Bitcoin replacing conventional currency one day.

Bitcoin will soon replace the Fiat and all the paper currency which is currently being used.  At the moment this seems a bit unrealistic thing to be happen but then no one thought 20 years ago there could be any digital currency.  Things are happening rapidly and many companies are integrated bitcoins into their business. Slowly we are moving towards a totally digital world.
5520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin becoming so god damn slow? on: May 16, 2017, 11:45:26 PM
with that said I strongly disagree with what holiday and QuestionAuthority are trying to convince others about. bitcoin is not some millionaires' money to just move around their $20,000 around the world.

I never suggested such a thing.

Bitcoin's use case is obvious. When other forms of value transfer or value storage are censored, Bitcoin is clearly the logical choice.

Governments around the world continue to implement increasingly onerous capital controls with no hint of stopping or even slowing down. Bitcoin is the answer.

It's ridiculous to think that a solution which requires storing every single transaction in it's history forever is going to be useful for daily, mundane purchases (at least as far as on-chain transactions are concerned).

No matter how high is the fee, bitcoin is still the best option for the users and for the governments (if they think in a positive way) too. Now is the time to get rid of banking system and the paper money and move towards the digital era. Blockchain is a bit slow due to increased volume of bitcoin transactions which are taking place every second.
