5521  Economy / Reputation / Re: Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2020 Q4) on: October 11, 2020, 06:54:56 PM
Please I will like DT member to reply me, how can the forum handle users who cheat on Bounty by using ones details without the owner consent, the only detail they change is their wallet address. In a situation where a cheater used your handle to register a campaign you already registered and copy your work for submission.
There are even situations where the cheater register a bounty before you do and I get piss with this set of people.

How the manager accept their magical registration is still a mystery to me, I sometimes complain but manager are too busy to crush these guys and report their usernames here, perhaps to many participants and the outcomes of this activity isn't healthy for trust and feed back because you might not be aware.

About multiple registration on Bounties, I think it's high time the forum makes regulations and rules for manager as well, I have seen situations where participant get banned, instead of the user to lay low a while, they will register another account and continue participation with the previous line/row on the spreadsheet.

I think you'd better move on to this topic. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5281161.0

Because what you are describing has become very common. If you see that your data is being filled in by another account, you need to leave feedback to this account and inform the manager of the violation. In any case, the manager is obliged to control the discipline of registrations in his company.

I only remind other members, for other members you should occasionally review your search, what else is using Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, etc.
So, if you find something suspicious like this you can immediately mark and give a warning.

I see that my reports are showing “Good”. But at the same time, the account is not banned yet.

CucakRowo, thank you. I have corrected the link. For some reason, the archive gave an error.
5523  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I change a user on a forum? Help! on: October 11, 2020, 03:37:11 PM

I want to change my name because a lot of people follow my old name and I don't like that.

Do you understand?

Yes, I understand what you mean. What can people connect with you?
Is your reputation not entirely clean? Is not it? Everything can be fixed, you just need to change the nickname. Right?

I looked at your post history. I do not see any information compromising you. You are an ordinary, most ordinary bounty hunter. In addition to the most common reports in the bounty, and a few dozen more empty messages, you have nothing.

But besides that, there are a couple more facts that you may not like.
The first is a post from @Nutildah. Your name appears there. Unpleasant right? But the facts speak for themselves

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5237690.msg54155459#msg54155459

The second is a post from @reza7777. And then your nickname shines in a not very good format.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5277113.msg55341714#msg55341714

I can assume that the one who gave you the merit has some connection with you. He also has a red trust from @Lauda, @Nutildah, @Rikafip

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2515710

In general, all the information about you is not very beautiful. And considering how difficult it is for bounty hunters today to acquire one merit, then changing a nickname is an excellent way to go out into life with a clean face.
5524  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't reply to private messages from unknown people! on: October 11, 2020, 08:52:53 AM
You might be better off using a separate email address. It is necessary to have an email address with a complex nickname, hoping that it will be difficult to choose it for sending all kinds of spam This email address should not appear everywhere, thus you will be sure that only people you trust will write there. But for any suspicious letter, you should still resolutely refuse to correspond.

The rest of the email address, you can use according to your interests, and in that case, all incoming garbage and spam will be explained by its origin. You will know that your email address has been spotted in some places, and you don't have to be surprised when you receive fraudulent emails.

One of the caveats when reading letters from strangers is the danger of revealing your full whereabouts while you are concerned about your anonymity.

A phishing link or image sent to you can transmit not only your IP address but also all your contacts' data and data about your computer.
5525  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My mistakes x Realization. on: October 11, 2020, 08:16:08 AM

Plagiarism is one of the most serious violations on this forum. For this violation the user is banned. The fact that you admitted your mistakes and promise not to repeat their very decent behavior, but your fate depends not on the wishes of ordinary users, but on the decision of global moderators.

Fortunately, the OP did not have direct plagiarism, otherwise, he would not be with us now. Sometimes it is helpful to make a simple remark that the person is doing something wrong. Alucard1 is a new member and is already becoming popular if you look at his merits.
I would like to say that you have @Alucard1, there is every opportunity for further growth.

A big plus is your correct reaction to criticism. You have drawn the right conclusions. It is impossible to be good for everyone at once, just as it is impossible not to be wrong from the first steps.

Continue to grow on the forum, you are a competent and intelligent person. You will be able to independently create interesting posts without resorting to all sorts of tricks to raise the rank and get merits.
Good luck to you.
5526  Economy / Reputation / Re: Intrader false accusations and wrong use of trust on: October 10, 2020, 07:35:53 PM

In my view, that is more just a poorly referenced quote than plagiarism... the user wasn't attempting to pass the "statement" off as having been created by them... really just (badly) quoting Bittrex's statement and then seeking clarification on what it means...

Hopefully this time his cooking art might pass for plagiarism? Grin

STEP 2
Stir the tomatoes, anchovies, olives and capers into the onion, bring to a gentle simmer and cook, uncovered, for 15 mins. Season to taste.

STEP 3
Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Cook the spaghetti following pack instructions, then drain and toss with the sauce and parsley.

5528  Other / Beginners & Help / A beginner's guide, or what not to do.!!! on: October 10, 2020, 03:46:44 PM
You have decided to become a member of this forum? It is wonderful.
It is possible that you were invited by one of your friends, and he promised you earnings in large quantities?
The first rule is no, this is not entirely true!

The first thing that you should understand when planning to be here, that this forum is not about money or how to make it. If you are interested in cryptocurrencies, bitcoins, and everything related to them, you can safely stay.

The second thing you need to understand is that this forum is not about merits, and not about how to get them here.

Well, now the third rule. It is necessary to correctly understand the first and second rules, they both combine the possibility of obtaining new interesting knowledge, with which you can both earn and increase your rating on the forum.

What is not necessary here? Smiley

No need to post new threads and ask for help on where to read the forum rules. If you are literate and not blind, you can see everything for yourself.

There is no need to copy information from third-party sites, thinking that by doing so you increase a good opinion of yourself among others.

No need to copy the information even with the link provided. After all, you are not the only one who knows how to surf the Internet.

No need to paraphrase other people's articles in any way.

If you did find an interesting article, tell us about it in your own words, but then provide the source. This is necessary in order not to mislead people about the authenticity of the information. Also, check if your information has already been posted on the forum several times.

I want those people who are tired of daily spam about the same thing to write here. Feel free to write wishes for newbies about how not to act on the forum.

And I would like to wish all newcomers that they stop pretending to be little blind kittens who cannot learn anything on their own. You can do it yourself.
Grow up! Cool
5529  Other / Meta / Re: If you see a copy-paste topic from newsletters on: October 10, 2020, 02:35:42 PM
Another creation of a person who regularly creates topics for beginners, copying articles, even if they have links to sources.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5281175.msg55350810#msg55350810

I can't figure out, maybe everyone needs to create similar topics? We will pull out everything from the Internet, from making soup to repairing tractors. The main thing is that there will be links, and this is no longer plagiarism. Is this content helpful?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5278938.msg55283678#msg55283678

Where do we go on such roads? Is there a solution to these things? Do such writers need to be noted in their trust?

5530  Other / Off-topic / Re: For Apple device user: Calendar event removal. on: October 10, 2020, 02:10:55 PM
Several times the question was raised of why to create posts in which the author does not speak a word from himself, but only provides a link to any article.

Apparently, you need to interview every such character. Smiley

Please tell Alucard1 why you copied this article? What is the topic of cryptography displayed in your post? How can this post on the bitcointalk forum help newbies?

I see similar threads from you repeatedly.

Do you think surfing the Internet is only your privilege? Or do others know how to do similar things?

What do you think, is it possible to respect a person at a time when he does not write anything himself, but only tries to appear useful by creating low-quality posts?

Can you somehow decide and read at least this topic?

5531  Economy / Reputation / Re: Newbie Worst behavior on Bitcointalk forums. on: October 10, 2020, 01:02:25 PM
I, too, often meet such actions on the part of completely new profiles.
In my opinion, this is a bot's job. He registers under his own name, but with the data of other people. I am very interested in the motivation of the person who does this.
Since if he wants to frame someone's account in order to accuse him of cheating, then this does not work like that.

I will not lay out all the cards here in order for this or these people to correct their methods, but I can say that anyone who is interested in any account and wants to check it will be able to draw the correct conclusions.

I try to ignore the accounts of such newbies. In any case, there are many examples when they end up badly and eventually leave the forum
5532  Economy / Reputation / Re: Abusing The Bitcointalk Trust System For Personal And Selfish Interests on: October 10, 2020, 12:06:46 PM
Let me support you. I often check your bounty companies for alternative accounts. And as it was once said here that the problem of cheating is not in farming, but in those managers who allow it.

So the rules of the companies of this manager do not allow fraud on the part of users. And this is one of the good indicators. If we talk specifically about managers who conduct bounties paid with different tokens, this manager is the most popular today and deserves a good reputation.

If bounty companies require KYC verification, people themselves must have their heads on their shoulders and decide for themselves what to do with their data.

I did not follow all the details of all the bounty campaigns carried out by this manager, but if you believe today's words of the manager, he leads them quite successfully. And in this case, bounty hunters should remember all those bounties that lasted for half a year in 2018-2019, and in the end, were not paid.
Participation in the bounty is the choice of the people themselves, no one forces them to do it.

As for the Shef198911 review, you shouldn't pay attention to it. He himself narrowly escaped the account painting for his offer to sell merit. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5105163.msg55065953#msg55065953
For anyone interested, you can check his story using social media.

5533  Other / Archival / Re: [BIG LIST] Crypto Debit Cards on: October 10, 2020, 08:14:28 AM
Great work Ratimov, I am bookmarking this topic!
It is true that privacy is reduced using crypto debit cards, but we are still living in a world and people need to buy and pay things.
I would suggest keeping only small amounts of coins in cards.

Maybe adding countries that are not supported would be good.

If there is no time to search, I can suggest using this link. There is complete information about the countries where this or that card is supported.
https://www.publish0x.com/crypto-thoughts-in-a-crypto-world/crypto-debit-cards-an-overview-and-comparison-of-existing-op-xxonqow

I can also say that if someone is worried about the issue of anonymity, then there are offshore cards, for example, AdvCash. Working with them, the cardholder is not threatened that the bank will be able to demand the sources of money and suspend operations with the card.
5534  Economy / Reputation / Re: How do you get rid of the unreliable(red) trust ? on: October 10, 2020, 07:24:53 AM
I am looking way to get rid of but did not get any method .I send pm to the relevant but did not reply yet. I think there should be speedy method to resolve these type of Problems.

The first and foremost way to get rid of such problems is to respect the community and accept its rules. The second way should be considered getting rid of your own greed. What can you call someone who has multiple accounts in their arsenal? And they were created only for cheating bounty. You can think of thousands of excuses for the fact that bounty hunters do not get anything in bounty companies or, in extreme cases, they will earn a penny. But, after all, no one forces them to participate there. Therefore, you have to pay for your mistakes. Or to respect the created rules and in this case, no one will give you red trust.
5535  Economy / Reputation / Re: Intrader false accusations and wrong use of trust on: October 09, 2020, 03:33:09 PM
This is either a purchased or a hacked account.  Woke up recently. I think the moderators also understand that this could be another troll.
From here I propose to be fair and use the plagiarism rule.https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.msg55345613#msg55345613
And to calm down the angry troll forever.

intrader

A general statement about market manipulation tactics:
Bittrex actively discourages any type of market manipulation, including pump groups.  Consistent with our terms of service, we will suspend and close any accounts engaging in this type of activity and notify the appropriate authorities.

Does this mean ending of altcoin pump? Huh
I wonder why still trading at bittrex if trading style like traditional forex market, maybe I misunderstood, sorry

If you follow the link, you can see the full amount of plagiarism.

But since the site has zelaapay.ae, I could not find the date of its creation, I cannot say exactly who copied the document from whom.

However. Other than that I found additional plagiarism that was copied by zelaapay.ae into their whitepaper and did not provide any source links

Almost all sites today support HTTPS protocols. And as it was rightly said, it is highly discouraging to enter the site without such support. Namely, enter your data there.
But in order to be more secure, and by mistake, do not accidentally go to such sites, we can recommend that you install the HTTPS Everywhere extension.
I will not describe all its properties now, all of this can be found on the site for review.
