That's bad for the other people , because Adam Guerbuez knows a lot of things about bitcoin. Also the news about bitStamp : ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FVhHKZWO.png&t=663&c=v85Vu6Zq8MN51g) That's made me really doubtful and insecure. I started to think about all this events one after the other, and at the end I didn't find a valid "answer".

I've left a negative feedback , when all will be clarified I'll obviously remove it.

Great initiative , I suggest you to "fix" the "site graphic" with some css and add some image. At the end your idea is "cool" , good luck with your project.

Another ponzi scheme ? Come on guys , you're ruining the forum ! Please stop this bullshit , and close the thread.

Now I think it is the time to buy some bitcoins , not to sell "them". However this time the "willy" bot of karpeles will not help the raise of bitcoin price.

ive been scanning this section for the past few days and theres been a blow up of fucking ponzis lately. all the same damn user im sure, just making new account after new account. MODS wake the fuck up and ban the ip of these guys. we need to stop allowing users to be scammed
Ponzi is not against the forum rules , but as you see who running/manage a ponzi deserve a negative feedback. This is the definition of the gambling section : "Gambling and all "investments" that are so risky they might as well be gambling (HYIPs, pyramid schemes, etc.)"

... Just saying, you could have easily bought 2 btc for around $350 today, gotten your negative trust removed, sold your account for $100 than what you sold it for with the negative trust, and have repaid your debt on the terms you said you would.
Yes , this would be the better way to get removed your negative feedback @Kingofsports2. At the moment without any proof , we can't know if the new owner of Kingofsports is a "real" or always you.

Tomatocage put himself in this position when he decided to escrow it. He should pay you the amount.
The purchased account, the OP and Tomatocage (if he pays the seller) should all get negative trust as they helped a confirmed scammer profit.
I really disagree with this. TC is not at fault because he was just an escrow. If he had not agreed, the transaction would have been done but with another escrow. I did not pick TC. He did.
I am not at fault, because I was not aware of this loan. The real KoS, did not mention it or anything. While I checked the trust, most of them was "this account is sold" and stuff, whcih is not against the rules. It is his responsibilty to mention it, not mine.
KoS did not make a profit from this. Even the time required to become a hero member is worth 10 times more than this. Can you prove you're not the real KingOfSports or not ? If you can't then you should repay the loan ... and maybe after they will remove the multiple negative feedback.

No, Iam not trying to scam!!! I posted that my account got hacked within minutes, to warn other people. I asked WoodCollector to confirm, that I was in control of my account when I posted the pictures of my new wooden coin, to proof, that I was in control when I posted on an secure address thread a week ago. Here, approved by an german mod: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=920631.0And here is my original post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=504251.msg10086266#msg10086266I contacted theymos to gain back control over my account. Once everything is cleared, I will delete the negative feedback this stupid bast*** wrote. Sorry to everybody about that. Ok , keep us informed when you will got back in possesion of your forum account. I suggest you to not use anymore gmx.de , yahoo or gmail are a better choice.

Voted and +1 your idea. I liked it because u wanted this forum working at its best. Today i checked the lending section i saw many newbi looking for a loan of 20, 50 and more amount of btc with red trust.
Every day at least 5-6 newbie ask for a loan in the lending section , I don't tell : NO ; but at least provide a valid collateral and put it in a trusted escrow. This. Today someone asked for a 25 BTC loan. Offered "his" car as collateral. I asked for the car's papers and a photo ID to prove it. Never got a reply. That's insane ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) . I think the forum should forbid to a newbie to start a thread ("at least" until he will become a Jr. member ). I would agree with this, especially in some of the marketplace threads like lending and currency exchange where the newbie scammers like to create threads the most. I would say they should be able to create threads in places like Bitcoin discussion, meta, politics, economics, and altcoin section (except marketplace) as they may want to start/have a controversial discussion they might not want associated with their identity. Yes of course , in the forum section where he wants to learn about bitcoin ... not open a thread in the marketplace section ( or other) to try scam someone.

its not a scam, people are "PLAYING A GAME" they know what they are doing, so explain the scam side of it if people are willingly putting money in KNOWING the risks!!
A ponzi it isn't a game , why people don't understand ? I think some users are happy to lose their money ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) . Are you stupid? Ponzi Scam - A scam that pretends to generate money from revenue or trading but really pays out with investor money Ponzi Game - a game that clearly states the risks and only takes deposits from users who know that they can lose their money. Seriously do your research before you come here.... AND before you run a escrow service LOL A ponzi scheme is always a scam , damn ... I think you didn't know what is a ponzi. Please read the explanation another time : www.sec.gov/answers/ponzi.htmA shitty escrow is a shitty escrow. You're worse than a ponzi scammer. I've stopped to provide new escrow service , will you stop this ponzi or not ? I think you are only an arrogant/hypocrite person , good luck with your "game".
