I assume that you are talking about a token on the Ethereum blockchain and you would like to make some short of parallel transactions that are mineable instead of just having your token out there being transfered on the blockchain? For a transaction to occur you would need to mine it on the Ethereum blockchain and I think that you can reward the miner of that transaction with your token, but I am not sure if that is what you want.
It looks a bit complex, but it is most likely possible with smart contracts. Make sure you clearly define the "problem" to get a better answer.

I think that in fact this fall in crypto is mainly due to all the very successful ICOs of the mid and late 2017.
On the supply side, these need to pay real bills in the real world and they need to sell cryptos. Many of them, as the OP says, will progressively yet constantly liquidate their crypto. In fact, they have the responsibility of doing what is best for their investors and that means that if the EHT and BTC prices dip, they have to sell in order to keep their funds from disappearing. Hodling is a luxury they can´t afford.
On the demand side, after the boom of December and January, many buyers were able to cash out with x2 to x5 multipliers in a couple of months in their investments and that caused the levels to go back to September prices. In order to keep the prices up, the demand for new investment based on cryptocurrencies should be at least as high as it was during the previous months and that is not going to be the case during a bear market, thus deepening the downward trend.
Finally, the largest problem of all is that most of the projects are heavily linked to Bitcoin and Ethereum prices. If you think of a company that gets funds in, lets say, euros, it would not make any sense for it to raise and fall with the euro to dollar change rate, because it is a company that has a project and should be simply linked to good or bad news regarding the development. Why is this not happening? Perhaps because we have built the house starting by the roof, that is, we have a full economic system with currencies, exchanges and mechanisms for investing and providing dividends, yet we all know that those project take a minimum of a few years to mature, but the nature of the average investor is more in the line of those who are looking for a x2 in a month.
All these are growing pains.

I'm hoping that this system will increase post quality by:
- Forcing people to post high-quality stuff in order to rank up. If you just post garbage, you will never get even 1 merit point, and you will therefore never be able to put links in your signature, etc. theymos hoped merit system would force people to write high quality posts to gain higher rank by that statement you should realize the target is new members not old members why new members? because they are shitposting to rank up asap in order to get better payment rate and amount from sig campaign and these new shitposter-members are multiplied uncontrollably made by account farmers solely for sig campaign purpose And now we can see daily that User with Low rank write good posts and answered of questions from high rank members but she become no Merits as a thank you. Reading the article, I was bemused to find out that banks will shut down an individuals account based on moral reasons. That's a very biased point of view, especially in a country which is supposed to free, fair and just. As long as it's not illegal to strip, which is the case in Las Vegas, then why deny them an account? Now I am beginning to re-think this whole KYC/AML thing, so banks or financial institutions could put in regulations not to accept payments from certain sources even though they are legit and are not involved in any illegal activities. " Most likely because is an activity that is prone to money laundering and because most investors would rather not be involved in it. The sex "business" is many times linked to illegal activities. |

More and more airdrop is a lie, I do not recommend participation in airdrop, because there are at most a few 100 airdrop quality, so I think it should not be a waste of time.
