True.  Multi-accounting has ruined lucrative careers....Look up the stoxtrader (Nick Grudzian)/Leatherass (Dusty Schmitt) incident.  It's very serious.  Dusty wasn't even directly involved, yet his career took a huge hit.  Having multiple accounts on a single poker site is against a poker sites terms and conditions, regardless if the bad actor admits to collusion, short stacking, rat-holing, softplay, or multiple entry because it is hard to prove intent.  It was sufficient enough to ruin Dusty's career that multiple accounts were established, even though he wasn't proven to be the culprit; Nick was the Culprit.

It is the responsibility of the site operator to ban multiple accounts to protect the integrity of the game.

This will lead you to the consensus in the poker community on the practice of multi-accounting:   http://www.internettexasholdem.com/poker-forum/general-board/nick-quotstoxtraderquot-grudzian-resigns-over-cheating-61589.html  There's also a link to the 2plus2 thread that detailed the incident.

You seem like a reasonable person, so I hope we can discuss this reasonably.  It seems like you have issues with other people who feel the same way that I do, but I hope that you don't transfer those feelings onto me, just as I won't transfer how I feel about Betcoin on to you.

Deal?

Also, I've been playing poker professionally for a very long time, so I assure you you don't have to link any reference material to me.  It's why I feel so strongly about Betcoin shaping up...I know what it does to the game to have dishonesty and shadiness.

If you know what 'multi-accounting' means, and you're accusing Twitchy of multi accounting when you know that the reason he created all of those accounts was to chat with support and chat in the public chat box, you are being dishonest with your accusation.  Because you know that he did not do what you are accusing him of doing.  It's like knowing that someone got banned from a store for cursing out the owner and then telling everyone "Well you get banned from stores for stealing, and that guy got banned from the store so he MUST have stolen a bunch of stuff!"  That's wrong, and amusingly enough that's literally libel (which is a word that I've seen Betcoin and Betcoin employees throw around on this forum often, always incorrectly).  Again, I only know what he's told me and what I've seen with my eyes.  If you have proof that he used multiple accounts to play in the same tournament or cash game, that's a whole different story.  But nobody has ever accused him of doing so, even Betcoin who has a history of doxxing their users.

Now my question...did Betcoin Jessica/Jessica White encourage/ask you to/pay you to/reward you for leaving Twitchy negative feedback?  Would you be willing to show a screenshot of your cashier/recent activity tab on Betcoin to prove that you did not in fact get paid/rewarded for doing so?

It's pretty telling that you are responding to everyone/everything...but not my reasonable question/request.

It's a tendency that I've noticed that everyone whose involved with Betcoin has.

I had responded and posted screenshots directly after your questions; however, trolls immediately took the screenshots I posted and began "photo shopping" and using the information I posted in a manipulative manner....therefore, I deleted my post.

The conduct against the participants of this signature campaign is unethical at best and dishonest on the face of it.  At first I considered the fud just misinformed banter, but now I realize that it is more than just rash judgement.  I am now under the impression that it is a concerted effort to shut down an effective signature campaign in order to re-direct player traffic.  I understand betcoin's stance against the trolls because it is not possible to have rational discussions with irrational agitators.

Yeah, I photoshopped your stupid screenshots to fuck with you.  It was obvious I did.  You're focusing on that because for some reason you think if you can convince people I fucked with you that will somehow excuse Betcoin for all the scummy shit they pull on a regular basis.

Get real idiot.
5562  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetcoinPoker.com Betcoin.ag-Big Tourneys-BONUS-Freerolls, Ring Games, Real Poker on: July 25, 2016, 07:56:22 PM
can somebody explain why Betcoin.ag asking me some silly question after winning the freeroll?
Crosspost:
this is a pure shit. i won 4th place 30mBTC in this 250 GTD freeroll and betcoin.ag asking me silly question after i tried to withdraw.I want to know is there any winner who successfully cash out from Betcoin.ag?i just laughing when they asked from whom and where i got the tournament password, really a pure shit of wasting time by playing 3-4 hours. the chat support failed to answer my question and closed after i said that i am from bitcointalk and i took all the screenshot of your chat.
Betcoin.AG acting shady? Now who would have expected that.

Lutpin, if you did your research, then you'd know that in order to qualify for the freeroll, the participant must be a member of the affiliate program sponsoring the contest.  The questions are in place to protect legitimate players from password scalpers....What happens is people sell, share, or blog post passwords to tournaments which non-legitimate players exploit, thereby cheating legitimate players out of there award.  The questions are in place to protect honest players from dishonest users, which seems to be the case here.

Please show your research.
5563  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Win a share of 3000 mBTC every day during EURO 2016! on: July 25, 2016, 01:25:23 AM
You are right. Deposit money to a gambling site mainly depend on trust and not control. But why would anyone trust Timothy John Heath while he already embezzled player deposits?
Are you confident that they do not use player deposits for business expenses/promotions? If so, based on what?
Do you believe that they pay everything from their own pocket and have a profitable business model, while their promotions are too good to be true?
Does this make sense?

My point is that making accusations against a site after a raffl like this one is pointless.

If the're guilty they can easily prevent players from finding out.  If they are innocent, it's literally impossible for them to prove so.

It's ironic everyone seems to have overlooked the users like xinzark who (imo) were almost certainly guilty.  You guy do realize, when someone enters more than once, and it's against the rules, you are the ones being cheated...right?  It's no different than the owner putting in fake accounts\ as far as how it affects you.

So far the only legitimate complaints I can think of involving Sportsbet.io and their raffle have yet to be made.

Focusing on something that you can not prove is a waste of time.
As long as the raffle-show has no terms and conditions, no one can breach any or cheat or is guilty (xinzark, etc.)! LMAO

Add in the fact its basically a free giveaway (5mbtc/ day right?)
No one outside sportbet.io knows this!

I agree, lack of clear terms is never good for the player.
5564  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Beware] TwitchySeal: Abuses his Rep, replies to his own posts with alts, etc on: July 25, 2016, 01:19:07 AM
I agree with the op.  Twitchyseal also photoshops inaccurate information over accurate information, takes things out of context, and  is a notorious multi-accounter.  I haven't spoken up sooner because I believed the poor guy was just mentally ill, but I now suspect he's a paid shill working for competitive casinos.  I can't prove my suspicions, but the evidence is accumulating.

You're taking the the literal definition of "multi-accounter" and trying to imply I am an online poker cheater.  A pathetic attempt to defend Betcoins reputation.  I've never been banned or "kicked off" any site other than Betcoin.  Betcoin banned me for continually posting questions they don't want to answer or facts they don't want to be known.

You are scum.
5565  Economy / Services / Re: ❃❃ ▶▷ BETCOIN.ag ◁◀ ❃❃#Signature Campaign-High Pay, Monthly Bonus, Special Award on: July 25, 2016, 12:24:57 AM
You gave me negative trust first....
Yes, I did.  As soon as I didn't trust you.
then I gave you negative trust in my defense.
Your first reaction to defend yourself was to post lies about me as neg feedback.  Ask yourself, why might that be?

As for me not wanting my name mentioned in chat, that's because I suspect you guy's of hacking my account....

I like thinking and blogs and the future.
Just didn't think I'd ever get to manage you in a campaign Cheesy

"A Blog That Discusses About" <--Can we get rid of "about" or ["that" and "discusses"?]
How about "A Blog For Discussion About"?

Will update signature if accepted
Then do.

I know I'm being over-critical, just feel like the way it's worded now seems kind of google-translatish.  Also, I can't figure out what this thing really is and a calling it a "blog for discussion/that discusses about" makes it more confusing.  Isn't that what forums are for? It seems interesting with some good buzz words and ideas I agree with, but is this a for-profit business?  If so, what's the model?

5567  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: July 24, 2016, 09:41:37 PM
One thing at a time, you were putting nonsense on the too good to be true bonuses. For the record, I dont defend anything about the above post of his deposit bonus went missing. Here is the quoted post of yours saying it is too good to be true

So if they give us 1 btc bonus, and clearing the requirements cost us only .35 bitcoin in losses, we can expect to profit an average of .65 btc.  If you don't make any big bets and stick with a minimal variance game like Baccarat, you will end up with  .55-.75 profit every time.

Basic math is not nonsense.  A 12 year old could understand this.

Oh hey, wonder why FJ changed their terms?  Perhaps because they realized what I explained above to erwin?

(I am impressed they actually went out of their way to notify players this time.  I hope they do not go back to their old ways in this area)

Dear Players,

This message is to inform you regarding changes conducted in the Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions articles. Starting from July 14, 11:30 GMT (server time), Live Games will have 0% contribution towards the bonuses credited to your account, therefore, bonus cannot be wagered in Live Casino including Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, Live Sic-Bo, Live Texas Hold’em, Dragon Tier and Caribbean Poker.

Best Regards,
FortuneJack Team

I (usually) only respond when OP spams this thread.

It will leave a better impression if you just take off the pirated games and process cashout at least every 24 hours.

The games are supplied by our multi-vendor software partner as we have mentioned previously.
You mean Bestslotsgambling?  The provider you claim is the leading software provider in the gaming industry but has no website and is mentioned nowhere on the internet other than in the terms of your site?  That's where you get your pirated software from?

You should get netent software from netent.

RTG from RTG.

etc...

many players give them feedback, I don't doubt you do as well.  that's not why you have been spamming the same thread with Betcoin promos for over a year now or built a website.  you do that to convince people to sign up and deposit at betcoin.  that's why they pay you.

5573  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Beware] TwitchySeal: Abuses his Rep, replies to his own posts with alts, etc on: July 24, 2016, 12:26:56 AM
I'm still failing to understand how you could think I am abusing my rep.
I've denied your accusation.  Please revise your factual assertions about me or explain why they should be considered factual.
SWC is on that blacklist from CardsChat, why don't you continually post a screenshot of that in the SWC Poker thread to deter people from joining their poker room?
The SWC thread is a place where players discuss SWC.
Your thread is to get people to sign up for Betcoin with your affiliate link.

SWC does have it's issues right now, but they do not compare to the incredible lack of integrity Betcoin consistantly demonstrates.

Betcoin is the reason many online poker players don't bother with Bitcoin in general.  Go over to twoplustwo and ask people what they think of Betcoin in the WPN sub-forum if you don't believe me.

A player of mine 'nubitcoinerr' stated that SWC Poker's tournaments are weaker than Betcoin's tournaments
Actually he asked why anyone would play at SWC when they could play on Betcoin instead.
but you called him "shilly",
Yes, I did.  His post was very "shilly".  (Yes, I made that word up also)
then immediately afterwards Cryptosmoker gives him a bad feedback saying he's a Betcoin shill.
Perhaps cryptosmoker read the same post I did.
Cryptosmoker's posts are clones of your posts.
No, they are not.
If Cryptosmoker isn't your alternate, then he's your co-conspirator, which you've nearly admitted saying something like (and I'm paraphrasing) "not my alt, maybe my co-conspirator".
I've had private conversations with cryptosmoker via pm.  Not that it's any of your business.
Either way it doesn't even matter if he's your alternate or your co-conspirator, but he isn't a random person that just so supports everything that you say.
I suspect several of "your players" are actually you or Betcoin staff, but I don't have enough evidence to make any accusations so I don't.

I've denied your accusation.  Please revise your factual assertions about me or explain why they should be considered factual.

I'm still failing to understand how you could think I am abusing my rep.
5574  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Beware] TwitchySeal: Abuses his Rep, replies to his own posts with alts, etc on: July 23, 2016, 08:53:27 PM
Hi,

I see since my last post you've changed the topic from

"[Beware] TwitchySeal: Abuses his Reputation with Hit or Miss accusations, etc"

to

"[Beware] TwitchySeal: Abuses his Rep, replies to his own posts with alts, etc"

Could you please explain why?

I don't know what you mean by "abuses his rep" or "etc" but I do not reply to my own post with alts.

I'm still failing to understand how you could think I am abusing my rep.

I've denied your accusation.  Please revise your factual assertions about me or explain why they should be considered factual.
5575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥[ANN] BetcoinRakeback.com beta version now out!♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ on: July 23, 2016, 06:38:37 PM

The scam accusation has to do with Betcoin lying to players and overall level of scumminess.

They lied about the Badbeat Jackpot.

THey lied about the no colluision freeroll.

They lied about how they deal with cheaters in general.

They lied about over-charging rake.

They lied about me.

They lied about Jason Ort.

I'm not cryptosmoker.

By your logic, I can say that you lied about them "lying".

Sure, you could.  Which is why I post evidence to back up my claims.
Which claim do you think I'm lying about.  Let me know which one you doubt and I'll point you to the post that proves it.

Is a gas station lying when they post the price of gas at 149.909?
No?

Some could argue that that is false/deceptive advertising and hence dishonesty/lying, but no one is going to camp outside of gas stations to protest.
It is deceptive, but most marketing strategies are.  They are also heavily regulated to protect the consumer and promote free market.

I've been a reputable member of online communities long before I started working with Betcoin as a poker room advisor and affiliate.  If I'd suspected they were illegitimate, I would not have risked my energy and resources to work with them.
I mean, technically they are the definition of a illegitimate online casino.  (Not authorized by law)  But I know you meant something different, I don't know the best word to use either though.

When you started working with Betcoin, you thought they were honest with only good intentions.  I believe that is likely true.

How do you feel about betcoin now, compared to the first few months of working for them.
5576  Economy / Services / Re: ❃❃ ▶▷ BETCOIN.ag ◁◀ ❃❃#Signature Campaign-High Pay, Monthly Bonus, Special Award on: July 23, 2016, 03:47:40 AM
This is bad for the participants and to those who want to join in the near future. If that's the case are you going to put negative trust to fortune jack signature campaign participants also? Because they have an inconsistent and not trusted image? You should tag them also I think, since your reason for this is that the casino being advertised have some anomalies.
FortuneJack also relies on their signature campaign to build and maintain their reputation.  Good point.
I also suspect many users have alt accounts in both Betcoin and FJ.
That's for another thread though, I don't want to derail.

Thanks for verifying that there is a point on what I've said. I hope Lutpin will do equal sanction on both Fortunejack and Betcoin signature campaign participants because it will be unfair , if he'll just do it on betcoin participants and as far as I know ( if I was right ), when he put negative trust to anyone, it will reflect on the account with red warning trade with cautious.

Do you think Lutpin might realize you are actually a Betcoin campaign member in disguise attempting to protect Betcoins campaign by pretending to attack FortuneJacks?

Are people starting to fully understand what is going on in regards to 2 of our 3 negative trusts that remain own or are deeply involved in direct online competitive casinos and at least two of the other negative trust reviews are owned by the same person...

Wow, it's really pretty slimy to smear others to get our of your mess. I assume you're talking about Dooglus and his ownership of just-dice, but we both know his trust feedback to you has absolutely nothing to him being a competitor, but rather his concern for players. He runs an old-school toycoin casino, that doesn't even take bitcoin or offer anything but dice. It's hard to call that a "direct competitor", and we know both know very well that your business has absolutely zero impact on his.

Honestly I think you owe him an apology for this, and your other insinuating remarks.

The fact dooglus has waited this long has me puzzled after they lied to him, treated him like shit and eventually just ignored him
5578  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free 0.05BTC SatoshiGames.io - Bitcoin Casino & Poker Room on: July 22, 2016, 05:07:43 PM
These conditions apply only upon receipt and payment of bonuses. For yet it is the only way to deal with a bonus hackers

Players who make a deposit, can create multiple accounts at the same time they have to give up bonuses. In this case, the deposit and withdrawal of funds will be instantly

That seems fair enough.  The 1-6 day thing is not in the bonus terms though.  Also it says
Quote
1.7 Registration is permitted only for one user and only one account .
in the general terms section.
5579  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free 0.05BTC SatoshiGames.io - Bitcoin Casino & Poker Room on: July 22, 2016, 04:51:05 PM
Also you shouldn't advertise this:

+ Instant deposits and money withdrawals

If this is the case:

Or this:
From the very beginning our system was designed and realized taking into account the complete anonymity of our clients

If this is the case:

If your system was designed around the idea of completely anonymous accounts, you really shouldn't have any terms about multi accounts either.
5580  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free 0.05BTC SatoshiGames.io - Bitcoin Casino & Poker Room on: July 22, 2016, 04:43:42 PM
Got the .05 BTC bonus, won .5 BTC pretty quick (on betsoft slot  Shocked ) so have good shot at clearing bonus.  About 20% through now.

Hopefully next post will be sharing my quick withdraw experience. Smiley

Nevermind, lost it all.  Thanks anyway.

Went to check out poker room earlier, didn't see anyone playing but it said over 100 players online.   What other sites use the same poker network as as SatoshiGames.io?

Also, when I returned to the casino everything was in russian and I couldn't get it to revert back to English (didn't try very hard either).

Also, you guys should get a native english speaker to proof read your terms.  Right now I can kinda figure out what you're trying to say, but you need to make the rules perfectly clear if you plan on enforcing them.
