561  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin business success on: December 04, 2018, 02:23:44 PM
In my opinion, doing business hand in hand with bitcoin will not be as profitable and will be a bad choice as mode of payment simply because the value of bitcoin has now dropped to a very low price since last year. This reflects how volatile bitcoin is and its value does not depend on external economic factors. There is no set value for bitcoin unlike other fiat currencies available where the movement of price is just minimal and somewhat predictable and dependent to how the economy is going.
many are successful from the bitcoin business, and many are losing money from this business. I think that depends on how we take advantage of opportunities to achieve the goals we expect
562  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: December 04, 2018, 02:19:16 PM
How can we get people to use bitcoin as a real currency and not just a quick way to get cash as a lot of people seem to do? When I say currency, I mean the literal definition of currency as something that is used as a medium of exchange.
Even online, there are only a few stores who are accepting it as payment.
Nowadays as the price of bitcoin has not be stable this might be the hindrance of not getting to mass adoptions as those merchant will not accept bitcoin if the price fluctuation is too much high. People also had in mind that they are holding bitcoin for their future as assets as they hope that someday the price of bitcoin will give them fortune.
with the future of bitcoin, for now, it is indeed more effective to be used as an investment, so that it gets a lot of profit later. there are still many weaknesses in bitcoin as a means of transaction
563  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why? on: December 04, 2018, 02:15:38 PM
I think 50% of the people here are people who hope for the future of bitcoin. their hope is that bitcoin can be used throughout the world as a payment method. the rest is only speculators who hope that bitcoin has a growing value to benefit from their money.

sorry if im wrong
I assume, that more people expect the price of bitcoin to soar going forward, so many encourage the government to help provide public trust to support it, so prices will rise, I think that's their hope
564  Economy / Economics / Re: The market is looking healthy and greener all over again on: December 03, 2018, 02:34:48 AM
It is too early to say anything. Situation is suitable for whales to pump it up so we will have to wait a bit longer to give any valid conclusion. But I love to see all in green, makes me very happy.
About ATH, i think that we are waaaay to far from it man  Smiley

Price action is very little currently, we may end up in a narrow bracket for multiple months like we did with the price around 6k. Whales won't want to pump the price at this point, they'll want to keep accumulating. ATH is going to be a minimum of 1 year IMO.
indeed when the price is stable at $ 6000, we hope there is a pump, but what happens is actually a breakout down, so that it continues the negative trend, before it can penetrate $ 6000 again, I will not have a positive trend
565  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a Currency on: December 03, 2018, 02:30:37 AM
Bitcoin for me was not just a currency but also a form of business that can give me  savings in the future. In short, it can be a form of investment, and use as a form of payment online whether it is a kind of online shopping, monthly bills such as electricity, phone, water and tuition fee as well in the universities who accepted bitcoin.

Now, most of the guys that spent their money to buy Bitcoin, take it as the best long-term investment. I am sure that in 5-6 years at least BTC will be also popular as the currency.
I don't think it will be enough for 5-6 years to make bitcoin a currency that is approved throughout the world. maybe only a few countries can do that, maybe the best development is just an investment tool
566  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks must adopt new technologies to survive an ongoing “extinction phase” on: December 03, 2018, 02:25:27 AM
Come to think of it, this statement doesn't apply to just the banks. It would have to apply to everyone. Everyone has to catch up to technologies so one doesn't get left behind and be obsolete. In the case if banks, i think this statement applies more to them in the Advent of crypto currency and blockchain technologies.
indeed we all must follow development of technology, in this case bank becomes the main spotlight because finance is closely related to bank, and what emerges is a new currency in the form of digital
567  Economy / Economics / Re: 10th Birthday, Bitcoin Price Is No Longer Exciting ? on: December 02, 2018, 05:54:11 AM
Recently the price of Bitcoin seems stagnant and there is no significant movement, it probably make the investor worry because they don't get the return of their investment in a massive amount even some of the investor have lost a bitter of their assets. As we know the price of bitcoin is depending on the investor or holders.
maybe there are still many investors who are waiting for time to make decisions, but many are frustrated after drastically reducing their assets. I think with high volacity like this it makes BTC even more attractive
568  Economy / Economics / Re: harmonization of fiat and crypto on: December 02, 2018, 05:49:14 AM
Even if we see a collaboration between both fiat and crypto in the future, many countries do not accept crypto wholly. Because economic power of countries are not equal each other and if small countries or developing countries accept such a thing they will become toys of economically strong countries such as US or China.
like in my country which is a developing country, currently there is no juxtaposition between bitcoin and fiat currency. bitcoin has only been fought as an investment tool, but hopefully in the future it will be in harmony
569  Economy / Economics / Re: Very stable BTC dominance on: December 02, 2018, 05:44:10 AM
Since the dump from 6500$ (and actually since sept.) btc dominance has been very stable, around 53%.
However it appears previous bear market phases always had an impact on the indicator.

How do you explains this at all?

Bitcoin dominate market cap value more than 50%, i think its not good for others coin development. many altcoin drop the price more than 95% from highest price and i think if bitcoin domination above 50%, altcoin will not growing fast
altcoin seems to be dictated by bitcoin, and they can't be as independent, so they are just following. this makes development less than maximum, so many altcoins are worthless
570  Economy / Economics / Re: What's Crypto innovation for you? on: December 01, 2018, 02:40:12 AM
Most of us see the different innovation by the use of technology. We are in the world if technology.
Crypto innovation helps many people to earn in different ways. Some change their lifestyle because of crypto. If you really an open minded person you will know how crypto open oportunity to everybody.
for now, it is fortunate that we are already familiar with crypto, at least for the future we have the capital to keep up with technological developments, so that we can easily adapt to the times
571  Economy / Economics / Re: A Public Market is Turning 'Cashless' in the Philippines on: December 01, 2018, 02:31:13 AM
Digital transactions are penetrating the market two or three years ago, it is just so surprising that Philippines is adappting to the digital technology by allowing such transactions to be visible in common areas like public market and your local convenience stores. I think the cryptocurrency is yet to be adapted -- they are just waiting for by-laws and some amendments to protect the rights of every consumer and investors trading with such. Overall, this news is a good one considering Philippines is one of the most watched out for Third world country. Kudos to Valenzuela City.
I feel happy, hearing this news, even though there is no clarity in my country, at leasti Philippines is a country in one region in my country, the ASEAN zone. of course this will affect the surrounding countries
572  Economy / Economics / Re: Apart from trading where else to use crypto? on: December 01, 2018, 02:27:05 AM
Aside from trading crypto currencies an be used in online payment there are online shops and normal shops specially in Japan who accepts bitcoin as payment.
You can use Crypto for a variety of things not just investment. that's why cryptocurrency is in great demand
because it has many uses. you can shop, gamble, play games and so on using cryptocurrency
although it is not yet maximal, crypto is a payment tool, but at present there are at least countries that accept payment using crypto, for example shops at the Australian airport
573  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money on a long-term period on: November 29, 2018, 03:14:00 AM
in my opinion the best way to save money is to invest our money into property and land. because the value of the building and the land every time it goes up never goes down. so this is good for long-term investment. compared to gold and silver investments, property and land investment has a greater increase of around 10-30% each year while jewelry may only be 5% every year. setting aside money every month after payday is important so that our future will be guaranteed.
I very agree with you, someone who as a great entrepreneur in my country called Denny Santoso also said it that the great place to put your unused money is real estate, but its not easy and cheap to learn how to do this thing correctly, he said that he paid around $2000 for a real estate course.
logically, real estate prices normally have a 20% increase per year. and is a safe investment, because very rarely do we find property prices falling every year, because more and more people need them
574  Economy / Economics / Re: Money Matters on: November 29, 2018, 03:10:50 AM
Money is powerful! If you have money in this world, you are free on what you want to do. You can buy all things using money even the dignity of others. Money also destroy our ownselve. If we praise money and make it as our God, we will not live happily in earth. Money is valuable but for me, happiness is the true worth of life.
There is a saying that "Money can't buy everything BUT Everything needs money".
Well, you cant get everything with money but its a fact that money can support every aspect in your life and everything will always be better if you have enough money.
with money we will be able to increase goodness, by giving more charity to those in need. and don't worry about your charity your assets will run out. this way your psychology will become stronger indirectly
575  Economy / Economics / Re: popularity of bitcoin dictates demand, means more profit on: November 28, 2018, 03:04:16 AM
To be known for bitcoin may cause an increase on its demand and investment. But it is only a possibility. What if they don't want to buy it. Bitcoin must be attractive for buyers and investors. For this, we need to see some improvements like recognition of bitcoin as a payment method by big online sellers.
This still goes down to the significance of Bitcoin popularity. It is out of effective awareness creation that Bitcoin can become familiar and popular to the people. Through this, the beneficial concepts will be conveyed to the people and the business owners among them will integrate it into their payment systems whereas the investors will buy and hold for more profit.
the demand for investment will certainly increase the price of bitcoin, but after that they hold it, and there must be more investors like that. when new investors are getting smaller, this is a warning
576  Economy / Economics / Re: why bitcoin price fall down? on: November 28, 2018, 03:00:06 AM
global elites will not let Bitcoin die, because the goal of bitcoin itself has not been achieved, they will continue to pump and dump to make room for new users to get new income and want to depend on bitcoin
when everyone depends on bitcoin, then the community will be easily controlled, with bitcoin
There is true, early 2018, of course, many new bitcoiners are hoping to make a lot of money here. but basically the purpose of bitcoin as a currency has not been reached, most of which deposit their funds here
577  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you do when price falls? on: November 28, 2018, 02:53:42 AM
like now. all I do is hold it, and wait for the price to rise again. I have committed, from the tokens that I have, of course one of them will definitely have a good price, so I would rather wait for the pump to occur and carry out activities in the real world
578  Economy / Economics / Re: Confirmed, bull run begins now, what expectations? on: November 27, 2018, 02:56:27 AM
I only hope to earn back my lost money during the bull market!
In the bear market, I lost a lot of money, I hope to make money when the bull market! I hope BTC can break through 20,000 US dollars!

Same as you, I also hoping that in the bull run I could earn back my lost money I know that it is sad to see the market continously dropping and I am keeping to hold it even though I will lost my money but I believe when the bull run will start I could get back my money. Hopefully, this days, this week and this month the bull run will start if not then we could wait until 2019.
indeed it is the hope of all of us, many bitcoiners are in the same boat, in this case our patience is tested, even if it is capable, now is the opportunity to add assets with a large discount
579  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the market on: November 27, 2018, 02:52:02 AM
I think that the key to stop all the FUD from affecting us is to implement stricter regulations. A regulation where exchanges will owe us money if  ever our assets get stolen from hacking. Exchanges are now the new banks so they should be reliable for everything.
maybe regulation by government could be the only way to stop all fud in market.if government already accept cryptocurrency and issue policy about it maybe investors become more confidence.
This is one of the key moment most crypto investors are waiting to see - the acceptance of crypto by the governments. The truth is, the recent drop in market value is due to the FUD harbouring in the minds of some investors. The governments are the best source for relieving some investors from this state and from there the market can recover quickly and take off another bull run.
indeed it is the hope of all of us, but the key point of this problem is government, where recognition is needed by investors, if not, then an unhealthy market and fraud will still occur
580  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain future on: November 27, 2018, 02:48:23 AM
Base on my own perspective its eagerly look for blockchain use by everyone in this world and everyone that who needs money that needed good storage of income from actual money or even digital would benefit so well. Widely promotion in the future will probably happens if crypto will continually move step by step. The process progress will probably improve everyone's storage in the near future.
in the journey, there are many obstacles that must be faced, such as now, where negative sentiments hit so that prices fall again, of course, block the blockchain as well. but in my opinion it is a part of a process
