561  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook now joining btc? on: July 10, 2018, 02:30:02 AM
Is this a good time for Facebook to try new kinds of stuff. Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg has become the world's third richest man in the world and he has achieved all that just because of technology and a right idea, So do you guys think he will now at least think about experimenting to take bitcoin as a payment method in facebook. I think that will surely change a lot of people's mind around the world and they can freely put some money on facebook business.
This is a very good idea but to develop that idea is very difficult. Because Facebook is still in the policy of blocking ads related to Cryptocurrency and it has not changed dynamics in a better direction.
but Crypto is being accepted by many big companies in the world and facebook will soon accept the existence of Crypto.
562  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to hit $25k by the end of 2018 on: July 10, 2018, 02:27:00 AM
Bitcoin bull Tom Lee, Fundstrat, still believes the cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) will hit $25K by the end of this year.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4c8bf196Qg8  Do you agree with him? For me, I think it is quite possible for bitcoin to hit $25k at the end of this year.
I really disagree with the above comments. Because the market is being manipulated, the economy of some continents is in decline. The strong development of Bitcoin is very difficult because the capitalization is greatly reduced. The whales are being hurt, and their capital has plummeted, so the Cryptocurrency market will not be pumped by the end of 2018.
563  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Does Day Trading Means? on: July 09, 2018, 03:56:25 AM
Getting a little bit confuse here. What Does it means by day trading and are any advantages and disadvantages in day trading. Thanks
Day trading means that you will receive a profit during the day by performing the transaction. You can target high-altitude volcanoes to make a profit from it. The concept is quite simple but the practice is quite difficult and it wastes your time a lot. That is the nature of the transaction of the day.
564  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: July 09, 2018, 03:51:14 AM
Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Huh?!

I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations!

I do not encourage you to invest in Bitcoin or Real Estate. I encourage you to carefully calculate the percentage of safe and high risk premiums when investing in BTCs or Real Estate. Because the trend is always changing, Bitcoin may be good today, but it may bring you debt tomorrow and real estate too.Make accurate and careful investment calculations. Wink
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops and Bounties useful? on: July 09, 2018, 03:45:12 AM
Are Airdrops and Bounties really leading to a successful coin? There are so many out there this time.
Or are they mostly shitcoins, disappear or using your emails for phishing?
Have you ever participate to one with high profit? How long was wait for that?
I think most of them are just bullshit and time wasting and not worth putting some effort in.
I've been involved in a campaign of high bounty bonus. But it is at a time of green market and market capitalization is very high. A project I made over $ 30k. But for me, the amount of bonuses I get is quite small but it is still a high salary.
566  Economy / Economics / Re: How to calculate profit on: July 07, 2018, 04:44:22 AM
So lets say I put in $100 dollars. I buy while its at a low of $10,400. The price goes up to $10,400 and I sell. Whata my profit?
I think you will not be profitable. Because you have to pay the transaction fee and your capital amount will decrease. Perhaps as you need to learn math better before getting involved in investing. Grin
567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Face up to reality: The game is over on: July 07, 2018, 04:42:44 AM
The development since late December shows very clearly what is happening.

The whales - and anyone else with half a financial brain - are slowly selling all their bitcoin. As they sell, prices begin to drop sharply. They then hold back on the selling and newbies and "HODL'ers" are foolish enough to "buy the dip". This sends the price back up.

It then repeats with rates dropping again, until the newbies and "HODL'ers" buy the dip once more.

Except on every round the dip gets deeper and deeper.

The game is over, and anyone so stupendously stupid to keep buying from the whales who are unloading are basically just throwing their money away.

Face up to reality, the party is over.
You have brought a lot of negative thoughts in the article. I think the market was not as bad as you think. You are only considering the aspect of the market and you do not compare the Crypto market to the world's stock and economic markets.
You need to gather more information before making your own judgments. The forum needs constructive and logical commentary.
568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin mining is costly... on: July 07, 2018, 04:40:33 AM
One thing to say mining bitcoin consumes a large amount of electricity and it would take lots of equipment to manned the mining. There should be a development in making the cost of bitcoin lower; given that lower mining cost could yield a higher profit. However, it matters on trading and exchanges.
I think the profit will be the same in both cases. If the electricity price drops, you will save hundreds of dollars a month and the cost of Bitcoin will also affect quite a lot. But a trader in China thinks Bitcoin's price of $ 3k2 will not be profitable for them. So now Bitcoin is still $ 6k6 and it still makes a lot of money.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How high will DENT go? on: July 06, 2018, 01:49:19 PM
DENT is a good altcoin and it has just been pumped and raised more than 100% of the price. I think it has reached the highest price and we should not buy it. Investing when its price rises will be very high risk. I have failed in such two investments and I have drawn experience for myself. Hope my opinion can help people.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt Investment for 1 year on: July 06, 2018, 01:46:49 PM
What are some of the alts that you feel can give high profits like 100x in a year, by the end of 2018.

Do Golem, Nem, DGB, Siacoin have that potential in them?

What will be your picks for a year long investment?
x100 is very unlikely when the world economy is in a severe recession. I think we should invest in some altcoin in the top 30 and only expect it to increase 200% after a year.
I suggest you invest in NEO. It is a very potential altcoin and is highly appreciated by professionals. In 2019 and 2020, prices will rise sharply.
571  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government really scary? on: July 05, 2018, 03:25:17 AM
Many people say the government is not interested in cryptocurrency. Many people think the government has prohibit
crypto to protect investors from risks. Maybe in your country, that's true. But in some countries, especially developing countries, the government just wants to rob your assets. They rob publicly, lawfully and as much as possible. they are really bandits.I'm not afraid what they do. Because we have many ways to fight them. But this world is not as simple as you think. They can kill you if you are demonstrating.
You can ask any vietnamese that : Do you support your government ? I bet 99% answer is never. 1% remaining I'm sure they are goverment employee or their family. Wink
That is really a sad story about our country. I am Vietnamese and I always witness those events. I think all these wrongdoings are due to the miscalculations of the government in the past. and now they have to pay for it.
But we should not be too pessimistic about our country, living and making the most positive contribution possible to society.
572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will become the first world currency for buy and sell ? on: July 05, 2018, 03:22:02 AM
Do you think Bitcoin will become the first world currency for buy and sell ?  Grin
I do not think it can do that. We can not deny the benefits it brings to the world, but its instability does not make it possible to become the world's currency. In addition, overdue supply will not be eligible. It is impossible to become the world's currency for Bitcoin.
573  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea Opens Doors for Cryptocurrency on: July 05, 2018, 03:18:40 AM
Before this time, almost Korean investors really worried about new tax policy for cryptocurrency.
That's why all news said the government will apply 3~40%taxes for crypto at Jul~Aug.
But today, the government said we will apply 10~15%taxes for crypto like interest income tax, and it is very acceptable to all Korean investors.
Also they said we feel hard to say it will happen within this year and although will happen this year, there will be 1~2years stay period.

http://news.naver.com/main/read.nhn?mode=LSD&mid=sec&oid=023&aid=0003382087&sid1=001&lfrom=kakao

In conclusion, Crypto is accepted by government's legal property, SO MANY KOREAN INVESTORS WILL GET INTO MARKET AGAIN!

I think the government ban would not have much impact on the Crypto market. In my country, the government has banned Bitcoin but we are still working very well. We did not encounter any obstacles and could transfer altcoin to our normal currency. So many Korean investors are still active if their country bans. Grin
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How should I split my $100k? on: July 04, 2018, 04:16:11 AM
Hello guys, If you put $100k to crypto, how would you split it ? Thank you
If I have $ 100k at this point. I will spend over $ 70k to invest in ETH and hold them in the long run. The remaining $ 30k I will invest in potential ICO projects. I have a team that specializes in analyzing ICO projects and they work great and professional.
I think you should divide your money the same way I do. Hope it will bring you much profit in the long run.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub has started accepting crypto on: July 04, 2018, 04:14:12 AM
I thought it was a clever step by Pornhub. The Crypto market is a very potential market in the future. Working with Crypto and accepting Bitcoin payments is a great thing. They will probably get
a lot of Bitcoins and hold them until Bitcoin prices reach $ 20k again.
576  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Blockchain initial promise fade away? on: July 04, 2018, 04:10:18 AM
The Internet was seen as a great liberator when the small guy could compete against the big corporations. But fast forward 20 years have we lost the benefits of the net with the way it is now dominated by a few large companies? From being a liberator it has become controlling. Will we see the same happen for blockchain where initially we can see it as a great disruptor and disinter-mediator only to become something that over time becomes less free and more controlling?

In business, there will not be any dictionaries known as "promises". You should know that the market is like a battlefield. Only stupid people believe in the promise. Everything needs to change to match the market trend.
It is important to know if you want to become rich.
577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do businesses/vendors that accept crypto HODL or SELL? on: July 04, 2018, 04:07:27 AM
What do you think vendors who accept cryptocurrency as payment (for non crypto services - just your everyday coffee shops & retailers) do with the digital assets - HODL VS SELL? Its easy for traders and independent investors to hodl and stay put during the volatile times. But businesses have monthly expenses to upkeep id imagine it is very hard for them to stay operationally stable if their main source of revenue came from a highly volatile asset; 10 cups of coffee are worth 50$; the coffee is paid for in BTC, two days later the same BTC is only worth 30$ and they just lost 20$ on the sale, i could see this being very problematic in the efforts to increase the mainstream adoption of cryptocurrency.
If there are some businesses or stores accepting Bitcoin payments, I think they intend to hold on until the price of Bitcoin increases dramatically and sells.
Because no business will accept strong currency fluctuations and that will make sales very difficult to control.
578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this true that GOOGLE will ban the ICO and crypto related ads? on: July 03, 2018, 01:33:28 PM
I read an article about this please take a look

https://www.financemagnates.com/cryptocurrency/news/exclusive-google-quietly-purging-cryptocurrency-ads-content/

I'm not sure if this is true
what are your idea about this?
it will not happen. All is just fake news. It is just an excuse for the market to go down and use it to fool the traders. The current market is controlled by whales and we should be careful when making investment decisions.
I think we should only buy and hold in the long run. That is the best strategy at the moment.
579  Economy / Economics / Re: Recession in the Economy on: July 03, 2018, 01:30:59 PM
2018 is indeed a very serious economic downturn in many countries. war broke out, the major countries in the world conflict, the recession occurred is evident. But this is considered a good opportunity for investors.
Buy some potential altcoins and hold until everything is recovered. great strategy. Wink
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you think alt coin market will crash? on: July 03, 2018, 01:28:30 PM
Some people think it won't crash, other has been saying "tomorrow" for the past years.

But looking at the gains the last few months its hard to see this continuing for years to come. Can there be a long (3-6 months) bear market now to correct or is crypto too hot and will increase crazy up til implosion?

I'm thinking maybe 6-12 months of crypto craze left. Then crash (90% of coins loose 90% of value) and a few years of bear market before successful crypto projects starts making money. Pretty much .com again.

What do you think?
I do not deny Cryptocurrency is a balloon but it's always worth it. The same way that the Internet has suddenly grown dramatically and suddenly fell down causing many to go bankrupt. I think Cryptocurrency is the same. It will last forever and be more stable after the events. Wink
