561  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: May 12, 2014, 02:54:45 AM
I'm officially out of this mess.  I have requested that LRM burn my shares and no longer pay anything to my wallets.  Thank god I tested the waters (put a small amount in to be able to watch) before putting the rest of hardware budget into it.

Those who lost larger amounts have my sympathy.  Feel free to contact me if you need help with anymore of this.  I got away with minimal loss and after consideration realize, it's just not worth the time.

These shares are worthless to me. G' luck peeps. . .peace out.  Not worth my time.

Don't burn your shares, just give them to me  Cool

I personally would like to see the money re invested to insure the company has a solid platform for future projects.. I'm sure there are people who would disagree as they just want to dump their shares, but as an investor looking into the mid/long term this would be a better idea assuming ken provides a financial report detailing the position of the company.

I disagree.

At this stage, the dividends MUST be paid out in full as a show of honour and integrity from Ken.

Thereafter, perhaps a share of the dividends could be put aside, but not yet, not now. As a long term investor, I need to see Ken doing the right thing. Then the share price will improve, sentiment will improve, and hopefully sales will then improve.
565  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: May 10, 2014, 12:23:36 AM
Ken what is your 3 month plan for this company? How are you going to make us money with a static data centre and single figure miner sales?

Tell me what the bitcoin price will be in 3 months and I will tell you.

I'm sure as a skilled manager though Ken, that you have at least three plans for different scenarios though right?

Eg.
If price is $400 - execute plan A
If price is $800 - execute plan B
If price is $2000 - execute plan C

First of all, I don't want to do business with bitpay because they are in bed with BFL.

So you used Mt.Gox instead - strong logic!

In anycase, so use coinbase then and get it going already.

You want to sell to the btc community but don't accept btc ... you MUST know this is a huge flaw right?
567  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Lawsuit - Shareholder Discussion on: May 08, 2014, 11:11:55 PM
I'm a very large shareholder, and I would be strongly against any legal action at this moment.

We are finally seeing some movement by Ken, and I think it is best to give him time to keep the momentum going.

We now have our shares, mining is happening, there is improvement.

We still need to know more, and for more to happen, but now is the time to allow that to happen.

If it doesnt, then we can revisit thoughts of legal action.

Taking action now would be shooting ourselves in the foot, and a sure way of killing any hope of return of wealth.

got my shares and now they're worth nothing yay~!

And on an exchange with no volume, no btc, and no users - party time
569  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: May 06, 2014, 05:28:44 AM
I agree with zumzero,

The best course of action Ken could take, is to simply lay everything out, show what position we are in, and then let us help.

He is one man, he has failed until now, and he must see that. But he can still make this venture a success by drawing on shareholders who have a lot to lose, and a lot to gain.

But, will Ken listen, or keep digging a hole

All the legal issues, Ken needs to resolve the customer facing issues of refunds etc with utmost urgency.

I would actually be willing to consider allowing a payment of the refunds from our mining dividends that are sitting there at the moment. But we would need to know how many btc need to be returned first. Then maybe we can vote, and settle this issue and move on to greener pastures

Ken, can you please provide a useful update on what happened with eAsic - how much did we (are we) getting back?
572  Economy / Securities / Re: Official Labrat Mining (LRM) Share Trading Thread on: April 29, 2014, 05:34:23 AM
Just a reminder to all who are buying and selling contracts...

The original LRM bonds underwent a 1 -> 3 split in March.  If you had previously bought 100 bonds, you now hold 300 contracts.  Keep that in mind for your trades.

grnbrg.

Is that the case under either contract version?
573  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you think the Bitcoin debit card will affect prices? on: April 25, 2014, 04:33:47 AM
Its not 1.2% per year.

It's .12% per year for cold storage vault.

The wallet is free.
574  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 24, 2014, 04:02:28 AM
Ken should never have sold any units to customers until everything was properly in place. Pre-orders have been a disaster both PR wise and complaints that put the company under the microscope.

Even now, things are not in place properly - stop selling products. Just get the mining ramped up, then get the whole order, dispatch, customer services up and running properly before selling any more products to consumers.

575  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 14, 2014, 05:26:40 AM
- No one that wants to preserve our share value wants to be on CryptoTrade. I can only assume the CryptoTrade fans are either 1)shills 2)bought UKYO shares and are acting in self interest 3)are trolls.

Couldn't agree more.
576  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: April 14, 2014, 02:32:36 AM
Looks like there is only communication when the shares get halted on havelock. Then there is a flurry of posts.

Now, back to normal. No garret or sam to be seen
577  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 14, 2014, 02:26:56 AM
Share price wont go up much if anything on CT ... there are NO buyers. No traders. No btc

There is NO way shareholders are better off on Crypto Trade

And at this stage, Ken has work to do no matter what for the shares to be listed. So better to do the work properly and get on Havelock
578  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 13, 2014, 11:29:31 PM
Ken,

Please note that virtually every shareholder is asking for the shares to be listed on Havelock.

There is a reason for this - it is better for shareholders.

Please do what is right for shareholders. List on Havelock! Please!

579  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: April 10, 2014, 11:27:55 PM
Can we get an update from Garr or Sam ... what's happening?
