I really can't understand why are you doing this. I will never support this content and its similar. It is not a new announcement. And you should direct us to your blog. It is not fair!
I am sure everyone in this forum has already seen this airdrop from blockchain.
562  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC the next exchange to become insolvent customers not able to withdraw fund on: May 19, 2019, 07:30:25 PM
I've been in this market for a long time. I never had a serious investment in HitBtc. HitBtc is obviously a questionable exchange. Always be cautious about such exchanges.
563  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the oldest bitcoin address you still have control over? on: May 18, 2019, 08:32:24 PM
Why would I do that? Without any reason, would I share my wallet information here? I do not think so. Forget it.
564  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ebay accepts crypto? on: May 17, 2019, 09:37:35 PM
It's rumores ebay is gonna to start accepting crypto payments. Have u heard? I am glad that more e-commerce companies are starting to allow the use of cryptocurrency to pay. It can be assumed that Amazon and Ebay will develop their own cryptocurrency

There is so many rumour on the market. Don't read it. You can reach the official announcement from their source. They may be thinking about cryptocurrencies but there is no official announcement yet.
565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Android wallets to store Bitcoin and do transactions on: May 16, 2019, 08:00:21 PM
I wanted to investigate this topic because unlike before today there are many Android and IOS mobile application wallets such as, Breadwallet, Airbitz, Samourai Wallet and many more that allows to do crypto transactions claiming usability and effectiveness but when it comes to Bitcoin the main concern should be the safety than any other because its value and demand so,

1. What is the safest and usable Android Wallet do you suggest to store Bitcoin and to do transactions ?
2. Why do you think it is reliable  ?

Someone doesn't like popular things. But I prefer Blockchain wallet for my Android phone. It seems good, secure and simple. And I think that we can find customer care if need quickly. Some other wallets can't provide that.
566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: About to throw down $20K and need some advice on: May 16, 2019, 07:56:05 PM
Hello everyone, I'm brand new to this board but have been buying bitcoin (exclusively) off and on for 5 years. I'm ready to invest another $20K and was wondering what your thoughts were on my investment. As of now, I'm leaning towards the following
$10k Bitcoin
$5k Etherium
$2k XRP
$2k LTC
$1k Stellar

Thoughts?
Regardless, I look forward to engaging in talk with you all in future. Much love, Thomas

We can advise you somehow. But in the end, you have to make your own choice!

I like your investment plan and it seems pretty. I think we should keep %50 BTC of our investment all the time. ETH is also another good choice.

568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: World’s First Regulated Tokenized Securities Exchange: Buy Stocks With Bitcoin on: May 14, 2019, 11:24:59 AM
A Cryptocurrency startup named Currency.com based in Belarus has recently launched a securities trading platform allowing individuals to invest in equities, commodities, and indices with their crypto holdings of Bitcoin or Ethereum.

This startup currently has over 150 tokenized securities and eventually plans to roll out 10,000 different tokenized securites to their customers.

Investors are able to purchase these issued tokens with their cryptocurrency, meanwhile the tokens they purchase perform identically to the assets listed on NASDAQ.

Investors now having the ability to use crypto to invest in stocks like Apple, Netflix, or Google for the same cost of the actual share, brings us one step closer to greater adoption and regulation in the cryptocurrency space.

The issue of trading shares is far behind our problems. Rather, we need to deal with problems such as legal regulations, electrical problem, measurability, scalability ... at the beginning.

On the other hand, it is great to hear that regulation about cryptocurrencies. It can works.
569  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be the main currency in Mars? on: May 14, 2019, 11:12:32 AM
Mars? Really? We are still discuss about Bitcoin will be main currency in world! There is no life in Mars yet. Let we solve world's problem first.
570  Economy / Speculation / Re: what will happen if BTC hit 1.000.000$ on: May 13, 2019, 03:24:54 PM
hi guys
if BTC hit 1 million $ in the future what will happen
do u think we will see more hack news
More violence and criminalization of bitcoin holders by governments
Any events we will see ?

This is very funny. Smiley While the bitcoin price declined, everyone drew apocalyptic scenarios. I even remember those who say that Bitcoin will drop to $ 100. Now someone's dating and talking about $ 1,000,000 .... Just funny!
571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Road to $8k? Bitcoin parabolic curve kinda dangerous on: May 13, 2019, 03:23:11 PM
Everybody writes a script for Bitcoin. But the only thing to know is that Bitcoin doesn't have any rules on price. And he doesn't listen to anyone. It is easy to see that FOMO has been activated once again in Bitcoin. We're gonna see how far together we're going.
572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DID SATOSHI EVER THOUGHT TO MAKE BITCOIN A MAINSTREAM CURRENCY? on: May 13, 2019, 03:21:23 PM
I am having this question in my mind for sometime that did Satoshi ever thought to make bitcoin a mainstream currency? Or did he just wanted to create merely an anonymous commodity which could be used for transactions as a side line currency to fiat. I came across this idea actually when I was scrolling around the past posts of satoshi in the Economics Section. Here are a few instances when he quoted bitcoin as a Commodity and not as a currency.

Bitcoin would be convenient for people who don't have a credit card or don't want to use the cards they have, either don't want the spouse to see it on the bill or don't trust giving their number to "porn guys", or afraid of recurring billing.

Bitcoins have no dividend or potential future dividend, therefore not like a stock.

More like a collectible or commodity.

As a thought experiment, imagine there was a base metal as scarce as gold but with the following properties:
- boring grey in colour
- not a good conductor of electricity
- not particularly strong, but not ductile or easily malleable either
- not useful for any practical or ornamental purpose

and one special, magical property:
- can be transported over a communications channel

If it somehow acquired any value at all for whatever reason, then anyone wanting to transfer wealth over a long distance could buy some, transmit it, and have the recipient sell it.

Maybe it could get an initial value circularly as you've suggested, by people foreseeing its potential usefulness for exchange.  (I would definitely want some)  Maybe collectors, any random reason could spark it.

I think the traditional qualifications for money were written with the assumption that there are so many competing objects in the world that are scarce, an object with the automatic bootstrap of intrinsic value will surely win out over those without intrinsic value.  But if there were nothing in the world with intrinsic value that could be used as money, only scarce but no intrinsic value, I think people would still take up something.

(I'm using the word scarce here to only mean limited potential supply)

Here are the quotes of some of his messages. I think he was aware of the deflationary nature problem of scarcity with bitcoin due to which he was of an opinion that it is difficult to use Bitcoin as a mainstream currency with a government.

I think yes! Satoshi certainly thought of Bitcoin as something big. Every time I read it, he showed Bitcoin as part of something big. I don't know what else he could do. Satoshi, I don't know. I don't think she'il ever show up again. Still, Satoshi's vision for the future is very high, and he is very intelligent. There's no need to be a prophet to see this. And I think that a smart person can be kept its ID from us.
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List popular IEO happened in 2018-2019?? on: May 11, 2019, 08:34:09 AM
There were ICO and ITOs in the market in the past. And this affected the market. After SCAM projects, ICOs started to experience difficult situations. At first, the Binance IEOs entered the market quickly, but as if they were slowly beginning to be like ICOs day by day.
574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN THE ONLY KING, NO DISPUTE on: May 11, 2019, 08:30:09 AM
Bitcoin had a break for a while. We waited patiently because the ridiculous coins such as BCH and BSV were active in the market. And now it's back in Bitcoin ... Let's see what will happen...
575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finally $200 billion total Marketcap is achieved. on: May 11, 2019, 08:28:29 AM
I am happy today as finally the total Marketcap is now $200 billion, what can we expect from here?

https://coinmarketcap.com/charts/

Everything is now connected to Bitcoin. As long as bitcoin permits, the market will continue to grow. Bitcoin is rising again, need to pay attention to the investment in altcoins.
576  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you think Bitcoin will be by the end of 2019? on: May 10, 2019, 07:58:46 AM
Hi Bitcointalk!

Curious to know your predictions on pricing, new projects, news and whatever else may be significant to Bitcoin by the end of the year.

 Smiley

I think the lowest level for 2019 will be 10K and 2020 will also be a very nice year for cryptocurrencies especially Bitcoin... In 2020, we may see 100K!
577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How blockchain technology is changing the world on: May 09, 2019, 11:28:17 AM
This issue has been spoken many times around here. Blockchain has the potential to change our lives. But there are a number of problems that need to be solved. In addition, I think in every field, with every technological innovation in mind, a blockchain can be used together. But I think Blockchain will have the biggest touch with our economy. It is already started for economical changing.
578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what we can buy with bitcoin ?? on: May 09, 2019, 11:23:42 AM
With so much speculation surrounding Bitcoin, it’s worth evaluating what you can buy and transact with in Bitcoin for regular, everyday transactions as well as some more fringe use cases.

SO WHAT WE CAN BUY WITH BITCOIN IHEARS TRAVELS BUT THERE IS OTHER PRODUCT CAN BUY IT Huh?

Soon, very soon we can use it in many places. But now there isn't so much place we can use it. But my friend went on holiday last month to Phuket. And he paid for some places when eating a meal and drinking coffee. He was so happy because he used his BTC first time for payment. I think it is just matter of time.
579  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Could Hit The $6,000 Benchmark Soon on: May 06, 2019, 01:54:25 PM
If expectations go up again. We can take a short position now. Bitcoin always makes the opposite move against the expectation. I think the price can drop a while.
580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your thoughts on ETF and its effect in crypto space on: May 06, 2019, 01:49:26 PM
Hey guys, i am really interested in this ETF. It's been a year since we i am hearing this. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think we are going to have an ETF? Cheers!

The expectation of ETF in Bitcoin has been a long time. I don't think it will be effective even in pricing anymore. Bitcoin got over that ETF issue.
