I think Kucoin made this move because those regulators have always been acting like they do not know what they are doing. Yamal could be their future, of course selling him would be great if they could find a free transfer that would be equally good but they can't. So if they sell him, for lets say 200+ million euro (which I think PSG will not do that officially) then I think Barcelona would not be able to pay their debt with that, that's the issue.
