Is there a way to restrict the windows wallet to only listen to ambercoin01.mooo.com?
I did the "AmberCoin-Qt.exe -server -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com", but I'm getting additional connections appearing and disappearing. Currently have 4.
you will, unless you set a firewall rule to not accept connections on the port, except ambercoin I'm getting a lot of POS rewards again. 7 rewards in the last 9 minutes. Mind if we check my latest block? getblockbynumber 599455 "proofhash" : "00000003266385e3226eeb309bff605743c419c64dcfce8399c9dce6bd3ad2f9" 12:50:09 getblockbynumber 599455 12:50:09 Block number out of range. (code -1) 12:50:27 getblockcount 12:50:27 599439

Would you mind posting a block hash we can check?

I've had 3 POS rewards with confirmations in as many minutes. Now downloading last blockchain Dev provided, and will use "AmberCoin-Qt.exe -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com" AmberCoin-qt.exe -server -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com that's my shortcut to ambercoin.

but atm, I wouldn't swear on being on the main chain...

This info was from my Amber wallet. (I'm not sure what you mean mining/staking?)
*EDIT - I could be on the wrong fork. I can only feel confident when AmberCoinDev posts a block with the correct info.
I know i'm on the right fork, because I have only 1 connection (not accepting others) to ambercoin01.mooo.com

Update:
BlockExplorer seems to be not on a correct chain. Please check yours:
1. Type "getblockbynumber 598473" command in console (Help->Debug->Console)
2. Find line "proofhash": { "proofhash" : "000008d1c209665b7427e9f412a3e991b9d97224c228d4afbdbd4ad4d794b1ef"," }
3. Make sure your hash of block No598473 is the same.
My wallet matches this block but I think I went off the right chain after this block again. Is there a way to tell if there are ad peer nodes out there and then a way to block then from connecting to a wallet to prevent good wallets from going off to the wrong fork? The best way is to align against Node01:
Start your wallets like that (in command line): Windows: AmberCoin-Qt.exe -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com Linux: ./AmberCoind -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com
When it syncs - start staking.
RunAsAdmin([path-to]AmberCoin-Qt.exe -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com) No sync nor ambercoin01.mooo.com nor 108.61.173.201(ambercoin01.mooo.com) - 286 blocks remaining. 1 connection. Pinging ambercoin01.mooo.com [108.61.173.201] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 108.61.173.201: bytes=32 time=37ms TTL=116 And now wallet offline, 0 connections. Even if command line this node given (or through AmberCoin.conf). Second wallet, untouched, staking with 1-2 connections, time@time droping offline for some time. amber.suprnova.cc is down too. did you delete everything except wallet.dat?

Thanks CrzyBilly, that fixed my wallet too. PHEW!!! I think I might owe C-Cex 1000 Amber now though. They updated my ticket and said they found the transaction was invalid, so they put 1000 amber back in my account on the exchange. However, after I ran the repair, I got a new transaction for 1000 Amber about the same time they answered my ticket. I think they sent me 1000 Amber as well by mistake. always welcome to split it lol no, it would be right to give it back

Ok its back i did İ wrote walletrepair on command line and its back now Let me check tru also explorer
Don't know how long before blockexperts fixes theirs... but glad I could help you get back the missing amber FYI C-cex is fixing their wallet as we speak

I'm a bit confused if I've lost my amber or not? If my wallet is now "correct", then 55k amber is gone?
and So whats gonna be happen?
from the db copy that ambercoindev provided is what the actual correct fork has for your address. If you moved them from an exchange or anywhere else during the fork, when the exchange updates you should receive them back on the exchange No it was on my wallet i didnt do anything.i didnt send them anywhere Try repairwallet from debug

1. Fresh correct DB: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m058ukshakusj4h/1.rar?dl=0You can do 2. without downloading DB from 1.2. Start your wallets like that (in command line): Windows: AmberCoin-Qt.exe -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com Linux: ./AmberCoind -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com When it syncs - start staking. This should bring more stability. Dev i did what u said and my 15k amber disappeared! you mined/staked on a fork, they are lost
