5601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: July 05, 2017, 06:37:49 AM
The first time I learned about bitcoin from my friend since 2013 and nothing happens after knowing my friend is earning extraordinary bitcoin, I immediately volunteered to join in 2015 and am very grateful. Wink
If I knew it earlier I could have been rich now, I just knew it last 2015 and I did not have much interest that time since the price is still very low.
Now, that the price has surge it makes me alive doing some jobs as it pays well and the volume in most trading sites are good now due to some
altcoins that are successful nowadays.
5602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: July 05, 2017, 06:27:08 AM
I do gamble sometimes for Fun and somehow profit. The fun in gambling is that the excitement that I feel whenever I engage in some betting games, I like the feeling of being nervous and at the same time happy. I don't why but whenever I bet or gamble, I always get that feeling. For profit? Yeah, I guess it's part of gambling we can't take that off.

That's it! Every game that involving money somhow is for profit, because even if we play only for fun (with low stakes for example) we always have hope to win money. So in other words, always when we gamble, we play for profit!
Maybe profit is the main motive but it's safe to say we gamble for fun as it sounds like we are not profit oriented, instead we
are fun oriented which will make us safe in the long run.
5603  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [helping thread]Tanong mo sagot ko on: July 05, 2017, 06:05:05 AM
Good day po! Sir halimbawa po may nasalihan akong campaign tapos may nakita po ako na magpapatranslate pwede ko po ba gawin yung translation habang nasa signature campaign ako? Kasi diba after ko maitranslate yung pinapatranslate ipopost ko yun? Parang ang awkward na dalawa yung prinopromote at the same time.

What's happening here? it seems like this thread is very active now, I like what is happening now, it broke the 30K,

5605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: July 04, 2017, 12:46:40 AM
I think I like bitcoin because bitcoin is very easy to get, besides coin in the internet that has the highest value is bitcoin, so I really like bitcoin of the coin the other. bitcoinjuga often become role models other coin price value.  Grin

also really agree with what you mean, bitcoin is very easy to get and besides coins on the internet have big enough value
The value is not fixed and the price movement is not going to one direction, it's full of risk because anytime the price could also
dump and I hope it will not make us panic. I think people who are in the internet making money are really risk takers because
we have no insurance and anytime we could lose our source of income.
5606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 main mistakes of Bitcoin newbies on: July 04, 2017, 12:37:55 AM
I think newbies get attracted to bitcoin because they think of it as "get rich quick scheme" but then they lose it all. If you do your research, you can save yourselves lot of headache later on. Every question regarding bitcoin has been answered so newbies shouldn't have any trouble at all.
Maybe and that is a mistake because that is not true, when we hear successful stories we like to have such success and want it easily.
But, we will be tested once we are in the actual situation because making money is not as easy as we think, now if we can accept that
reality and be able to improve our skills and will mature, maybe we will have a chance in the future.
5607  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: PAANO PO TUMAAS YUNG POSITION NG ACCOUNT on: July 04, 2017, 12:26:42 AM
5608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] [ICO] Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community on: July 04, 2017, 12:06:42 AM
Hello Sylon any updates on the Bounty reward? and how long would it take to get into our accounts Smiley Thanks in advance sylon!

Still, congratulations on the ICO for the whole PrimalBase team!

i have the same question. i really dont want to bother the campaign manager since i know he will be very busy with a lot of things. its been a few days already i kinda tried to forget about it i just want some update on ETA of bounty distribution. congrats Primalbase team on successful crowdsale and to all who invested.
Normally bounties are not really immediately, it take time really based on experience and you are lucky enough if it will be release
in less that a month. Anyway, just keep being updated, the project was successful and I am sure the reward will come.
5609  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: July 03, 2017, 11:58:55 PM
I don't think so.
Bitcoin will not replace dollar, but in my opinion bticoin will replace gold as soon as posible Grin Grin

I don't think also because the dollar was used as a currency in other countries especially in abroad. Maybe it will replace in a few years but it would be possible. Yes, maybe it would replace gold soon because Bitcoin also is like similar to gold. If this would happen, gold was neglected and bitcoin will be identified in other countries. All opinions are possible if the government approve this kind of situation.
i also do not think that it can replace Dollar so soon, Dollar is one of the most powerful currency of the world and is present for a long time, while bitcoin is an only currency,so i do not think that we can match these two currencies. i thin it can only be possible when become adopted by all the local shops and consider as decentralize fiat currency also, and i do not think that it is so easy task it will tame such a long time when all the local shops will start accepting bitcoin, because a great number the world population has still no idea about bitcoin and therefore may be it will take decades.
We have to be fully satisfied with bitcoin as the best payment system now but to replace dollar is too big as a dream
and it will not happen even in the future or even how popular bitcoin already.
The convenience that we get by using bitcoin will only be possible with the support of people who use their fiat for purchase.
5610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VOISE - Revolutionizing the music industry on: June 26, 2017, 09:09:37 AM
There is need for better and bigger exchange than the current ones we have, the space is growing bigger than the capacity of these exchanges. Livecoin is not processing deposit and I try to withdrawal my BTC from the exchange it has been stuck in execution for hours now
Haha, so Its not only me having A "In Execution" Notes but it taking hours already even only small withdraw they need manual to process it
I'm lucky I put my VSM in cryptopia, recently I sold at 0.0008 because I miss the price 0.0013 price that you guys are talking.
I only sold some like 5% of my holding, I will hold the rest and wait for bigger exchanges, I'm optimistic it will happen soon.
5611  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [helping thread]Tanong mo sagot ko on: June 26, 2017, 09:02:29 AM
Choose kung anong gusto mo, ako I prefer to join bounty which paid altcoins kasi di naman ako talaga palaging active.
5612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ☘☘☘☘ Edgeless EDG Tokens On Bittrex and Liqui.io (BLACKJACK BETA LIVE)☘☘☘☘ on: June 26, 2017, 08:55:58 AM
At first I saw the coin on Twitter and got some profit, but should I continue to hold some of the coins?

yes, just buy and hold them for a couple of months and it possibly double or triple your capital. as we know, edgeless has a  great concept and has a good value.
Even this year alone, just don't sell it within this year and you will get a good return.
Look at the price now, it barely go down to 20K and the next stop should probably be 30K.
5613  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: June 24, 2017, 06:07:06 AM
I don't know if this article is legit or just some destruction in the internet: https://dcebrief.com/new-u-s-law-to-replace-dollar-with-bitcoin/ but in my own opinion, I don;t think bitcoin can replace dollars that easily. Not in 15 years. Too much to do, too much to adjust.

Bitcoin will not really replace dollars or other fiats that easily, not just in 15 years but in 100 years. Bitcoin is a good currency for the people, but with it's current state now, I don't think it will be a primary currency of one country. And if bitcoin will be a primary currency, replacing fiats, do you think all the people can keep up with it? Not all people are that updated especially about technologies.

Bitcoin is not able to replace dollar because of its natüre. You can add new features to bitcoin. That time, maybe it can replace dollar but America does not let this happen.
I don't think it will even happen in the future, dollar is a big currency and we cannot beat it.
The approval of the government is already a big news for bitcoin and makes the price rise, so what will happen if there is a bad
news regarding the actions of the government, it might become worthless.
5614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: June 23, 2017, 03:11:19 AM
Absolutely, everyone can use bitcoin including ordinary people who don't computer savvy. Few time ago i was told about bitcoin by my friends but at the moment im a ordinary person who never heard about cryptocurrencies or any technology related it.
Every thing depends with how hard someone to reach their goals (can understand and use bitcoin as well)
Nicely said, everything can be learn if you will take an effort and you focus on what you want to accomplish.
I am not a computer savvy either but I learn my way by giving much time and attention to what I do, and you know what?
I never regret I pursue to learn bitcoin because right now it's giving me good benefits in life.
5615  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: June 22, 2017, 04:26:46 AM
And everyone who is struggling in this forum, i'm sure they prefer bitcoin rather than paypal. I haven't used paypal again as a payment processor, because bitcoin more efficient in my opinion.
to me i personally prefer to bitcoin as compare to paypal. in fact paypal service is not available in my country and that is the only reason i cannot use paypal, but it has become too easy to use bitcoin instead of paypal.

Paypal is a very wide spread monetary service available in many countries. What is your country dude? And paypal is pure money how can you prefer bitcoin over paypal. I'm surprised.
For some reason paypal is way complicated unlike bitcoin, it's controlled and regulated by the government and we are like using the bank
on that matter. Bitcoin on the other hand provides transparency and payment are irreversible.
5616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: June 22, 2017, 03:51:44 AM
I've read here a lot about "Gambling doesn't make you rich" So I thought about it, and it does make sense. So what do you feel about gambling then? Just entertainment? I think that's not everybody's mindset.

In the back of my mind, I want to be rich but not because of gambling. But when I gamble, I still always want to win. So when you always win, you become more rich and more risk will be involved. Anyway, if I would earn a winning bet that would have a lot of profit from, I would withdraw the initial bet or the bitcoins I deposited to get it back, then still gamble.

If you would have a winning bet that would give you a lot of profit, what would you do with it?
It will depend on the size of my earnings, if the earnings are small I will probably spend them with my friends and having fun with them, but if the earnings were significant, I will probably save them and invest them in bitcoin immediately, if my earnings were not in bitcoin in the first place, then I will hold since I have faith in bitcoin and that the price will go up.
Or it depends on what type of gambler you are, if you are professional you will account everything you win and you can make
it as your additional bankroll. But if you are just a typical gambler, you can spend it in anything you want, it's the way to reward
yourself anyway.
5617  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: June 22, 2017, 03:40:32 AM
It would be very impossible since I don't think the government would want to lose control on their citizens. Bitcoin can be easily hacked. The government could possibly lose alot of money if they get hacked. But it could happen if the current government of every country is squashed.
The advanced technology is very successful. Anything can happen in the future. So it may be possible that governments make some regulations through which they will be able to handle bitcoin and will be able to maintain the affairs of the state with the bitcoin currency so it is possible that bitcoin will replace dollar soon.
The government can regulate the usage of bitcoin but not as a currency that will replace their own.
USD is their representation and they can control it, imagine you replace it with something you are not in control, it does not make sense.
5618  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: June 22, 2017, 03:29:08 AM
News about the take-down of silkroad in 2014. I think if it wasn't for the online black market, bitcoin never would have thrived when it did.

I think I've heard that too on the news but I just don't care because I am watching a good movie that time. Most of the transactions that happened in bitcoin is on the dark web. I think after the silk road was took down, the bitcoin price dump because many users are buying drugs from this site using bitcoin. We cant stop these guys, but we all know because of them bitcoin is pumping.
That makes us more interested because that time I never had any idea that dark are really existing.
Now, I enjoyed bitcoin because I can trade it and use it in my gambling needs, so far I made profit in trading so I will really treasure
my stay here.
5619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] [ICO] EncryptoTel: Secure VoIP blockchain communications infrastructure on: June 22, 2017, 03:21:46 AM
im realy excited to get listed this coin in the exchange to buy more  bounty dumper im waiting hehe
target to accumulate more than 300k coins for long term
lol Grin its impossible dude  Grin but if you hold over than one year i think ETT can reached 300k  Grin
It's not impossible, all I can say is every coin has a chance to pump and when that happen we might reach more
than the price that you say it's impossible to achieve.
It's not listed to bigger exchange yet but the moment it will, there will be a lot of surprises that will happen.

I believe in you, Encrytotel offers secure and private communication which is in demand right now in some countries that have a privacy issue likeRussia. Putin is seeking to ban VPN to uncensored all communication on their country. We all know that Russia is a big part on cryptocurrency and ETT has a high chance to become popular and best solution to their problem. Maybe 300K is not the limit once luck hits ETT when the project starts operating.
This is true, once the project is fully develop we cannot imagine what will be the price then.
It's too early to tell but at least we should be optimistic with the project that we are supporting.
5620  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: June 22, 2017, 03:14:29 AM
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/9-ways-kids-smarter-money-100050132.html

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?

Lol! I don't want to teach my kids about bitcoin.
Like I dont want them to be more focus on internet. I want them to play outside. Have dirt in their hands.
Play until get exhausted. Do some physical activities. Men just like the old days when technology didn't take our childhood.

Woah I feel nostalgic.  Kiss
Kids are suppose to have fun and explore the world, it's very complicated here in bitcoin and not good for children.
You need to have a strong mind in order to survive in this world of cryptocurrency. I plan to teach my kids when he is ready
and maybe the right age will be at least 18 years old.
