Lo que me recuerda hace unos años que yo solía preguntar me ¿Por que no está satoshi nakamoto en forbes en la lista de los mas ricos del mundo? Cuando bitcoin estaba en $20,000 la fortuna de satoshi alcanzaba los $20 billones de dolares lo cual equivale a la posición 53 hoy en día del top 100 de forbes. Así que no nos extrañe ver algún día a satoshi en la primera posición de los hombres mas ricos del mundo.

Agree, but when i say that words i was thinking about the Activity, Merits are an important fact but to get 1000 activity mean 1000 days, that's close to 3 years to grow an account from newbie to legend. Get merits is much easier than getting Activity. In one day we can get those 1,000 merits, but there is no way to speed up the activity.

In simple words mining is the act to find a block and add it to the blockchain, the block contains bitcoin transactions, and those transactions get mined to get a confirmation. Miners get a reward when they find the block plus the fees on those transactions. Miners find blocks each 10 minutes, and now is too damn hard to find a block, so, miners search for blocks in groups called mining pools.

De por si el core de bitcoin ya pesa 200Gb, desde tu perspectiva en un futuro no cualquiera podra correr un nodo desde su casa sin importar el tamaño de los bloques. Si vemos BCH ellos adoptaron bloques mas grandes y les ha funcionado muy bien. Pero al final bloques mas grandas no significa confirmaciones mas veloces, solo es una red menos saturada.

Efectivamente y esto se debe a la naturaleza de LN, para abrir un canal de pagos LN se necesita tener capital a diferencia de la cadena de bloques de bitcoin que puedes tener una direccion sin tener dinero en ella.

Todo desarrollo es bueno, estoy de acuerdo contigo, es parte de la evolucion de bitcoin, pero tampoco es bueno distorcionar o alejarnos mucho de la idea original. Las transacciones en bloques tienes un motivo y las confirmaciones tambien.

La idea de Lightning Network es buena, pero no es una solucion. El hecho de abrir un canal de pago con algun provedor o servicio lo que hace es que estanca tu dinero en el canal para cubrir cierto servicio. Pero por que tener guardado el dinero para comprar el cafe de junio si estamos en enero? Personalmente no me convence mucho la idea.

Any idea about how you account get hacked? Maybe that can help us to avoid that happens to other users? Is weird to get hacked if you have a hard password to brute force, so maybe you know what was the attacking vector. I would appreciate that info.

El futuro es impredecible, pero tienes, razón hay cierta tendencia a los mega bumps así como a pasado en los últimos años. La pregunta es que tan alto subirá, si recordamos el primer bump intenso fue hasta 1,000 dolares, el segundo ha sido hasta 20,000 dolares, lo cual nos indica que en el siguiente podria facil alcanzar los 50,000 dolares o incluso los 100,000. Seguro sera una grata sorpresa para todos los holders.

It will be different because markets are not a constant thing. We just can't take a look to the past and with that predict the future. The only thing that we know is the grown of bitcoin popularity and that's a fact who make bitcoin and altcois markets more volatile. So, we can expect crazy bumps and dumps this year.

Now let's focus on marketing, what do you think is better, to promote a bitcoin project on the forum or to spend that money on Facebook and Google for a campaign. I would say it's better to keep that money between cryptos enthusiasts and not spending it with those nasty marketing beasts. At the end this forum still the best way to get customers for any new crypto business, and limit signature campaigns would be like make a step back in the bitcoin world. We can say the business need from this signatures campaigns to become popular.

Now about the campaign spam, we could fight that with the campaign managers, is in their hands to control the spam and to avoid it.
