Congrats to Betcoin for the cardschat #3 spot on the blacklist  for July 2016.  Not an easy thing to do.

Hey Xiao,

You know, there's a place you can make these accusations here on Bitcointalk.

Why wouldn't you make them there?

(Xiao = harryjr  lolxiao = me

Xiao has yet to leave any neg trust for me, wtf?

Hi Members of the BetcoinRakeback.com 40-150% extra rakeback program.  Thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=683727.0

First of all I'd like to thank all of you for taking advantage of this profitable program.  It has allowed many of you to consistently profit in the poker room.

However, as some of you may know, user 'TwitchySeal' aka 'OHYEAH' has been determined to libel this RB service.  Some of you have already expressed your outrage towards his behavior/spam in my thread and have complained to me about him.  Basically, he has a vendetta against Betcoin management and he's willing to attack anyone associated with Betcoin from affiliates to players.  A lot of times his intentions may seem good and they are (when he fairly calls out sites for irrational decisions), but he has ulterior motives which are ego-driven.  He uses alternate accounts and has co-conspirators to accomplish his goals.  And furthermore, he is a highly confrontational and impatient person.  His behavior in our service thread confuses newcomers and makes them afraid to take advantage of this program, and they end up playing else where paying a lot higher rake.  Betcoin Poker is a blossoming poker environment with a community where both players and live support can police the tables nearly 24/7 and can call out questionable plays such as collusion or bots in the forums/chat; no other poker establishment has this.

Though I don't always agree with the decisions and viewpoints of Betcoin management, I can assure you that they are not 'scammers.'  Scammers cannot get this far in the gaming world and have the connections they have (WPN software/membership, Casino providers, Sportsbook providers).  Having spoken to them many times I know they are well-funded.  In fact they own several other small licensed online gaming establishments but for anonymity's sake haven't divulged the exact ownership.

I can assure you they're goal is creating a good poker room, but they were very inexperienced with online poker management and have been steadily learning.  I am asking you as your loyal affiliate if you could please give some feedback in my thread to let new users know how rewarding this program can be, so that this program can grow, and in turn it will help the poker room grow so we could all reap the rewards.

Sincerely,
Xiao

So far there is no one complain that sportsbet didnt pay their customer's winning bet isnt it so what the fuss going on at this thread? there has been somehow a complicated things going around here and they have even dropped betsoft's games from their site
I'd advise you to start reading the thread following back to 10 pages but that's too much, ain't it ?Let me sum it up,
-I don't know how sportsbets.io is related to betsoft, they're purely a sports betting site, nothing much to discuss here..
Except for the casino part.

-Sportsbets.io assured to show how their lottery is provable fair but only after the Euro Games.
Video does not make it provably fair.

Probably fair, perhaps.  But not provably.

The terms for the jackpots are the same terms as Bitcasino.io, Cloudbet.com, and every other online casino that uses Betsoft games.

Is there one Jackpot fund for each Game across all these sites?

For example:
If a player hits the .25 denom jackpot at Bitcasino on Greedy Goblins, will Betcoins Jackpot get reset also?

What will it get reset to?

How many jackpots have been hit at Betcoin?

In fact some of these casinos who have been watching this and reached out to us to express their support and have changed parts of their terms to match ours.

Wow thats ironic.  several of the casinos have reached out to me also, to express their support and encourage me to continue exposing the truth.

This is our favorite one!  BETCOIN.AG MYSTERIOUSLY REMOVED FROM CARDSCHAT BLACK LIST WITHOUT EXPLANATION -

LOL - Why would you even say this? Mysteriously?

The people at CardsChat are smart people and can clearly see what is going on.  It took CardsChat, one message and a very short time to go to Betcoin.ag and figure out very quickly that they shouldn't be on any avoid list.  We hope they do the same for SWC Poker.  With our new visitors and traffic sources Thursday was a very solid day at Betcoin. [/quote]

The people at cardschat dont really care whats on that list and were happy to accept whatever gift you offered to remove it.
It's too bad you didn't realize it sooner, after the first week and changes are considered unofficial.  You will always Be #3 on CardChats July 2016 Blacklist of Casinos to Avoid.  ;(

Quote
Our negative trust comes from games 90% of the online casinos have and if that's the case, then nearly every online casino should have negative trust.  Fortunately, people are smarter than that and we get so many messages everyday from people that say I play these games on other sites and people seem to be so passionate about Betcoin that we just had to give you a try.

Fortunately, people are not stupid and realize the guy who has made over 300 accounts and spends the most time on Betcoin and the most time talking about Betcoin actually really likes Betcoin.  After all, his criticisms and the ones made by some bitcointalk members are ones that could be made against any online casino, every casino has had a "scam" accusation, but we quickly take care of the player and as CardsChat, legitimate operations, people and businesses know Betcoin is a great place to play.

90% of the casinos don't ignore scam accusations and constantly lie to cover their asses.

You're lying about the entire Betsoft situation.  It's pathetic to pass the blame onto a company that refuses to even speak with your players.

BetSOFT told ThePogg that BetCOIN would be handling the issue.
BetSOFT did not respond to Jasons attempts to communicate.
An offer was made by someone from BetCOIN who would not give a real name and claimed to have spoken with BetSOFT CEO.

Betcoin has gone Full-Delusional!! (or the people behind betcoin are also behind betsoft)
It was a dispute between the player and Betsoft.  Everyone knows that including the player. Had we not got involved, the player would have got nothing from Betsoft.  The irony to the negative trust is the player that was effected by Lutpin's comment regarding negative trust has more trust for Betcoin.ag than ever before.

We have now hundreds of daily players for which we are very thankful and have numerous new signups everyday because fortunately people are smart enough to try our service and experience it themselves and once they do, they quickly realize that Betcoin is a great place to play.  We have come a long way and have a long way to go and we appreciate everyone's involvement.

When this player registered, was there any max .12 btc rule?

You can't change the rules mid-promotion and enforce them on players who have already signed up and played.

It's your job to establish the rules before the promotion.  Players will always take full advantage of any promo you offer by the way.

You are absolutely right here, the max available sum to cashout was missed and added later, we don't deny our fault here. Now it's stated in all new promos from the very beginning and also described in T&C

Hey,

quit ignoring me, that's rude.

You agree with me admit it's your fault, why won't you make it right?

hello, sorry for a late reply, what do you mean by "making it right"? We've already mentioned that now all detailed promo information is presented in its (promo) description as well as T&C.
Pay them the money they requested to withdraw that you denied because of the new rules.

Ty for offer though I appreciate you trying to help out poker community but im not dealing with non professional people.

In 2010 it was proven that Absolute Poker had a rigged Keno game developed by Betsoft.

Watch this 5 minute video or check out this thread for all the evidence.

Here is the letter that Absolute sent affected players:

Quote
Dear XXXX,

As a valued customer and Keno player at our site, we want to update you on an issue we were made aware of that suggested the Keno game we offered to players was operating in a non-random way.

Our early analysis of this claim stated that there was a flaw specific to the game logic in ‘ten play’ only on Traditional Keno and no confirmed issue with the Random Number Generator (RNG). Upon notice of the flaw, we contacted our third party software provider of Keno, Betsoft Gaming (BSG) for a more comprehensive investigation and subsequently removed all Keno games from our site until the investigation was complete and all corrective actions taken.

Our joint investigations with BSG confirmed that while the RNG for Keno was functioning properly, it was selecting from a pre-existing data set that was not as extensive as it should have been. The results were in turn random, but from a limited data set rather than from the full data set from which RNG is expected to choose.

While the issue stemmed from our third party software provider, we accept responsibility for offering our players a Keno game that had the described issue. Therefore refunds have been issued to all Keno players of ‘five Play’, ’ten Play’ and all Traditional Keno during the period those games were offered . Any net loss you experienced while playing Keno with us, no matter how small has been credited to your account.

We wish to offer our sincere apologies for any confusion or frustration this issue may have caused you, and we thank you for your patience while we have endeavored to correct this situation. We also want to restate our commitment to providing a safe, secure and fair gaming environment for our players.

If you have any questions about your refund, please write to us at casinosupport@absolutepoker.com

Thank you for your understanding, support and continued confidence in our game offerings.

The Absolute Poker Team

Black Friday happened within 2 weeks of this letter.

Players with a balance on Absolute or Ultimate Poker at the time were never paid.

Meanwhile, Betcoin.AG acknowledges that there indeed is a contract binding jasonort.
Like we didn't all already suspect that.

A business operating within morally acceptable borders doesn't push it's customers into signing some wicked NDA (I suspect that's what happened with jason).
Lutpin, the agreement is with the player and the software provider.
They kow about that shitty thing. They didn't write "there is no nda." or "we don't know about any nda.",
they answered "the agreement is with [...] the software provider."
Unbelievable how a casino (/affiliate) could stand by and watch their software provider compeling their (paying) customers into signing some NDA to shut them up.

I don't think they realized thepogg.com has their communication with Jason published:  http://thepogg.com/complaint/betcoin-ag-progressive-jackpot-was-not-paid-for-winning-spin/

BetSOFT told ThePogg that BetCOIN would be handling the issue.
BetSOFT did not respond to Jasons attempts to communicate.

Hi everyone!

Smiley To those of you who used to accuse SportsBet.io of tampering with the results of our previous lottery draws - here's the VIDEO showing how exactly the winners of our latest ADDITIONAL 5,000+ mBTC raffle were chosen at random.

As you know, we arranged this raffle for our active users not involved in cheating previously (yes, unfortunately, this was the case in many of our draws), and each of the 50+ lucky winners got their up to 1,000 mBTC prize.

We would kindly ask these winners to confirm their wins here in our forum thread (if any of them is a member here). Smiley

Thank you for watching, and have a nice day!

You guys showed the raffle in the video but didn't mentioned the prizes for each and I am totally confused about it
This 5000 mbtc raffle should contain 66 winners according to the previous one but you guys chose only 50. You also didn't provided us any breakdown of prizes

Also, you let Xinzark enter with at least two accounts: xinzark and mishra280

I pointed it out for you 2 weeks ago with proof here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1458173.msg15424996#msg15424996
