5641  Economy / Economics / Re: ‘Bullish for Bitcoin’ — China Scraps Plans to Ban Cryptocurrency Mining on: November 08, 2019, 07:06:14 PM
I am looking forward to that, I hope that the price of Bitcoin increases. And not just Bitcoin, I also expect that of ETH to rise as well. It has been stable at $180+ and not making any move. If the BTC bull run comes, I hope that ETH will be among coins that will increase in price as usual. There are other coins I have invested in, Stellar XLM, and Waves.

Good to see that they finally allowed the mining, though another thing I'm wondering is whether the use of Bitcoin is allowed too, since they only mentioned mining? If they have now chosen to allow everything about Bitcoin then we are going to see a huge increase very soon as most Chinese that has quit due to fear will start coming back to invest in Bitcoin.

I supposed they have tons of free and wasted energy that it is why instead going to nothing they will allow miners to operate and get from them taxes
And that's another angle Cool. And to be sincere they are going to benefit from it very well since energy is cheap there, unlike other places where it's expensive. I hope this is for the better for the crypto community.
5642  Economy / Speculation / Re: Aren't we headed towards getting a 10k (or maybe higher) shot again? on: November 08, 2019, 05:47:55 PM
Indicators do not have to be complicated and if you do not understand them you don't have to try to read and understand them because they are confusing. What you need to know is that bitcoin used to do this one thing and when that thing happened the price went up, now it looks like it is doing the same thing and it could then go up once more if it reacts the same way.

Now, that doesn't mean everything that thing happens price goes up, there is no correlation or a must or anything that forces the price to do it every time but it is just a guess that whenever that thing happens it goes up so it could go up again, it is just a prediction, a guess but at least the OP that wrote this gave a reason for why he thinks it could instead of saying he just "feels like it" instead.
5643  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020? on: November 08, 2019, 03:51:45 PM
We are at a level where bitcoin is getting quite mainstream. That is what I am not really used to, I used to talk with people about my work and connections it has with bitcoin and so forth and most of the time I had to explain people what bitcoin is.

Sometimes I had to convince people that it is not related to darknet, that was a bad time because darknet people could buy drugs with bitcoin and even hire hitman to kill people and so forth which was really what people thought bitcoin was for but then that was closed (there are others but it got smaller in attention) and became more of a financial product that big financial companies use as well so now everyone knows about it so in 2020 we will be getting into even more mainstream with this halving and there could be more new people coming in.
5644  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware! You are not safe if you are using facebook! on: November 08, 2019, 10:25:47 AM
Beware! You are not safe if you are using facebook

because facebook is a network which is managed by CIA, and not only CIA, there are many more agencies those are tracking you, including all of your activities, and furthermore, facebook does not care about your privacy, last year, facebook sold 250+ million users data.
Is this warning specifically do anything with crypto traders? I mean you started this discussion under where trading related stuff take places. This sounds like a common warning for all the people and not limited to crypto community nor traders in some sense.

Seriously, this is no longer a new thing, almost everyone knows that Facebook is no longer safe. Even your account can be hacked. I have seen this happen a lot of time to people; hackers will take over their account and change their passwords, and then start to use that account to deceive their friends and all those of rubbish. Sometimes they will hack it and delete every piece of information you have saved there.

I already know that Facebook is selling users information, and not just to CIA as you have said, also to advertisers. I have seen officers show up at someone's house due to a comment on Facebook,  lol, that's when I learnt to respect myself. Well, I am not the type of person that gives out every information about myself on Facebook. Even my name is not the complete real one.
5645  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coins in Jan 2019 vs Nov 2019 on: November 08, 2019, 09:15:37 AM
I have never invested in XRP before. I did take an interest in it around the time it topped Ethereum in the Coinmarketcap list and became the second-best cryptocurrency. But, that didn't last for long as Etheruem still went back to that position and Ripple fell back to the third with a market cap that is over $8 billion less than Ethereum market cap. That doesn't mean I have lost interest, I'm still looking into it and I might invest if what I have been seeing is true.

Lately, Ripple has been securing a lot of positions and partnering with other platforms like MoneyGram (heard they will be buying shares of $30 million from MoneyGram) if that's not enough, they even opened an office in Washington, D.C., with plans to strengthen their advocacy efforts. They also added more clients like Standard Chartered, American Express, etc. I have seen a prediction that prices will go up to $8 or even $10 very soon.
5646  Economy / Economics / Re: Central Bank: If The Entire System Collapses, Gold Will Be Needed To Start Over on: November 07, 2019, 07:41:27 PM
If the "entire system" collapses even gold can't save that. Think about it the worlds currencies all are getting horrible and people are really getting screwed because of it and we are here talking about how gold could save it. There is no way if the all currencies (even just dollar devaluating like crazy is enough) goes down then how could be we save the world?

Everyone will be screwed, there would be a lot of inflation and since the world all owes each other dollars like crazy some countries will not have any money remotely close to what they will owe and they will all go bankrupt because USA will try to recover that loss quickly to save face.

Hence, I am telling you there is not enough gold in the whole world that is enough to cover something like an entire system collapse.

I can't understand why people still think that Kawhi is not playing because of any other reason than being injured.

Dude has a chronic illness, every team that was trying to get him knew this and they all gave him the contract even tho he is known to be a player with injured knee that requires resting time. This is not 3 years ago, this is not last year, this is now and it will be in the future as well. Dude just has an injury that is chronic and will continue forever until he retires, hell I am so sad about it that this dude will probably have hard time in his elder years, like when he is 60+ years old dude will have to walk with a cane.

Normally, a healthy person like Kawhi would grew old very well but this dude will not because he sacrificed his knee to be a superstar. He will sit out many many more times in the future and I am not even talking about just year, 5-10 years more as long as he plays.
5648  Economy / Economics / Re: US Federal Reserve Hiring Retail Payments Manager to Research Digital Currencies on: November 07, 2019, 05:14:52 PM
Anyone who thinks that they are doing this to get into crypto world or make their own currency and what not are deadly wrong. Federal bank is literally the only entity that can print their own dollars right now, there is no other power in the world that can print their own dollars. Considering US Dollar is a very very valuable currency they would only do it if it helps some people out (usually rich or sometimes powerful people) so having your own decentralized currency will never happen for them.

Centralized currency is already something they have so why would they make another one. If you want to say digitizing the current system, even tho they do print money, most of it goes to some banks vault and usually its just digitally transferred from one place to another instead of cash.
5649  Other / Archival / Re: 🎲🎲vipgame.io - crypto gaming platform🌟Daily Bet Race, Bet for 0.06BTC!🔥 on: November 07, 2019, 04:13:37 PM
Faucet is not a must have feature anymore, as there are many other features which are better than just faucet.
If the main idea is just to test the game before deciding the to play or not, one time bonus is enough.
Success also not depends on the uniqueness of the game only, there are many other things to do by the owner of a gambling site.
No matter how unique a game is, but if the owner does not manage it properly then it wont get any success.
Faucet is definitely not a "must have" for any casino at all. Faucet only makes sure that small fish could play a bit instead of making a marketing of "lets see how it is". People think that when casinos have faucets there are people who gamble with faucet first and than like the website and than deposit money which is why faucets look like a good marketing.

However, casinos lose more money to faucet abusers than people who use faucet first than deposit and lose money, hell people do not need to lose money when they deposit, they could get lucky and win but faucet abusers always win, they put up zero satoshis to the table so they will always abuse and earn money for free without gambling or risking anything. Hence faucets should not exist anymore, not for websites that want to survive.
5650  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♨️🎲 WINDICE.io 🎲 0.4 BTC Wagering Contest 🔰 Progressive Faucet💰 Jackpots 🎁❤ on: November 07, 2019, 08:37:19 AM
This place started like less than a year ago (about 6-8 months?) and they are already above 215 million right now with almost 90 pages on their bitcointalk topic. I feel like windice should be taught in marketing schools to kids on how to get the name out and how to make people talk about your brand.

How many places in all of crypto reached 90 pages and 215+ million bets in less than 8 months? Maybe stake did get a lot of attention when they first started but they were "casino of primedice" when they first started so that doesn't really count, aside from that I don't remember any other place that started this well.

I love this place too, they are one of the best casinos out there with most legit business owners out there, they have been running this like a proper business.
5651  Economy / Economics / Re: What is behind the past few days of rally? on: November 06, 2019, 05:27:41 PM
Not a bad day for crypto in general but I feel like there is still more to come, we didn't went up for nothing, if this was the all we
could come up to then why did we even bothered? That is  why I feel like there will be some sort of increase for sure, don't know how high and don't know when it will happen but I am 99% sure we will get higher.

Maybe we could even drop first, I am not a trading expert so we could totally go down as well but I am 100% sure even if it falls a bit first then it will go up even higher than current price. That is why I am buying right now, I believe bitcoin price to go up a lot and there is no way bitcoin price is not going up so buying right now would make a lot of sense in financial ways, not that many other stuff I can invest that I am certain I will make a profit.
5652  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Holds Above $9k on: November 06, 2019, 01:52:39 PM
It looks like scenarios are almost always exactly the same, we have went down before and then we went up as well, this time around we went down once again and we are going up too. It is just an endless cycle of bitcoin, let me tell you what will happen in bitcoin next, I am great at predicting bitcoin prices and movements because I am a great mind and expert (lol) bitcoin will move one direction and then it will move to other direction and then it will move to first direction again and then opposite again. This will continue for years and years even decades until we figure out a system that is better than even bitcoin.

Hence, there is nothing to worry about, either price will be $13k then $10k or $7k then $10k but it will always gets a mean average and sometimes it has some rallies that makes it stupidly high or low than goes to other direction after some months. Nothing new will ever happen to bitcoin, it will never go just up without down or just down without up.
5653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your Dice gambling strategy? on: November 05, 2019, 08:52:37 AM
in dice game, it is all about luck. Although some people believe there are no site that 100% fair, if we not luck when we create new account we can lose anytime. I think about IP and deposit address, some people already clever because there are a lot of ways to change IP address.
Are you able to crack any profits by changing your IP address? As far as I know, most of the crypto dicing here are 100% provably fair and there could be no chances for manipulation for gambler to gambler cases. When the situation is like this, what kind of differences you could bring by changing your IP address? Also, some gambling houses are very strict against having multiple accounts. If they catch you with multiple accounts, they will simply freeze all your funds.

Changing IP address must be a new kind of thing in this discussion of dice gambling strategy. It took my interest and if you are having some free time, please share more detailed explanation about this. I have already started researching about this like what we could do but I am really worrying about multiple accounts.
5654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the discipline help in gambling? on: November 05, 2019, 07:44:40 AM
You only need to stop and think of it to start disciplining yourself again. If you've gone out of control again, you'll understand what will be consequences.
Slowly losing the control over our self and becoming emotionally aggressive kind of events are most common for all the gamblers because of lack of discipline. You need to be firmly sticking within your plans and you should never think about breaching it. Yes, gambling always needs a plan and it should be the only key to stay disciplined all the times while gambling.

since we are risking money here and this needs a good strategy and the discipline to have a proper bankroll management.
Yes, strategy is to conquer the house or your opposite bettor whereas being disciplined is to conquer your own emotions. Yes, we always need these two types of weapons to stay profitable in gambling. Even a gambler is not profitable, he may delay the losses. I'm saying this because in some type of gambling losses are inevitable hence at least a gambler may enjoy the game as long as possible by being disciplined.
5655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: StableCoins might increase crypto adoption by big companies ? on: November 05, 2019, 06:28:42 AM
Stablecoins have one big major problem tho. They are not really backed 1 to 1 and they are centralized in that regard. For example usdt used to claim that they were 1 to 1 backed, now they claim they are not backed at all, now you can't even actually cash out your usdt into dollars. So, you are trusting one company to be legit about what they are doing when you are using USDT, that is not really acceptable in a world where decentralization is the whole purpose.

There could be some stablecoins that get attention from the big companies and gets huge and everyone starts using it (for example if LIBRA starts out and everyone uses it on instagram/whatsapp etc) but the moment that company turns out to be fiddling with peoples money then there could be some sort of trouble.
5656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOIN IS IN LINE WITH THE HISTORICAL EVOLUTION OF PAYMENT SYSTEM on: November 05, 2019, 05:38:52 AM
I think there are still a lot of ways to go, it is not really that in line with the evolution of payment systems just yet. It started from the top of it, normally the payment systems improve over time, this has been just 10 years and it is already a high grade payment system as it is.

Yes, there are still long ways to go but starting from the top means it is already at the level and even better than most of the payment systems and it will also put on top of this and get better. Think of it this way, money as we know it had been little coins into gold coins to eventually banknotes and now cards that we use (even phone apps).

So, let's give normal coins (the real life ones that were used 5000 years ago or whatever) 1 out of 100, then gold coins 50 out of 100, then banknotes 70 out of 100 and then cards 85 out of 100, bitcoin starts at 85 and then puts on top of it. Altcoins will remain as secondary way of payments along with bitcoins but what are the coins are going to survive is purely based on its investors, definitely not depends on its uniqueness nor technology innovations.
5657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 04, 2019, 01:41:36 PM
Dallas is not really bad but the west is so stacked that there is no way they could ever compete with anyone and that is the trouble with teams who are in the middle like Portland and now Dallas. You know you are not good enough to win a ring, you know you are not bad enough to get a draft pick neither so you are stuck at the middle where you are not getting any better but you are not getting any worse neither just mediocre for years.

Portland has been there for years, for the past 5-6 years or so they have been a first round team, they managed to make it to conference finals but even they didn't believed beating the warriors themselves, so whats the point of being that good? Whats the point for Dallas? If you are not winning the ring then what are you even playing for?
5658  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice – Bitcoin Casino With Online Slots, Bitcoin Crash & Bitcoin Investment on: November 04, 2019, 01:15:05 PM
What I said has nothing to do with "if you like bitcoin why not use paypal" level of idiotic response. Video poker is a valid game where people could play it, sure it is as much of a slot game as its a poker game but you do decide on which cards to keep and how many cards to ask for etc which involves some poker elements in it.

Now, poker is a very expensive and difficult game to implement, sure if you can implement it that is miiiiiles better but going by your analogy, "if you are using cash and want to one day have bitcoin, why not start upgrading from cash to paypal first then from paypal to bitcoin instead of waiting with cash to bitcoin directly" which kinda makes sense.

Video poker would be a decent addition to any website, doesn't need to exist if you don't want to but could be cool to have as well.
5659  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀ROCKETPOT.io 🚀| Multiply Your Bitcoins✅ | Win the Jackpots 💰 | Launch Thread on: November 04, 2019, 08:38:11 AM
It is really not easy to copy cat this but lets not forget that there are MILLIONS of developers in the world, I am 99% sure there are people who would be able to copy this place, that Is not to downplay the level of sophistication rocketpots coding but we all know there are amazing level of developers out there who could pull off anything, or at least a team of developers if nothing, sure a group of newbies can't but there could be some real developers who can.

Now, after that's done all they have to do is more marketing and better features with less minimum so forth in order to get more users or at least users from here if nothing else. However, rocketpot will always be the first one, it is not going to just go away even if there is a better one eventually one day, primedice is not the best dice right now if you ask me but it is still the biggest.
5660  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Provably fair dice game 🎲 $1,000 Daily Race💰7-day streak bonus🔥 on: November 04, 2019, 05:58:39 AM
But the deposit system has not changed yet and the address expires after 24 hours.
This is exactly why I asked again. I want to know if there is any updates regarding this issue.
Besides, lately, transactions with low fees are taking too long to confirm and a transaction with 1sat/b may take longer than 24 hours to confirm.

So be sure to use the recommended fee once you are going to make a deposit to your Wolfbet account to make it confirmed faster. There is no point of using so low fee if people knows that it may take more than 24 hours. Even if people use too low fee and it takes more than 24 hours to confirm while he is depositing at wolfbet, I'm sure there will be still a way to claim the deposit. So no need to worry too much but obviously it is better to make deposit with recommended fee (at least not using the lowest fee).
I doubt it is really that much of a priority, I mean if people had difficulty depositing then I would understand an urgency, it is really a problem if people couldn't deposit or if they deposited but the money didn't came to their wallets.

Yet people can do that, all they have to do is use different addresses each time they deposit and that's it, now is that an inconvenience? Sure it is, but that doesn't mean it is an urgency, it is not a "problem" yet, it is just "I would rather not to" type of situation. Wolf should definitely look into changing that one day (which they are but will take some time) but that's about it, it is not "fix this right now!" type of situation.

I feel like the hidden thing is a bigger problem right now compared to any other issue.
