If you use an escrow you send the BTC to the escrow and after you get the Money the escrow will get the btc to the one you get the money !

Just readed the whole thread in the german board about and jeb looks a bit wired from his side !
I mean how can you give him a fake link when the escrow have the things ?

Also ich hab ja die letzten jahre hier eigentlich keine Signatur Camp. gemacht und die , die ich hatte von Cryptopia war eine selbst entworfene wofür aber auch nichts bekommen habe.
Hab mir dann eine Zeit lang ein paar angeschaut und beobachtet speziell die von Hhampuz und Darkstar_ und bin zu entschluss gekommen in eine von denen zu gehen
wenn es möglich ist und ich aufgenommen werde dort da die Regeln dort eigentlich ziehmlich ok und gut sind . Und die Rewards sind auch dem entsprechend gut und für das was man machen muss ok.
Allerdings sind da nicht soviele plätze frei und die sind schnell vergeben so das man schon immer up to date schauen muss und zuschlagen sollte wenn ein platz dort frei ist.
Mit dem payment klappt auch alles gut dort und sind am gleichen Tag innerhalb von minuten auf deiner Bitcoin wallet wenn Zahltag ist .
Nur mal so nebenbei gesagt. Aber in welche man geht ist ja jedem selbst überlassen .

The problem is that new Users who have joind Crypto lately cant see or know the Difference for what the mining section is !
There are still some Devs or Users there are posting there ANN s in there , for what i think there are 2 reasons for , 1 The dont know where to post realy , 2 they just post it there and expect they can get more miners for there coin with that.
And otheres post there Masternode mining things into the Mining section too, dont know if it would be good to get a Masternodes sections too so we have some kind of structure for mining things related and all.
And yeb i guess a mining sub board on the Beginners section would good for newbies as long they dont use it for advert there new coming Coins and things , but would be helpful !

Bei den meisten hohen Ranks deren Accounts schon etwas älter sind ist es so das viele oder ich sag jetzt ma 40 % davon verkaufte Accounts oder gehackte Accounts sind !
Und das ist für viele die einen solchen Account gekauft haben meistens das problem da sie nicht wirklich nachschauen in deren post history was da so alles steht oder geschrieben wurde!
Bei älteren Accounts mit vielen posts und beiträgen ist das schon ein Zeitaufwand alles zu prüfen aber auch das verhängis wenn sie wegen irgenwelchen copy and paste sachen dann erwischt werden !
Auf der anderen seite ist es auch gut zu sehen das die Global Moderatoren auch mit sich reden lassen und einige nur Temp. Bans bekommen so das sie nach 60 Tagen wieder im Forum aktive sein können.
Wenn man mal zurückschaut vor knapp einem Jahr da sind keine Bans geprüft worden oder wurden geändert.
Das ist für mich persönlich ein positiver aspeckt von dem ganzen Ban sachen.

Few years ago or mayb one i cant realy remember it was possible to do both of them , playing an online game and earn on them !

Ich denke wirklich das es entworfen wurde von suchmoon und es ein einfache script in verbindung mit einem bot ist und der in regelmassigen abständen das forum durchforstet ,
so wie ich das mitbekommen habe schaut es schwer danach aus das es 1 mal Wöchentlich diese suche macht da die Ban Beschwerden einmal eine woche weniger sind und dann die nächste woche sind es wieder mehr !
Ausserdem weiß suchmoon meisten auch gleich für was für welche beiträge die User gebannt wurden ,und hat auch die passenden beiträge immer zur hand .
Von jemanden anderes kann ich mir das mir nicht wirklich vorstellen und sehe ich auch keinen der sofort weiß warum !

Aber ein gewisser Rhytmus ist da schon zu erkennen was die Bans betrifft oder was sagt ihr dazu ?

Erster Bericht der Liquidatoren über den Stand der Dinge von Cryptopia Limited 31 Mai 2019 !

Hintergrund :

Cryptopia war eine neuseeländischer Kryptowährungsbörse mit Sitz in Christchurch.
Zum Zeitpunkt der Liquidation hatte es über 2,2 Millionen registrierte Benutzer weltweit und beschäftigte 37 Mitarbeiter.
Das schnelle Wachstum von Cryptocurrency Anfang 2018 bedeutete das das Unternehmen aufgestockt wurde um das gestiegene Handelsniveau zu bewältigen.
Um dies zu bewältigen hat das Unternehmen eine Reihe von langfristigen und kostenintensiven Verträgen abgeschlossen um die für den Handel auf diesem Niveau erforderliche Infrastruktur bereitzustellen.
Leider gingen die Handelsvolumen mit denen das Unternehmen seine Einnahmen erzielte bis Ende 2018 erheblich zurück. Dementsprechend unternahm das Unternehmen dann Schritte um seine Ausgaben zu reduzieren
um Handelsverluste zu minimieren. Im Januar 2019 wurde Cryptopia  mit einer erheblichen Menge an Krypto gehackt. Das Unternehmen wandte sich an die neuseeländische Polizei und es wurde eine Untersuchung des Hacks eingeleitet. Diese Untersuchung dauert noch an. Als der Hack entdeckt wurde schloss das Unternehmen die Börse für den Handel. Das Unternehmen beschloss daraufhin die Börse für den Handel mit bestimmten Krypto Vermögenswerten im März 2019 wieder zu eröffnen und setzte den Handel bis zum Liquidationsdatum fort. Das Handelsvolumen reichte jedoch nicht aus um die fälligen Schulden der Gesellschaft zu begleichen
und es wurde entschieden das die Ernennung von Liquidatoren im besten Interesse von Kunden , Mitarbeitern und anderen Interessengruppen lag.

Mitteilung an die Gläubiger zum Nachweis von Schulden oder Forderungen

In der Folge wurde am 29. Mai 2019 ein Gerichtsbeschluss erlassen, wonach Bitcoin, das außerhalb bekannter Kundengelder in der Wallet des Unternehmens gehalten wird, in eine fiat Währung umgewandelt werden kann um die Liquidation und den Schutz und die Erhaltung von Krypto Vermögenswerten zugunsten der Berechtigten zu unterstützen.
Diese Bestellungen sind in Anhang A enthalten

Wir haben den Tag noch nicht festgesetzt an dem Gläubiger der Gesellschaften ihre Schulden oder Forderungen nachweisen und eine Priorität festlegen müssen,
die ihre Forderungen nach Section 312 des Companies Act 1993 haben könnten, oder von der Leistung ausgeschlossen werden müssen wenn die Verteilung erfolgt,
bevor ihre Ansprüche geltend gemacht werden, oder gegebenenfalls, um Widerspruch gegen eine Verteilung einzulegen.
Wir werden die Öffentlichkeit an dem Tag informieren, an dem die Festsetzung der Ansprüche beschlossen wird

Basierend auf den Unterlagen des Unternehmens werden die Präferenzansprüche der Mitarbeiter zum Zeitpunkt der Liquidation auf 0,32 Mio. USD geschätzt,
was ausstehende Löhne und Urlaubszahlungen an die Mitarbeiter für aufgelaufene Ansprüche darstellt.
Zum Zeitpunkt der Liquidation prüfte die Finanzbehörde die Steuererklärungen der Gesellschaft einschließlich der GST.
Sobald diese Prüfung abgeschlossen ist, werden wir feststellen können ob keine besonderen Steuern fällig sind.

Ungesicherte Gläubiger

Aus den elektronischen Unterlagen des Unternehmens geht hervor, dass es 69 unbesicherte Gläubigerforderungen in Höhe von insgesamt 2,439 Mio. USD gibt.
Wir gehen jedoch davon aus, dass wir Ansprüche erhalten, die diesen Betrag übersteigen. Anhang C enthält eine Aufstellung bekannter Gläubiger.

Kunden Anteile

Das Unternehmen verwaltete Kryptowährung in Wallets und verfügte über eine Datenbank, in der die Kundentransaktionen und das jedem Kunden zugewiesene Guthaben aufgeführt sind.
Derzeit erhalten wir Zugriff auf die Datenbank um die Bestände mit den Kundenbilanzen abzugleichen.
Solange die Datenbank für den Benutzerkontostand nicht mit den vom Unternehmen betriebenen Crypto Asset-Wallets abgeglichen ist, kann der Wert der Kundenbestände nicht bestätigt werden.

Yes would be nice to get some Moderator again so that would be get some things easyer when you report it and also there would be someone you can speak or write about things !
And the next reason that if we get an Mod again is that it will be possible to make some cleaning in th local board there and sort some kind of things in all Sections there .
