5722  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make 3 USD a day? Tips wanted. on: January 30, 2020, 02:06:00 PM
Would love too hear some suggestions on how to make 3USD a day in BTC from the internet. ...

The Bitcointalk forum recently ran out of signatures from a company that advertised a new forum cryptotalk.org. On this forum pay for 1 message 1,000 Satoshi. A total of 30 ads per day are accepted for payment. Thus, you can earn 30 thousand Satoshi in 1 day. This is about $ 2.8 at today's exchange rate. And if the price of bitcoin increases even more, then your earnings in dollars will also become more.

5724  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will China Accept Bitcoin As A Currency? on: January 30, 2020, 10:14:39 AM
China has banned cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin since 2017, and until now they continue the ban. I don't think they will accept cryptocurrency and bitcoin because it will affect their economy, until now they only accept blockchain and are studying it to apply to their banking system.

This ban can only be lifted if bitcoin is recognized as a world currency by all countries. Or even not all, but the most economically developed countries. Then the Chinese government will be forced to recognize bitcoin in order not to stay away from the world economy.

5727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrities using Bitcoin today? on: January 29, 2020, 05:00:09 PM
Some celebrities use Bitcoin as an investment asset. This can be assumed with a high degree of probability. Bitcoin is highly profitable, and the rich always strive to become even richer. I am not sure about their use of cryptocurrency in everyday life, because the cryptocurrency exchange rate is very unstable, which makes it difficult to use it for daily purchases.

Yes, I can confirm this information with a link: https://usethebitcoin.com/7-celebrities-who-have-invested-in-bitcoin/ This is a list of 12 celebrities who have invested in bitcoin. Among them we see Björk, Ashton Kutcher, Mike Tyson and others. In fact, of course, there are more such celebrities. Many of them, for various reasons, prefer to remain silent about their investments.
5728  Economy / Speculation / Re: corona virus & bitcoin market on: January 29, 2020, 03:31:30 PM
What does corona virus have to do with bullish bitcoin ?? any effects
I already have seen multiple threads about this kind of topic, and i have always been saying that corona virus and other diseases will not have an effect in the crypto market or the price of bitcoin because it will not help to increase bitcoin adaptation and thiis kind of problem will only have an effect on the global economy because a lot of people might die.

I want to share with you a link that talks about the relationship of the cryptocurrency price with coronavirus: https://www.coindesk.com/how-coronavirus-outbreak-in-china-could-weigh-on-crypto-prices One of the theories of the rise in the price of bitcoin is related to the fact that Chinese specialists can not leave their homes because of the quarantine. And they can spend more time exploring the cryptocurrency market.

5730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is wasting electricity and are harmful to the environment.. Yea right!!! on: January 29, 2020, 10:03:47 AM
There was a study/analysis about Germany's love, and investment on renewable energy, and that it actually made electricity production more expensive.

Plus all the debates on the "wastefulness" of POW, especially in Bitcoin, is debatable. Energy tokenization, separation of money and state, and more topics will come to show that it's the real breakthrough in the invention of cryptocurrencies.

Using renewable energy not only reduces environmental damage, but also reduces the cost of mining. Therefore, mining companies are now interested in switching to renewable energy sources. So the theory about the harm of mining on the environment is considered incorrect.
5731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They want your Bticoin. Don't fall for this new scam, it's too real on: January 28, 2020, 08:42:47 AM
And maybe there is no way to stop either. Investors will be getting smart but scammers will do the same. It some cases that we even got surprised at a certain project that turns into scam without even it looks suspicious. This means that they could still trick and perceive us at all means. In this market, we can assure our security nor to think that it all be fine. Even we know their play but still, we need to be careful especially in investing new projects. It'll be safe we only just invest the old and existing projects that it hase been already in the market for a long time.

But next to hidden fraud, we often see an open scam. Scammers don't even try to make an effort to make it less obvious. Every day, new Ponzi schemes appear. And every day there are new "investors" who are ready to risk their money for unrealistic interest.

5733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Stablecoins Promote the Mass Adoption of Cryptocurrencies? on: January 27, 2020, 04:23:07 PM
For mass adoption to take place, a good advertising and more relevance to the current trends in the market is what this industry needs. The crypto industry is well known for its volatility that is why some people cannot risk their money for it. But mass adoption will give more sense of security since it shows that cryptocurrencies are indeed useful in this era. Hopefully, more crypto, not just stablecoins, will be highlighted for adoption to expand to other markets.

If issues with the SEC are resolved positively, all doors will be open for Libra. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp can provide this kind of advertising support. And stablecoin Libra will have to fulfill its mission of mass implementation of the crypt in everyday life.
5734  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Lost BTC in hard drive failure, still have to pay taxes? on: January 27, 2020, 02:25:29 PM
I still don't understand why all these people pay taxes for btc.

Pretty much having the fear of alerting the IRS(one way or another) and having them knocking on your door; which is a very reasonable 'fear' to have if you ask me.

They first need to know for sure that I have BTC. In addition, the possession of BTC does not yet indicate that I received a profit. The profit will be visible only when I withdraw money to the card. And here it will be necessary to calculate how much profit I received during the time of BTC ownership.
5735  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Posting on BitcoinTalk: how do I know when my post is "too long"? on: January 27, 2020, 09:08:45 AM
...So I wanted to ask.. how long is considered "too long" for a post? Are mine okay or should I write shorter ones? I'm trying to contribute as much as I can, but I don't want to turn my account into a wall of text nobody reads.

Here it is appropriate to quote Mark Twain, who said: "I would have written shorter, but I didn't have time". After all, it takes a lot of time to briefly describe the main idea and not force others to read a long, incomprehensible text. So we all have to make an effort to write clearly and briefly.
5736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypt is now legal in Ukraine on: January 27, 2020, 08:23:19 AM
One of the first who saw the attractiveness of the Ukrainian market was the Binance exchange, which opened its office and account in the Ukrainian Bank IBOX BANK on January 16, 2020. This may indicate that Binance is going to pay taxes from operations with cryptocurrencies.

Hmm, I have not heard about this. In general, I see how Binance is serious about a partnership with institutions of the CIS countries. This is curious, apparently CZ wants to be the first in these regions

In addition, Binance added the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) to its cryptocurrency platform. However, this did not happen now, but in November of last year. Opening a Bank account is the next stage in the development of the Binance exchange in Ukraine.

Boom, nice timing! Just a few hours ago, $UAH deposit and withdrawals are enabled on @binance. Buy/Sell of crypto using $UAH will be enabled tomorrow.
Check it out, #Ukraine 5:24 PM - Nov 6, 2019
5737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I lost all my bitcoin on: January 26, 2020, 05:29:34 PM
let me guess, surely you do leverage trading, leverage trading can indeed maximize profit, but the risk is also very big, very not recommended especially for beginners, in this forum there are many who trade bitcoin but don't lose all bitcoin, so far my bitcoin is still okay, because I trade normally without leverage.

Having no experience in margin trading, beginners tend to get as much profit as possible. And as a rule, the maximum leverage is chosen instead of the minimum risk. This is exactly the case when you can lose your entire Deposit if you do not close the transaction in time.
5738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypt is now legal in Ukraine on: January 26, 2020, 02:50:02 PM
Legalization of crypto? I do not think that in such a difficult period Ukraine will be able to find the opportunities to carry out such a global innovation. This is a very difficult process, but if this happens, Ukraine will join Germany and be free for legal crypto using

5739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sigh... Do i need to hold and sell it later or now? Quite tricky situation. on: January 26, 2020, 11:32:30 AM
February 22nd is still a month away, and the price may go up significantly, or crash down. If the Bitcoin you have, when converted to fiat, is already enough or is much more than what you actually need, then it's better to convert now than later. The risk is too high if you still decided to hold and the time is not enough to wait for another pump.

The thing is we cannot predict when would be the lowest price. Some expect that the lowest would be on February, but all are only prediction really.

If the OP needs to sell BTC, it means that it has a need for cash. Therefore, you do not need to hurry with the sale, but you need to wait for a more favorable rate. I would put a stop loss in case the price of bitcoin starts to decline. And I would watch the market to sell bitcoin in time if the price goes up. In my opinion, this is the only way to sell your bitcoins at a more favorable rate.
5740  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why its easy for a new comer to get scam on: January 26, 2020, 11:09:54 AM
New in the market are easily get scammed because of their not enough knowledge. They are still beginner where they do not fully understand the information in the market. Scammers are smart that they can easily attract newbies by their skills. For those newbies, try to invest in your knowledge first before you make an investment in projects or in trading of cryptocurrencies.

Newcomers to the cryptocurrency market not only do not have enough knowledge to recognize fraud, they are also gullible. Therefore, they believe that an investment can bring them hundreds of percent of the profit in just a few days. Once they learn more about scams, they can easily identify it as a Ponzi scheme.
