I think we are done with the plan on making income through bitcoin because some are already doing it. I guess it is the widening of that income that comes next. What are the plans on taking it to the next level.

I just wanted to get your opinions on this one , what do you think Bitcoin would be if there was no Alternative coins such Litecoin & Dogecoin and the others ...
I mean it would be better with or without them Bitcoin would have no value at all ?
In my opinion Bitcoin is independent and altcoins only copy the concept of it. There no such way that altcoin could affect the price of Bitcoin. When there's no altcoin maybe price of Bitcoin would be high but it's better also to have altcoin so that there are more ways to gain btc by doing trading. Look the most here missed the bitcoin born when it were traded at 1 dollar and when it reached 1000 dollars, making some people milionaire instant, soo we are making money on the pumps and dumps at bitcoin, with altcoin he have an opportunity to multiply our bitcoins safe and faster, i doubt if altcoins didnt exist bitcoin price would be soo big. Even with some coins being similiar bitcoin, only it has big support, look at eth it were 250ksatoshis todays its the most traded coin, atleast i believe it is. I dont think those altcoins owners think that way. Of course it is for their own profit. They see a large money come in with bitcoin so duplicating it will be a good chance to be rich. That is one good reason for that. |

I don't often spend my coins in real life because most of my coins are on cold storage because the main purpose why i'm buying/earning bitcoin because i want a long term investment just like gold.
i dont spend any of my coins either because i think it is better to just hold it in order to benefit after some time, i think bitcoins can make me a lot of good money so i dont spend it Well we have different ideas on how to profit. Also, different on what we think it could do to bitcoin. If there is good on not spending it then it is okay, if not we should be using it also. |

When there's a someone who new about bitcoin and want to buy some bitcoins but scammed by a man. That bad first experience when wanna try bitcoin will make people stop using bitcoin.
Yeah this is i think the big reason why people are stoping using bitcoin because i experience that before i am planning to stop because i didnt seen any solution to recover all my bitcoins.. but im not lose hope and i found this forum and learn a lot.. my experience in first time, i get scamed $60 in bitcoin transaction, someone want to sell his bitcoin arround 0.6 ($150) with price $60, i trust it because im newbie in online world, then I hate bitcoin and i do not want to know about bitcoin, but after 1month someone introduce me how to earn bitcoin with stellar giveaway, so i joined stellar giveaway and earning 6$ , i share my referal code and earning arround $100 it's highest than i lost after it, i learning more about bitcoin. maybe now i earn arround $7500 f0r 3years sidejob Being victimized by a scamming transaction is really going to be a reason why people are going to stop bitcoin once they got disappointed with it. And they are thinking that all transactions with bitcoin are going to be scammed at all. So, they are now scared for using bitcoin. People can reduce the chances of getting scammed by using official channels for conducting business, buying/selling etc. You can't really blame Bitcoin if you lose money because you decided to trust some shady individual or site. I, myself got scammed a few times when I first got into BTC but I always knew I was the one to blame. That is being human. Looking for something to blame to not feel the stupidity of the wrong decision we made. I experienced a scam and there is more to it. A hack of your account from the website you filled up your personal info. It is shitty but we have to move on. |

It can be seen here. Gambling threads, gambling websites. I dont think there is a permit for that. They just open it and make an advertisement that they are open. Then people will come to gamble. That is illegal right?

If I can withdraw my Bitcoin quickly after I receive it like with an ATM or whatever it is, then I'll say yes to accept my salary with Bitcoin. Because the problem is, in my country it's quite hard to withdraw your Bitcoin into fiat.
True with other countries. But I hope there will be something like ours there. Where we can exchange our bitcoin in one specific ATM card then that it. You can withdraw it. It just takes a day before the transaction is complete. |

If I were a merchant and if I had lots of clients I would integrate bitcoin as payment processor and why customers would use when i provide them discount only for bitcoin payments.
That is a good idea and would attract a lot of customers and might ask what is that bitcoin. That can also be a new way of making bitcoin more popular so that many of us will be using it. |

i think at this moment bitcoin has become the 1st international currency in online world. because i found the merchand growing everyday, and now it's very easy to spend our bitcoin
I actually think like that too. I dont know why people are trying to say that it is not global or it just depends on how they see what global is. It is globally available online. Online means internet and you can get it everywhere now. |

Spending bitcoins is not good at all right now because you will lose profit on the halving that is coming this month.
You only need a bit more time and patient and believe in the halving right now, do not spend people.
I am reviewing some of comments now and I see that expectations were not that correct about events after halving. Everyone was expecting price drop after the halving, but it didn't happen and also everyone was hoping to see the price of $800 but it didn't happen too so majority of speculations were incorrect. Exactly. Whatever they say it is just a prediction. If ever they want to force it then they should show some proof. I thought it was going up too but as I realized I think it happened before the halving. Advanced price increase? What do you think? |

Banks will not dissapear because of bitcoin.How we will withdrawal our money then?Gorvements are supporting corrupted bankd im their dirty business so they can live forever.
Till Government is alive, banks will be alive too, as both of them have a good partnership since long time to cheat people and it will be followed in future too. Strong words which is the truth. Why would they want to get that position badly. Simply because there is money there. And those banks will be the one who will be hiding their cheat money. That is why it is impossible to make them just disappear. |

For now it depends on the country if the country hug the bitcoin community more people use bitcoin,then count on me I'll accept it as a salary many country now use bitcoin and there daily needs so if it will happen I'll go with the flow.
That is good. A lot of trust are coming in for different person in bitcoin. But that will be hard considering the movement of bitcoin is way too huge sometimes if it drops then your salary will be lower. |

Yeah, loaner was too risky but you cannot know it if you cannot try, because they had a lot of people who needs loan for personal interest like starting of business, thats why you need to take the risk. they have also a lot of people that trusted they thats why you need to trust and the other people trusted back to you. you need to beome an open minded regarding to the situation you have, to achieve your goal in life.,
There it is the trial and error. You dont know what could happen. So it is a big risk and you are risking your own money not other peoples money. And scammers are scattered now doing anything for an instant money. |

I think that you talked with a guy who don't know nothing about bitcoin and how profitable is it nowdays, for me perosnaly bitcoin is really usefull even when it's low priced.
That person might not be in his right mind or just talking shit to create a conversation. Or maybe he is already drunk and the other person he is talking too is starting a conversation about bitcoin while he know nothing out of it. Pfft. |

so far i have only bought small amounts of bitcoin over a period of time, becaus i believe in bitcoin' future and i think it can be worth a lot more in a couple of years so by then i want to hold a decent amount of bitcoin so that i can spend it when it becomes global.
Great thinking. For it did profit many people that invested while it was still at low price. Many things will happen again and it includes the next price increase. Actually more people are doing the same thing that you do including me. Just buying some of what I can afford. |

It has been discussed many times already but Bitcoin is just too complicated to be massively adopted. Case in point is adoption by females/women, I'm sure we are all aware that this must be incredible low just by taking a look at this forum or at other sites online, 99% are men.
No i don't think that it is so much complicated. i think it is too easy to understand and to use. i think some people do hate bitcoin because they may have lose money in bitcoin. or they may have sold their bitcoin with low rate or even they have no knowledge about bitcoin that is why they hate it. other wise i cannot see any solid reason that some one will have bitcoin. We just need something to boost them in knowing it. There are few good ideas that have been told in many threads. And many are good ones but the problem is no one is taking it seriously. |

Banks won't just dissappear they will just adapt as they always have.
Many banks are already openly exploring ways to use the blockchain technology to further their own development.
They may have to start offering much better rates if more and more people move to using bitcoin but that will take a big change for that to happen in western countries, people have just trusted and relied on them for too long now.
Yes it takes time to gain trust. And they have established that, that is why people will still be looking for a bank. They see it as the legal way though bitcoin is not illegal they would want someone who will do it for them in case they want to invest in bitcoin though bank |

Customers should use the bitcoin because it has a lot of advantages with payments but also with holding money, like a bank account.
A bank account compared with the bitcoin, says already enough the bitcoin wallet is much better because its self controllable and has no one that is controlling or have power over it.
Better than bank account because of the very high fluctuations. In banks it takes years to get grow your money where you would really feel it. Or you will need to invest a lot bigger for a higher profit. I dont want that. I would rather risk my money with bitcoin and just take weeks or months for a price increase,. |
