I Think I have the solution for you but it takes time lets sayo two to three days to get .003 waves I too back than had encounter this one before. To be honest with you my friend, the translation from English to Filipino does not really play well. Take these factors into consideration:
1. Most Filipinos knows how to read and write English
2. Most Filipinos actually LIKE to read documents or any writing in English than Filipino

Have you ever been to a translated to Filipino version of Google or any site for that matter? For sure your first step is to find how to change it back to English. This is the reason why most bounty campaigns and other project doesn't really require a translation to Filipino.

Don't be discouraged though, just want to give you a heads up that there aren't many people looking for this service. People looking for translation services are mostly look for difficult languages such as Chinese, Indonesian, Russian, etc. Since the users of those languages does not use English as much as we do.
