I have tried to re-index first just in case...but that didn't help. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Luckily I have saved blockchain data (December 2017) on other PC so i will transfer it, because I really don't want to sync all 1.7Gb of data trough peers

Well that is a bummer ... HitBTC just lost reputation in my eyes.
For a price of 25 BTC this is a pretty pathetic performance... have they offered a partial return of funds to the straks team?
If listing date was defined they will probably compensate delay with some discount percentage, if date was not defined than I would not expect much more than "We are sorry for delay".

Don't get it wrong guys, but BTX performance is driven solely by the weekly aidrops, and you should be really careful after it's all completed. If there's no major exchange before the end of airdrops, then we'll probably see a massive dump that won't be absorbed on the few small exchanges on which BTX is listed now. Look at market depth on cryptopia - it's ca. 20k on a buy side all the way down to 3k sat - it's just a dust.
For people that want to sell, smart move would be to sell in smaller chunks before the end of Aidrop period. That way price can obtain same direction that has now and keep steady growing pattern. For anyone that is waiting last Aidrop to sell I can tell you for sure that more than half of this people will not get 1/3 of expected sale price simply because market will not be able to swallow so big volumes. Also for people that are accumulating BTX this period will be opportunity to buy BTX cheaper than ever.

chrys, I like Discord very much and think it's one of the best platforms for this kind of things. If you are looking for someone to moderate channels as helping hand I will gladly jump on this train.

I think more than anything miners are just disappointed because we loved cwigm-0.9.8. not sure why you think you have to revolutionize the mining ecosystem? just add a few algos like "timetravel10" keep them tied to your pools, and lets rock! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) We are not looking at revolutionizing the ecosystem, just improving it. No use reinventing the wheel, just make a much better one ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) So we are doing just that. #crysx I liked first version very much, with so nice structured data on one page, If you decide to make new beta testing group I would gladly join.

Some people will withdraw for sure all their portfolio, but also many new customers will join, especially people who are holding coins that cannot be bought or sold anywhere else.

Ok so in my case the command line -reindex was not working from cmd prompt, power shell script, not even from a batch file lol... And yes I tried all of those variants as admin... But adding the flag reindex=1 to my config file finally made it actually reindex.
Unfortunately this did involve essentially sync-ing the entire blockchain again which took a whole day. Hopefully this doesn't happen often...
Someone can just upload blockchain that is up to date so you don't have to re-download trough wallet because it will be much slower. It would be great if HUSH team could attach block-chain file on monthly basis on official web page so people can help them self's.

Downloaded the mandatory wallet upgrade. The new wallet is very edgy and very PINK! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I like it though, $BTX has been holding up in this "bear market" so far. Loving these airdrops too. Is there a mandatory upgrade? I only see a pre-release on github. Currently that's only version available, I am still using the old one without any problems so far.

I have pre-ordered new T model from one of sellers, It says shipment would be in March.
Do you guys know anyone who needed to return their first Gen model due to malfunction? This new model could be more prone to problems due to touch screen.
In case of problem how secure is to reset device to factory settings and send it back to store? I quess that should be 100% secure because device doesn't have any flash memory to store something on it or am I wrong?

Hi everyone, On february 4th I bought 100BTX, store them in BTX wallet and registered for airdrop. Since next monday I did not receive any airdrop, I went to BTX FAQ and found this: BitcoreBTX_Guide_AdvancedCoinControl.pdf Therefore I followed all steps (ie. enabled coin control features and sent BTX from a registered address) and today I sadly realised that missed the airdrop again ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif) . How is that possible? Any thoughts? Thx! PS: Where can I find the snapshot time? You need to make sure your btx are in the correct address, and not just in the wallet. A wallet can have many addresses, a new change address is sometimes created if/when needed, if you make a transfer. And some of your btx might end up in one of them, without you knowing about it. Activate coin cointrol in the qt wallet, and manage your own change. And in coinomi disable new address generation from settings, and if a change address is created during a transfer, just send your btx to the registered address, before the airdrop. I followed this procedure: https://bitcore.cc/guides/BitcoreBTX_Guide_AdvancedCoinControl.pdf If I do this, am I guaranteed too receive the airdrop that i missed this week? Sorry, I'm being very literal and just want to be sure I don't miss it again. Thank you. to be sure you better register the address(es) after you have done all neccessary transactions. because if you register a certain address and after that you do some transaction, that first address might be changed so that you won't get anything anymore or just a small part. so after you have finished all transactions register every single (receiving) address which you have used. you better check your registered addresses on that link with the list of registered addresses which i have mentioned in my earlier post. What do you mean that first address might be changed?, he still owns that address so I don't get your point why would he wait for all transactions to finish before he register address for Airdrop.

@Karmakid
When you say it like that it looks so simple. If that was the rule then everyone would be millioner.
I can tell you from my personal experience from stocks exchange that some companies have dive deep and never vent back to old prices. Same is here in crypto, some coins can recover fast, some little later and some never.

what coin best to mine for our 1080ti now??
Define best to mine? What are the conditions that define best coin to mine, Is it difficulty? current price? some predicted price or roadmap for the coin. If you want to find your options just ask people what they currently mine with their rigs, that question has some more ground to cover and will not be disapproved. I have been mining Zen and hush.

The price difference of ICON and NEO is 27x
Do you think ICON's team, project and potential is 27x worse than NEO?
This is a very easy 5x coin before summer.
I would not compare this two, no matter of current price or age difference. I hope they go slow, project by project. Any sudden price jump is usually corrected little after that and doesn't bring long time high ground. ICON has national value written all over and Korea is a big country so there is enough projects to work on and contracts to sign, and that's just tip of the iceberg.

When will you guys think of hitting more exchanges like Binance, Bittrex?
After the Airdrops comes to an end, and to answer your next question when's that >> look at prediction table from Ypsi few posts before.

Hi, i keep my BTX safe if i only backup the wallet?
and also encrypt it It would be nice to have Ledger or Trezor implementation for BTX. Something like that could really put some light on this coin and would benefit all long term holders. This was mentioned sometimes ago but without any details.

You should probably know by know that openly asking for merits could easily get you in trouble, most people will just set you on ignore and not see you posts at all, while in the same time admins could easily decide to lock your account. Yes, I got the same problem. Rules say no excessive begging for merit. Now I try to ask with pm most. Not easy to collect some so far. Even if you write a good post, merit doesnt come itself, because most people are still not used to give/take merit. Hope that will change PM or public you still qualify for account lock down. If something is against rules then it's the same no matter If you ask for it publicly or trough internal messaging system. You don't need to tell people that is hard to get some points, and as you probably know good post doesn't automatically qualify you for the points neither gives you the right to send people messages with such requests.
