I am having the same exact problem, any fix? "A general unexpected critical error has occurred."

My wallet starts now without dancing.
The solution is similar to other wallets - from the folder C: \ Users (or Users) \ Your user \ AppData \ Roaming \ Hush \ keep wallet.dat in a safe place just in case.
Delete all files and folders in this folder except wallet.dat
Start the purse - it again downloads the block.

Right. You did not participate in the airdrop because you do not have a private key from the HUSH walleton which HUSH. Roughly speaking, this is the exchange wallet. Cryptopia will receive its BTCH. The news of  forthcoming airdrop was published in mid-January. So it was enough time to read and do the right thing.
