Ethereum for sure! If you want to get a coin that's focused on banking take a look at Wanchain. It's fully decentralized and it has potential to revolutionize the banking industry.

Check out Zilliqa, it's one of the few coins with sharding (Vitalik recently announced they will also implement sharding in Ethereum).

It doesn't matter what the price of the coin is. What you need to look at is the market cap (supply x price).

I always invest in protocols. Take a look at Wanchain, Zilliqa, and Aeternity (they have all around $1 Billion market cap which is way lower compared to neo which has around $5.5B).
