582  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Hashkings Lending,Deposit 1.25% INSURED, ALL PPT ACCOUNTS CLOSING ON 8/19 on: September 09, 2012, 10:03:41 AM
You have no business to demand 42...xx BTC of interest, you, if you just could leave your selfish circle jerk, want to steal from the deposited principal of others.

At least in this line of reasoning, even hashking aknowledges a higher moral ground than you !

Thanks for thinking about greedy little bastards, who wonīt get anything in the end.

583  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Putting your money where Pirate's mouth is. on: September 09, 2012, 09:37:08 AM
Let us watch out for other pals, who have been entrusted with other peoples monies or ripped off undeserved interest in ponzis, as deleting their own posts, is the preparation for running away

with the loot.

584  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: ★ VESCUDERO's Risk-free Weekly Term deposits at 1.5% ★ on: September 08, 2012, 10:39:39 PM

I think they're scams, too. It is impossible to get risk-free 1.5% weekly interest, I don't care how good you are at "playing the market" or "choosing who to lend to."

Not really impossible.. it's just very difficult to do so consistently for more than a few months. I've witnessed first hand much higher rates of return for a 6 month period (then they crashed).

Of course if vescudero stops and returns the funds as soon as his arbitrage opportunity disappears, or his trading strategy stops working, assuming the last batch of losses himself, then this can work well for him as a reputation-building exercise. If he expects to do this indefinitely... then it'll probably end up as a ponzi, especially if he tries to cover any losses with more deposits.

So far I've received interest for 3 weeks,  am quite happy with this and think that it's legit. But caution is always advisable.

I have seen this line of thinking before.  It is important to understand there is no underlying business unit here - weekly interest only comes from new investment.

Veescudero's "arbitrage opportunity" is a myth - think about it guys - there is only 1 exchange of any size.

Come on Lord Micon, keep poker face and donīt loose all your phantasies. Sometimes others got a better hand ! Wink

Am with you when asking for the iron broom, but for unfounded accusations there should be guillotines in reserve as well.

Cause a business escapes your perception, doesnīt mean there is none.

Please stick to your sharpness , your trustworthyness is needed.

Thanks Zyk
585  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: [POLL] 'Who's Who' in Ponzitown (vote anonymously) on: September 08, 2012, 10:19:48 PM
Where is bitcoinmax, as its even the largest one after pirate ?

Before  making a fool out of yourself please consider that interest is still considered legitimate part of the older accounts balances!

Thanks Zyk

May I again disturb the chatter of silence in this thread and complete inaction of our OP ?  Still not knowing, if he already put his sleepless head to rest on step 2, or even trying to

crawl on step 3 of Ghandis theorem Wink

This is what another PPT operator, hashking ,thinks is in his best interest now :

Quote
I will currently be suspending all interest payments and withdrawals.
As I receive coins from the various things that I have going on I will start sending people's principal back.  I will also be purchasing coins from my personal
funds.  Interest that has been paid out will be deducted from the current principal.  The reason for this is I would like to get everyone's principal
back before anyone receives anymore interest.  I am not able to give a timeframe on the repayment as there is alot of factors that can effect it.  I know for sure it won't be
weeks or months, but more then likely in the ballpark of 3 years.

Having aknowledged that he participated with the entrusted coins of his lenders in an operation of theft, instead of investment and after "OneEyed "

broad this up two posts earlier :

Quote
In France, for any criminal case (theft is one of them), the district attorney decides whether an investigating magistrate should be designed to supervise the investigations or not (in which case, it means the state is not willing to go after the alleged, known or unknown, perpetrator). However, in case of a negative answer, the victim can choose to go forward anyway. In this case, the district attorney must design an investigating judge, and the judge must do whatever it takes to identify the alleged perpetrator such as asking for connection logs, domain name ownership information, and so on (even if he lives abroad, thanks to treaties between cooperating countries).

At the end of the investigation, the judge decides if the alleged perpetrator (if he has been identified) should be sent to trial or not, according to what has been uncovered. But in any case, the plaintiff and his lawyers will be given access to the investigation results. They may even request that the investigating judge starts some procedures that they deem useful to retrieve the identity of the alleged perpetrator, or to prove that the criminal behavior took place.

If the alleged perpetrator does not attend his trial, he can be sentenced anyway, and a warrant will be issued if he got jail time.

Happy Birthday zyk!

stay the course please, as thats snow of a few years back already, donīt energize too much, as the sock puppet might run around headless Wink

7.  The OP starts building the escrow and distribution now The 49 % remaining funds ( or better claims to pirates treasure ) in the balances

of unpaid accounts are transfered to him personally, as he is now the chairman of "bitcoinmix" the  worlds virtual central bank.

8.  As he is considered an authority on free human will, his wishes are my orders then, and i provide proposals 10 - 12 in my native language. Wink

9.  If pirate is tracked down and pays anything, distribution follows the above scheme, if he doesnīt pay " bitcoinmix" sells its stock ( claims on treasure ),

a motion or plenty of them are held to democracize the above ToS. (account - holders are able to purchase preferred shares).

Comments still welcome

Right now we have the Team Ponzi who dances around its "told ya" bonfire …

Only in your sick imagination. Even now you cannot stop trying to throw dirt at those who tried in vain to help you.

Nobody is dancing.
You continue to post, why?
It can't be that you are "warning" people...

Of course people somtimes  need to be made aware of things, even if its dancing with the secret service. Cheesy

You really are  making it patently clear, that you prefer ostrich - strategies Wink

The interest rate stops counting at bitcoinmax.com ?

May we see some (admittedly rather small ) steps  in the right directions already, even without comments? Wink

Erebus undefining stolen funds, Sadpandatech going for it in earnst and even Mr. Joel Katz

citing Madoff as a precedent ?:

So what is the status quo?

How are the PPT operators working together?
What is being done to find Pirate?
What legal actions have been started?
What have *you* done?  Or are you waiting for someone else to do it for you?

Ok, here is in all humility, what Zyk proposes in as much plain zykloogish as he can provide Wink :

1.  Bitcoinmax opens again and fesses up to it being an endeavour with fraudelent Terms of Service in the past.

2.  OP provides responsibility for lost principal and instead of being charnged himself, is being worshipped and hailed, as the ToS are changed to :

All interest accrued on investors accounts during the term of  BCST operation canīt be passed through, as BCST never earned them.

Accrued interest is subtracted from the balance of each account and put in an escrow account seperated from OP.s privat wallets.

3.  Escrow is transparently counted and starts to to pay back principal of each account up to 51 % of the (interest subtracted) balance.

4.  Those accounts with still a remaining negative balance (Erebus f.ex.) are reminded that bitcoinworld and bitcoinmax is going to serve a higher ground

and needs everybody and their funds to put up a new virtual world central bank. ( negative balances are kindly asked to be leveled!!)

5.  As such i personally believe there are some funds left in escrow which will be spend on the witch hunt of pirate and other PPTīs, in so far as they stick to

being ineligible for the to be recovered coins  and are made available to f.ex. sadpandatech or some kind to be arranged professional search and prosecution.

6.  Those funds are to be completed by all other PPTīs and individual accountholders funds invested in BCST which donīt want to stay in the rain, if and when

pirate is tracked down and put back as a lost son in our arms, having distributed his remaining loot the way discribed above.

No. 7 to 12. are in the making and are subjected to change, as some unignorant input is given by you !!

Cheers Zyk

600  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: [BitcoinMax.com] Paying 6.9% per week... Small accounts welcome. on: September 05, 2012, 09:48:52 AM
Also for all the people who talk about pirate being a ponzi, just remember that, we as individuals are limited by our own intelligence. It allows us only to 'digest' whatever is within our own limited capacity to understand.....we only have the ability to think within our mind, if someone else is smarter, they just are....like pirate is....

This is an interesting and very true statement. It means that I have to consider the weakness of my own brain when I try to manage my investment risk. The human brain is generally weak and full of systematic flaws. There is some very interesting, recent research on this.

One of the more fundamental flaws is that emotions, like strong wishes and strong fears, impede rational thinking. When we fervently wish for something to be true, our rational judgment and reality check is clouded, if not entirely switched off.

Another basic flaw of the human brain is its general tendency for self-overestimation.

quoted just for the heck of it.......cheers buddy. We are all limited in some way or the other...we are just conditioned creatures since birth....just stuck with our perceptions....as shown to us since birth...if you were told something else right from the beginning, you would have believed something else totally.....so where does intelligence come in? but the realization on your part shows how far away people are in reference....cheers

The human will is free !

Pirate is just smarter.....as in "he deserves the loot"?

There is a proverb in german ..( freely translated in zykloogish ) :

Stupidity doesnīt protect you from punishment.

Donīt see any precedent in angloamerican jurisdiction, which contradicts the above statements....yet.....oh...no right in time there are coming at least 5 in my mind Angry

Cheers Zyk
