581  Economy / Gambling / Re: Established Bitcoin Dice Site with over 475 Bitcoin Wagered Possible ICO on: October 11, 2017, 10:22:34 AM
If you can develop some new game or can convert existing bitcoin games into smart contract and make it decentralized than people might get interested in investing in your ICO.

There were few ICO ran by some of the popular casino sites like bitdice and they also got good amount of funds but that is not only because of the  total amount wagered there its about the good trust they have and huge number of big players who used to play there regularly.  Success of casino is not always about total amount wagered in the platform, its about how much site is making and how many users are actively playing daily in platform.
582  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 11, 2017, 10:15:25 AM
Ok, I am not the only one for which the mining option has disappeared. The idea is interesting, but the rewards were very low...
@wetsuit or myfe: will this feature come back or not ?
Anyway you have set a trend for this browser mining, because right now many other websites are offering this service  Smiley
Rewards were very low because many other miners are out there mining with big machines and actually your computer/laptop couldn't mine anything at current level of difficulty. I don't think idea of browser mining will be sustainable and will be a trend in future like you have speculated.  Grin
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Provably Fair ByteBall Lottery LuckyBytes with Weekly Jackpots on: October 10, 2017, 05:50:28 PM
Ok just tried your game app in my PC byteball app and found it quite interactive one. I also sent some byteball to purchase ticket and waiting for confirmation.

I found that I can't purchase 2-3 tickets at a time, only 1, 10 and 100 tickets option are available. Can't you add more options?
584  Economy / Gambling / Re: Top PROVABLY FAIR Casinos on: October 10, 2017, 12:59:58 PM
Crypto-games.net
yolodice.com
Satoshimines.com
Bustabit.com
Bustadice.com

and there are many which have their own custom provably fair games.
585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What actually is Provably Fairness?! on: October 10, 2017, 12:37:39 PM
Nice explanation. Now how do we get everybody to check their actual bets?

I'm sure hardly anybody ever checked if the outcome of their bet was fair unless they lost a major chunk at one point.
Its just optional most of the players including me not always care about checking and verifying each of my role other than on first few betting when I will be trying some new casino or when I will loss good amount of money with very low odd in a single role.

Most of the new gamblers even don't know why provably fairness is very important, they just focus on beating house edge.

And probably bitstarz representative will not help you here too as his/her account is inactive since August https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=307265

This all proves they are shady casino and we should avoid playing there. However I always try to opt out any bonuses casino will offer to not get stucked with lots of hidden bonus terms like this one.
587  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I paid and I did not receive it and now? on: October 06, 2017, 01:17:29 PM
I made a purchase, I paid in bitcoin and the person did not give me the product.
Do you have any means to recover what was paid, since you do not want to deliver the product?
Post more detail about your purchase, if the guy to whom you have sent bitcoin is just scammer than he will not deliver any product to you and will not send you your bitcoin back. You can't file charge back against the seller like in other reversible payment methods because bitcoin payments are irreversible.

Looks like your bitcoin is gone.
588  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: NEWS BOT - Development (Coders needed) on: October 06, 2017, 06:07:57 AM
You can use cryptopanic api or bots if you want to make alert based on actual news/updates
https://cryptopanic.com/about/api/
https://cryptopanic.com/about/bots/

You can also code your own bot using RSS feed url of different news sources. If you just want to make bot for price alert than use coinmarketcap api.

If you can't code yourself, than make proper offer in service section for developer also you can post your project in xbtfreelancer.com
589  Economy / Speculation / Re: A bull market looms on the horizon on: October 06, 2017, 05:59:15 AM
Before fork yes we might see a huge bull rally which might even set new all time high price for bitcoin, price of bitcoin is rising but altcoin's price is not increasing against bitcoin. Which suggest people are selling their alts to get bitcoin before fork so they can get free forked coins which they can later on sell for some free cash.
590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pretty Specious on: October 06, 2017, 05:31:04 AM
Bitcoin is based on blockchain technology.

Blockchain technology can be used in many fields apart from financial systems which government might adopt in near future.

Bitcoin on the other side was developed to give people a financial freedom which no any government or bank want to have. They are against bitcoin only because they can't print more bitcoin and can't control bitcoin like they control fiats. Also government will loss so much in taxes with bitcoin transactions so they just claim that bitcoin is only being used for criminal proposes. LOL
591  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card will STOP on: October 06, 2017, 05:16:35 AM
I think cryptopay's plan C is to have ICO and than collect enough fund like monaco and tenxpay to build their own credit card platform. Don't know which cards they will start issuing if both VISA and MASTERCARD will go against the use of bitcoin debit cards.

Bitcoin ATM might be installed in majority of the country in next few years which will completely replace the use of VISA or MASTERCARD to spend your bitcoin.
592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you still use Bitcoin if it stabilised at around USD$5000? on: October 06, 2017, 05:03:52 AM
I will still move my fiat into bitcoin to remain anonymous while making online payments and to save on taxes, government can't froze my bitcoin wallet but they can froze my bank accounts also I will be the only one who will have full control over my money.

Bitcoin was made for online payments rather than an assets to invest into.
593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on the next fork? on: October 06, 2017, 04:54:10 AM
What are you guys predicting will happen before/after the next fork?
Before fork = People will keep on buying bitcoin and price can easily go over ATH.
After fork = People will sell bitcoin and bitcoin gold for profit, price can go below $4k again.

I am holding my bitcoin in paper wallet for fork and bought few more at around $4k, waiting for good pump to sell those.
594  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another Bitcoin fork on 25 October on: October 06, 2017, 04:26:27 AM
What will happen in BTC bitcoin market when another fork hits bitcoin, results in emerging bitcoin gold as new coin
Will price of bitcoin go down
Will new coin get popularity like bch Roll Eyes

BCH - bitcoin cash is not quite popular its just running like another bitcoin clone/altcoin.
I think whatever we will get after next fork will be just worthless coin and it might not get same level of adoption like bitcoin cash.

I will be dumping all I will get after fork when it will be listed.

I haven't heard about this site and can't find their official ANN thread here in the forum.

While searching found few threads about bitcoinpenguin
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1600448.0 (someone calling them as scammer)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1615415.0 (this guy waited for more than a week to get withdrawal approved after two failed attempts)

Why you want to try this one, just play with usual casino that have representative here in the forum.
598  Economy / Gambling / Re: ICO BitsPulse Gambling Platform on: October 05, 2017, 07:31:24 PM
Oh another ICO for bitcoin casino which is pretty new and haven't shown any good results.
Looks like verification link is not working when I tried to signup with my twitter account  Roll Eyes

Just want to try out the game first but I don't like to go through that long signup process, you should add instant account creation feature like other casino have.
599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: October 05, 2017, 07:09:55 PM
a lot of lessons in gambling, it is clear that gambling is illegal but why are still many people gambling? probably because peoples way of thinking is different. there is a guess that gambling can promise rich there are also people who think gambling can fall into poverty.
No gambling is not illegal in every country, countries like combodia promotes casino to attract tourist in their country. Gambling is actually one of the most profitable business for both owners and country where they are established.

Gambling is just a way to get entertained and not the way to get rich, that is the biggest lesson every gambler should know as early as possible.
600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Does anyone have ever tried betting with cryptocurrency in offline card game? on: October 05, 2017, 05:40:36 PM
Me, my brother and father sat on a mat this festive season where people usually play cards, I have given both of them some ethereum.
Than we started playing cards and we settled all our winnings in ETH, we have used jaxx wallet for ETH.

It was really fun and we settled all payments instantly. In this way I have also taught them how to use crypto.  Do you guys have ever tried anything like this?
