My question is;
Will this account still work as a newbie account as 2weeks activity update, then 30 posts and all that, or will it upgrade over a high post then to a certain rank???
I think you didnt log in your account even once a week in that duration of time .. it was made last november but left and didnt log in again till then .. am i right ? well you should asked the admin if you want to know the real score on this because for mme if you are active and post like 1 every refresh i think your activity will be on raapid fire for being a high rank like senior-hero member for now! Actually I was been restricted from making post into the forum, due to some fee I was told to pay as a newly registered member. Which fee ? and who asked you to pay this fee and why ? I think this is always happening for ban ip's from this forum if your local ip is ban ip's and you make new account expect that you are restricted on posting and it will ask for the fee just to removed the restricted . Anyway op if you wanted to know more about your activity and why you are still newbie better to check this link to know about badges and ranks of the account and what you should do in order to get your account rank up. It's a good say for the price of bitcoin to get to $30000 before 2020, but looking at the present state of bitcoin and the issues from China, it has to survive this present situation before we look towards the betterment. The year 2020 is still far, but let's follow it's price as it goes a step at a time.

I think the best way to earn such amount is mainly and only by mining, other ways are by trading and joining signature campaign which pays at the end of week after you are been accepted.

After the recent news re. BTC China and regulators crackdown on cryptocurrency trading, we all know which direction bitcoin and alt coins are currently heading. I wish to buy Bitcoin and Altcoin when they hit the floor, but i am unsure of when the right time is to enter?
Its not clear when the rightful time to buy will come, but by what has been going on, the price will not go lower than $2200-$2800. Then you can buy, but if you can't risk all that money at ones, then you buy it little by little, then that's it. |

This depends maybe on the country. In my country is sell my bitcoin through localbitcoins and I am paid directly to my bank account, and there is no trouble from my bank.
