There was an issue about they're paid service, it didn't get confirmed even if they use it, However eventually it gets confirmed over time about next 5 block.
You can try to push the transaction every hour for free hopefully it will be confirmed, Unfortunately I don't have any Bitcoin Cash to try the paid service.

I am also experiencing a major problem in transaction, the age of my transaction is always repeating in 10 minutes in etherscan though neither I didn't rebroadcast it nor changing the transaction fee.

I did some google search and found that if the transaction have not enough gas it will be drop by the network and the ETH will be back to the origin address, though the gas will be consumed.

I miss the old Bitcoin functionality that we are able to send bitcoin around the globe 24/7 without worrying the fee that we need to pay.

Actually Bitcoin is well known to have a low transaction fee rather than Paypal before, however things didn't stay the same everything has changed.

Honestly I get involve in Bitcoin industry because I was amazed that you can send money with a low amount of fee, apparently other people learn it and the network get congested now I worry about when 10% of population learn about cryptocurrency such as BTC  

Everyone is starting to get confused if they are going to hold their BTC or not, because a lot of things are preventing BTC to surge its price, for an instance forking of btc, congestion of the network, it leads other users to doubt BTC, however it doesn't help BTC to grow or expand because of the false information has given to the btc as a whole.

Some is starting to buy other coins, a few is just playing it cool and holding, while others starting to make a strategy, but nevertheless it still up to the users whether Bitcoin is worth holding.
