581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: January 03, 2018, 08:48:51 AM
I know a lot of people have different reason why the love and embrace bitcoin.
For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation(specific amount), no bullshit is mind blowing.

That's true, being decentralized of bitcoin it cause of huge price value. Since the bitcoin is a crypto currency no taxes can get by the government (only fee). But beauty of the bitcoin is the volatile price that gives an additional profit on those who have.

Additionally, can use also in some transaction like buying of load and as far as I know it can be use to pay in some online shopping (like lazada) and no hassle to use in payment.
582  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best way to invest/grow your Bitcoins? on: January 02, 2018, 11:34:23 PM
Holding them is definitely one of the safest long term approach, they don't deterioate overtime and it's finite so you know you own that fraction of the supply.
True, investing is one huge income now adays of investor and with bitcoin the profit is totally hefty. But if you want to grow your bitcoin you can choose the trading which is the same of investing. Difference is time, investing is for long term and trading will give you a profit in short term that is actually working in growing of bitcoin value.
583  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: January 02, 2018, 11:02:22 PM
I do not think it's good to put everything in the bitcoin, you have to have liquidity in case the market crash for a while
Agree, additionally the price is volatile that result of losing income/profit. Imagine if you put all your money in bitcoin how about your budget for your needs especially in the time you encounter unexpected expenses? I'm sure you have no choice to trade even the price is low.
584  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this the time to buy Bitcoin on: January 02, 2018, 10:32:23 PM
Is this the time to buy Bitcoin?
Actually yes, when did you plan to buy bitcoin? If the price is so high? If you think that this price is too expensive how about in the future? Bitcoin never come back in the low price this is because bitcoin is become popular around the world and the result is increasing of volume/price. In other word, bitcoin price will become better and better in the future.
585  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: January 01, 2018, 11:03:01 PM
So as far as we know BTC currency is growing wide, do you think there will be when it become a national currency? If yes, why?If not, why?
It will not anymore become national currency. It is digital currency, yes it beneficial in some user but I think not in the society it is because I'm sure some people use this in illegal transaction that cause of bad image of crypto-currency.

Even the volume are increasing, the fiat money can not replace by bitcoin, the popularity of fiat is high than the digital currency.
586  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC vs Bittrex on: January 01, 2018, 10:11:59 PM
Can someone please advise which of the two exchanges are better? Volume is better on bittrex but no. of coins is huge on hitbtc. Also, for withdrawal HitBTC seems better as one can take out money through bank transfer.

Kindly advise.
I never use the bittrex and hitbtc is the one I use.

In my experience, my mentor said that hitbtc is scam but I did not try to stop to use, in beginning the transaction is good, fast to trade but lately I am disappointed ( I don't know if the hard pork is the reason) because my transaction is almost 2 weeks of pending and until now it is loading to main account. I ask to the forum but some people encounter same with me, but nothing changes until now. I think hitbtc is a scam exchanger.
587  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you choose bitcoin? on: January 01, 2018, 09:41:54 PM
I choose bitcoin, to improve my life status by making additional income of money and also it helps to improve and develope economic status of my country.
It is the beauty of bitcoin, it will help us to improve our life by using this as source of income.

In fact, bitcoin is good opportunity on those people who want to become rich in fast way. By investing, trading, campaign and etc. it will gives a huge profit if you have lot of knowledge about crypto-currency. It is very lucrative, it helps my life to survive in problems/challenges by earning money using bitcoin.
588  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Better investement right now, bitcoins or Altcoins. on: December 28, 2017, 09:33:06 PM
Bitcoin is always better than altcoins, in my opinion. Its having higher price and more stability, despite its price volatility (which is common with altcoins too). But you can invest some of your capital in the highly traded altcoins
With the price of bitcoin so high,it is not the best form of investment if you are looking for a good profit, there are coins with low valuation and good projects which can give you a higher yield than bitcoin,so make sure you find a better alt coin or project and invest in it rather than in bitcoin and that is my opinion.
At this point where the price of bitcoin is high, it is not advisable for us to invest in it and if we do, earning profit might take a long time. But there are people who thinks that investing in bitcoin now might be a good choice since the price of bitcoin will probably continue to climb up. Yes there are altcoins that can be considered for investment but of course one must study first and know if the coin shows possible growth or gain in the future. Choosing a coin for investment is a risk also and if you are not sure about the coin try to look at its history and see if people demands it over time.
589  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: December 28, 2017, 12:54:54 PM
if you want to become a good trader then you need to over come fear of losing because if you have worry about losing then you will never be able to do trading and be remember that for a good trader you should have a quality of risk taker. if you are a good risk taker then you will never fear of losing money and if you have no fear then you can become big trader.
I remember my professor saying that those people who have succeed in their life are those who decided to take a huge change and risk, and I humbly agree with him. I think that it can also be applied in trading because I also took risk when I decided to start trading. I have no knowledge nor any idea about so I try to learn the basic things about it until I tried and learn from my own experiences. Honestly, not all trading and traders are always successful so there is a big challenge if you will continue trading after losing and taking the step to try again is a risk already. Moving on and learning from your own trading experiences will help you become a good trader and a successful one so don't be afraid of losing money.
590  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else think "long term" hodlers are idiots? on: December 28, 2017, 11:51:20 AM
I don't have anything against anyone who decides to hold for a long term and with all suggestions for everyone else to do so as well, don't get me wrong I'd be holding btc as well if I had the conditions to do to, but with the situation like that right now where most of the people who have btc are holding it, don't deny that bitcoin is turning into an investment asset.

Sadly, it's probably what will ti remain as in the future, but no, I don't think that long term holders are idiots. They've turned out to be huge winners in btc case.
I believe that those long term hodlers are the ones who have benefited the most from the huge growth of bitcoin. We all know that and calling them idiots because of that is absurd. In fact, many people are envy for those who have the chance to hold as much and as long as they can and wishes that somehow they have also known bitcoin at that time. We know that because the price of bitcoin reaches a new level for this year, its popularity has also grown and for those who have their bitcoins in their wallet for a long time surely have made a fortune out of it.
591  Other / Meta / Re: Are there real people here, or just bots? on: December 28, 2017, 09:45:55 AM
The same topics appear cause of newbies who appear here on forge forum and lazy to read boards or to use Search, so they just start a new topic to ask what they interested about. Nothing special. And same replies are the result of copy-pasting or the same kind of opinion. Don't make a drama about that.
True, even basic things that can be found and answered by the "Beginners and Help" section are being asked again because many new members are that lazy. I think this is the reason why moderators decided to delete old posts and are active on catching spammers. This is not a big issue but since there are many people getting affected, there is a drama existing and it is just so annoying. If they really want to earn money through this way this should also try to read things about it and not just think about the money.

And to answer the OP's question, yes there are real people in this forum.
592  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading or working in signature campaigns? on: December 28, 2017, 08:45:04 AM
I mainly do signature campaigns now and do the odd bit of trading but not much as fees are really expensive and what I earn currently mainly goes to support my family and household needs. I do not have much spare but that mainly stays as long term investing for a future pension pan and nest egg for our family. With no jobs and pensions there is little left for trading but when I get some time I do try to trade a little bit as well.
Most of my earnings are also spend for me and family expenses and there are times when all of it are trade even at low prices when there is a big need for money. I think that we who earns for our family cannot avoid this kind of situation and we should just be proud about it. I am happy helping my family even if there are times that most of my income is consumed and even if I trade at low price I do not regret it as long as my family is eating a proper meal at proper time.
593  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin expectation end of 2018 on: December 27, 2017, 11:48:44 PM
A trader just made a million dollar bet that Bitcoin would be over $50k by the end of 2018  A large trader (or traders) just plopped down a million dollars betting that Bitcoin would hit $50k sometime in 2018.
Yes this is possible, I have heard that commercial enterprises are planning to adopt bitcoin and if this happen,  the demand will surely increase as well as the price. Bitcoin had a huge growth in 2017 and this had made its name popular that even people who highly doubted it is trusting and investing in it now.

Still, 2018 will be a long year and many things are possible with bitcoin,  it may continue to grow but we know that there will be forks that will affect its price but as long as many people demands and uses it,  bitcoin will continue to rise.
594  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Start with Bitcoin or Ethereum on: December 27, 2017, 11:00:09 PM
I want to start  trading , should  i buy Bitcoin or Etheureum first ?
I can suggest to start in bitcoin, the price is expensive but the profit you can get is huge. Most of altcoin is dumping, right time to buy but no assurance to earn big profit. And think the bitcoin dominate all the crypto-currecny and it is so popular to the user it means the bitcoin has good future.
595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: December 27, 2017, 10:15:54 PM

this difference between gamblers,
there are those who play with common sense and some who play with their unbalance and make them fall poor as gambling addicts.
in fact many in the UK who have a fortune thanks to gambling.
and it's very real as a job

Gambling is not a job, it is the same as trading and I know alot of people think that trading is a job but to be honest perhaps only 20 % trader really live from trading alone. There are also probably 5 % or less gambler than could live on gambling alone, that means it is not a job at all. It is definitely not helping anything in our life as well
I think gambling could be a job because the definition of job is making money from something. Just because this job is dangerous doesn't mean it isn't a job Cheesy
Lol, gambling is one way to earn profit but not profitable. Since it is money involve we can't assure the profit it means make an stable job. If you think it is a job I disagree with you cause job gives you a sure income and gambling can't do that. Gambling is a nightmare in the end.
596  Economy / Economics / Re: short term investment or long term invesetment on: December 27, 2017, 09:43:36 PM
I think it's depending on your earning money purpose . Because if you earn money for living so you have to choose the short term investment and if you're not better choose the long-term investment for safety.
Investing only works in long tern investment but we can't avoid to get our money because of unexpected needs. For me that situation is not short term investment it's trading if crypto currency was discussing.

Long term or short term investing is both profitable, we are not deciding if we know that we lose our money instead we think the consequence to avoid losing.
597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am i late to buy bitcoin now ?? on: December 27, 2017, 09:04:51 PM
I really think that is not too late because bitcoin will keep on increasing. Bitcoin is becoming main stream because a lot of people find it convenient and profitable to have. Bitcoin price is volatile that is why it is really profitable. It can increase or decrease fast depending on market demand.
Agree, even the price of bitcoin is high/not affordable we are not too late to buy.

The volume of bitcoin will increase and increase if you think that your money will be lose I think NO, it will become gold in the future. People says that bitcoin will fall in the future but based on what I observed as long as bitcoin become popular more people are crazy to use this as investment or source of income.
598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving Bitcoins for your Children. on: December 20, 2017, 12:31:13 PM
Yes, why not. It is one of the reason why I choose to earn using bitcoin for my future and to my family. I can't avoid to spend some of my money coming from bitcoin but saving of small bitcoin gives a huge value in the future. It is not because of profit that will earn it is because we want to secure and have a big dream that maybe happen because of bitcoin.
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the Ethereum network so slow now??? - Answer here on: December 17, 2017, 11:51:09 PM
Well then, it simply means Ethereum needs to upgrade itself especially in terms of scaling. These last several days have been very hard for people that need to do transactions in the Ethereum network. Ethereum has to do something. Otherwise, people will get tired of this mess and will opt to get out of the network. Crypto Kitties have caused so much trouble in the network. Seriously clogging the network is not good because it will cause a lot of pending transactions.

I am one of those who was annoyed by the pending transactions in ethereum. The game called Crypto Kitties who used Etherdelta for the transaction have cause a lot of trouble and imagine if another game will be doing the same thing too. I just hope that the Etherdelta won't wait for another fork before solving this. As of today, the transaction seems normal and the processing is back to normal but what if it happen again? I just hope that there would be a proper announcement or something from the Etherdelta so that we would be aware.
600  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Some Speculating Bitcoin To Crash? on: December 17, 2017, 11:20:06 PM

I could not understand why there are those who are also in Bitcoin yet are predicting that Bitcoin can go as low as $3,000 or even  $5,000 when a crash can happen soon. I am not saying that a dip -- a big dip -- will never happen but considering the things happening right now in the world of cryptocurrency, I don't believe that it can go as low as those figures.

Maybe if one day USA will decide to follow the footsteps of Japan in banning Bitcoin trading activities, then maybe it can be possible that Bitcoin can crash big time but even then it can still be able to recover fast due to people always waiting for an opportunity to buy Bitcoin cheaply.

Are you expecting Bitcoin to get so low once it crashed?
There are many reasons for why that could happen there are many people that are holding bitcoin for the long term but prefer to FUD the forum and see the newbies dropping their coins and then they can get those coins for cheap so as you can see their strategies makes complete sense to them.
If that is the case, then the panic selling of the newbies is caused by naiveness. Newbies decided to find ways to earn bitcoin even if they do not completely understand what they are doing. Their mistakes are maybe caused by the narrow knowledge they have. I am once a newbie and before I decided to do trading, I asked some other people first and do research. I have experienced failures but I don't dwell with it long since the time for improvement is long. Trading is not easy and if you have little knowledge about it you will always end up not earning.
