So the feedback by IconFirm has gone to untrusted feedback. That's why now your trust is on neutral.

I am using Depth 2. You are also seeing the truth. In the meantime there is two change:

That's why now you can't see him/her on DT list.

When I saw the negative trust I thought it was for loan default when I went details I saw the different reason. But 1 thing kept my attention. I saw the DT who gave negative trust also a negative trusted person.

If any DT1 make anyone's DT2 then why s/he cant give counter feedback if the person is legit. And if DT1 not sure the person is legit or not then how s/he can make that person DT2?

That can be bought by anyone and you can know the ownership not changing for that that can only change a few features. But when you will sell or buy the account then ownership will be changed manner/activity of the previous owner and the new owner can be different but for copper ownership not changing so activity/manner not changing.
For being a copper membership the owner of the account cant get any advantages from the community I mean cant sell reversible payment, cant take loan for the rank, can take part on the higher ranked campaign and so on. But if account sells then all this opportunity can be taken by the account.

S/he is selling account which can increase scam, spam. And once s/he will sell the account and the account will be tagged and after tagging the account will the seller return the money? The seller knows very well that account will be tagged that's why not posting from the real account or s/he has no legendary account.

If all information can be matched even we cant call the person who is selling the account is the real owner of the mentioned account and/or any other account as s/he can claim anything butwecant call him/her real owner until s/he can proof his/her ownership.

I think those people who are trying to find out matching information just wasting time nothing else. As I can post by a newbie account that account of you will be sold, so what will happen? Does that mean you are responsible?

Anyone may tell that the person will sell a legendary account and the seller may provide few criteria or screenshot which seems to be theymos, so should we tag, theymos?
We cant tag until any strong evidence.
You have provided a lot of info which is matching with the so-called selling account but what is the evidence that the seller is the real owner of that account and/or any other legendary account. There is a lot of scammers and they can say anything as I said first.
