That can be bought by anyone and you can know the ownership not changing for that that can only change a few features. But when you will sell or buy the account then ownership will be changed manner/activity of the previous owner and the new owner can be different but for copper ownership not changing so activity/manner not changing.
For being a copper membership the owner of the account cant get any advantages from the community I mean cant sell reversible payment, cant take loan for the rank, can take part on the higher ranked campaign and so on. But if account sells then all this opportunity can be taken by the account.

Theymos is not selling copper accounts, he's selling copper upgrades.  Any account can buy the upgrade.

I think you keep misinterpreting shasan.  He's sticking up for you.  Any newbie can browse the forum's accounts until he finds one he would like to "sell," take a screenshot of it, modify hit to his liking, and pretend that he has a high-ranking account for sale.  I think this is what happened to your account.  

The only involvement you have (that I know of) is that it seems a screen shot of your profile was used for this attempted scam.  Nobody is blaming you for that.  I believe shasan agrees with me.

That's possible, and it's one of the reasons why I didn't tag the account in question.  There have been instances in the past where someone was selling an account and it was identified because the seller disclosed too many details about it, but in this case I don't feel confident enough that it's the right account to tag it.  I'm not saying it's not the right one, just that it hasn't been proven beyond all reasonable doubt in my mind.

I am not wrong mate, I guess by the time you checked the profiles, the last actives had changed as the user had already logged in.
But when I was comparing the accounts early in the morning, the last active difference was only nine minutes a part.
Only mistake I made was not to archive both profiles as I got distracted here.

Quite an assumption to think everybody who posts in the forum has no job.
Nobody has tagged you yet, and so I don't even know why you are bitter.

At the end of the day we have to stay vigilant and if I see something off, as a member of the community, I have to report it here because if a green trusted account is up for sale, then some people are soon going to fall victims. You don't know if the new buyer is going to have a good heart like the previous owner.
So you can't blame me for putting up your account to spotlight, because I found very striking similarities and "coincidences" with what was gathered from the post.

Now we may assume that probably someone was trying to frame your account which has not yet been ruled out but i am yet to find answers to this particular points and so i put it out for members to be judges

It is not necessary you have applied on the project or the person who has applied doesn't have any access to your account. Anyone can fill the google form by anyone's info which the owner of the account can't know. And the person who applied on the project may get payment too instead of the real owner of the account and it may happen for telegram campaign (usually), it may happen for facebook, twitter, etc too, in this case, they user others twitter/facebook profile who has already applied on the project. And this type of sin happens when the project does not require proof of authentication.

The bounty manager could check easily if s/he requires proof of authentication and also s/he could avoid if ask proof of authentication link on the form. By this way, the bounty manager could check easily and in this way fraud, people never could get payment.
