Group C is very interesting.
Manchester City is the obvious favorite but I think it will be a big fight for second and third place between Shakhtar, Atalanta and Dinamo.
Shakhtar have more experience, Atalanta is first time here and wants great result and Dinamo showed in the last season (specially in the match against Benfica) that they can play equally against the strongest clubs in Europe.
It will be very interesting group and a great fight to the end.

It's always a delight to see that the adoption of cryptocurrencies keep on growing day by day. I would rather be happy if this same Croatian Post office would rather open up into the acceptance of cryptocurrencies for their services as postal fees and stamps. This would really help a whole lot more of people to get to know more about Cryptocurrencies and also how to use it.

You really contributed so much to this forum and sometimes I feel sorry that people like you have to wait so much for promotion because of merit requirements.

In my opinion, scam and plagiarism are not on the same level because in the first case someone intentionally tricked someone, but in other case many times there was an unintentional mistake.
So, if such members are respected members in the global or local community, and made unintentional mistake, why we can't forgive them, if their previous contribution on the forum surpass their mistake?

Pa, nema poreza na novce koje si izgubio
Kad sam to pisao, shvatio sam da je lova izvađena iz cryptopije prije nego što je propala, al dobro. Da, ali teoretski sad kupim još BTC-a. Ne vrijedi li onda ono pravilo da hack s Cryptopije mogu koristiti kao buduću poreznu olakšicu?
Ne bi li mi odgovaralo to prijaviti kao gubitak?
Ako je tako, onda bi trebalo i dokazati da su crypto valute stvarno "zaglavile" u cryptopiji, zar ne? Sretno s tim.
Zašto se crypto valute zovu valute ako nisu valute? Da su regulatori pametniji, izbacili bi porez na kapitalnu dobit, tako i tako će se porez (na)platiti. Jednog dana će cryptovalute doći u masovnu upotrebu(već dolaze), i što će se tad dogoditi? Netko kupi žvaku i mora prijaviti porez na kapitalnu dobit davajući točne vrijednosti crypto valute na taj dan plus sve što ide uz to. Ovo je sve samo jedna prevelika kočnica.
Samo da nadodam: Ako ti netko plaća za to što imaš njegovu reklamu u potpisu... e to je onda "protučinidba za primljena darovanja" iz navedene točke 8 i na to se plaća porez po osnovi drugog dohotka, dakle doprinosi itd., isto kao i za rudarenje.
Zašto bi se porez računao na ovaj način? Ovo je iznajmljivanje reklamnog prostora. Iznajmite nekom prostor(stan, lokal) i platit ćete porez i prirez na porez. Apartmani na moru imaju drugi način oporezivanja. Iznajmite nekom pano i platit ćete porez a ne zdravstveno, mirovinsko i ostale gluposti - osim ako niste firma koja se bavi iznajmljivanjem panoa - u tom slučaju platit ćete iz toga doprinose za vas, kao "odgovornu osobu". Ne vidim zašto bi se izmišljala topla voda kod signature kampanja, niti je ovo posao niti je itko od nas zaposlen za neku firmu niti je forum račun neka firma. Da mi netko od vas plati 1000 kuna da stavim sliku jajeta u avatar, ja ne vidim nikakve zakonske osnove da se na tih 1000 kuna plaćaju doprinosi tipa mirovinsko prvi drugi treći peti stup i zdravsteno. Vidim jedino da se treba platiti porez + prirez. Što se tiče reklamnih odnosno signature kampanja, apsolutno se slažem sa tvojim tumačenjem. Na žalost, porezna je cijelu stvar već poprilično zakomplicirala tražeći detaljni FIFO i druge gluposti, tako da ne mislim da ćemo skoro vidjeti neko rješenje koje će biti prihvatljivo svima. Umjesto da pojednostave proceduru i smanje poreze, porezna jednostavno ''tjera'' ljude u ''sivu zonu'' tj. u izbjegavanje plaćanja poreza. Najveći gubitnik je zapravo država jer svatko od nas još uvijek može naći dosta načina da izbjegne prijavu i plaćanje poreza, a država bi i dodatno profitirala da potakne razvoj crypto tržišta u nas. |

OK ljudi Znate da naš RegulusHr već više od pola godine čeka na ''oprost'' tj.ukidanje permabana ali da do sada nikakav odgovor nije dobio od admina. Nakon što smo pokušavali kroz njegov ban apeal u Meti, odlučio sam podići sve na jednu drugu razinu, i predložiti transparentniji i pošteniji pristup ukidanju permabana na forumu, koji bi pomogao i Regulusu ali i drugima. Očito je da se moramo izboriti za ''jednakost'' na ovom forumu. |

First of all, I believe that for serious offenses such as scams etc. we should have a way to exclude such members from the forum. But, what about some other, no so clear cases like plagiarism? I think we could already see different standards for solving this problem in the forum so far. Some cases are resolved very quickly and easily, even in a few days or hours but some other cases have not been resolved in months, without clear reasons. Shouldn't there be equal criteria for everyone? This way, some of the more famous members seem to have different treatment than some of the lesser known and prominent members of this forum. In this way, there seems to be no clear and verifiable criteria for dealing with such cases, what is not good, in my opinion. I think it is forgotten here that there are members who mainly write in local forums because of their poor knowledge of English but the are very important for their local communities. Does that make them less valuable to the whole btc community? I believe not. I think, as a btc community, we should show a greater level of transparency and have equal approach to all members, regardless of their global popularity in the forum. Great example is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5097792.0I believe that you and other admins put this topic on ignore list and one of the reason is probably because RegulusHr, as merit source, received an increase in the number of available merits just day before he received permaban. I believe this could have been a big and serious reason to punish him and to do it harshly, and put him on a special black list for members for whom there is no forgiveness. However, I think this topic has shown a lot of interest from the local community in this case, and that the local community has clearly shown a desire to bring this user back. I think this case has also shown that we need small changes in the procedures for dealing with cases like this. I know that it is not realistic to offer everyone a permaban forgiveness and that there are too many such cases on the forum. I suggest the following: 1. If there is a clear interest from a local or global community to forgive a permaban for some user (voting for example, if more than 20 members support the removal of permaban 2. If at least 6 months have passed since permaban 3. Just in case of plagiarism 4. If there were no other bans before 5. If the user apologized and admitted his mistake then I suggest that the admins consider the case and if all the criteria are met, remove permaban, with some possible additional restrictions on the forum as a prohibition on using the signature, sending private messages etc. This way we would have a much greater transparency in dealing with cases like this, and also the interest of the local or global community would be satisfied. Of course, this is not only a proposal for 1 user but for anyone who meets the suggested criteria. I mentioned him because I know this case the best and it was inspiration to write this suggestion. I think that many other users will benefit from this. |

70:52 for the USA 6 minutes before the end but once again not a great performance to be honest... I'm not really surprised at all! How many players have given up playing for the US national team so far? 40? It's to much even for them. They even recently lost their first match after about ten years or so. I would say that they are very vulnerable and victorious this time. I believe that some good national teams like Spain or Serbia can beat them finally. |

Ne znam zasto ali pitam se zasto me nekoliko profila izbjegava, preskace, vise puta, kao da su se nesto zamjerili?
Ne prate svi ljudi ovu temu, ja tu i tamo škicnem pa pošaljem koji merit, bila mi je recimo dobra ona tema twitter i trump, da sam imao više merita vjerovatno bih ti poslao a s druge strane ima još dobrih postova koje nisam "nagradio" pa ono, stani u red  Požalio sam se tamo u meti na merite koje dobijam al očito ništa od toga, ne mislim nikog molit - ionako nisu za mene, ali opet imam nekakvo mišljenje ako me je već stavio za sourca(iz vedra neba nenadano) što mu znači da mi digne to malo, dobijem 10 merita svaki mjesec, evo, ovaj sam dobio čitava dva  također ne mislim pisati nekakve romane oko merita, bro, napišem, "nemam dosta merita daj mi digni to malo", mislim da je to kratko i jasno i dovoljno, očito lik ne razumije ovaj balkanski mentalitet I ja sam se požalio u pp adminima da nemam dovoljno merita kao merit source da bih ''nagradio'' dobre postove u našoj sekciji. Isto nisam dobio nikakav odgovor pa se dalje neću ni truditi. Pokušat ću to što dobijem na mjesečnoj bazi ''rastegnuti'' na cijeli mjesec, što drugo mogu!? |

I think you have few other options for sell crypto, by using that exchange that is providing service for Croatian Post or some other crypto exchange that is available in Croatia. Maybe there is something special in feeling that you can get cash in hands, but you get the same money if you sell on exchange and withdraw to your bank account. In both cases you will need to pay tax on any profit which is incurred in the difference between the sale and purchase price. It would be great if tax could be paid immediately, and I think 10-20% of the amount sold would not be a problem for most sellers. I wonder how a tourist from France will prove their tax office that he is sell €500 worth of BTC in Croatia for their local currency. Is there any legal advice for sellers? I agree with you that we have many other ways for crypto exchange in Croatia. I'm excited about this service in the post office because it's something what can show to other people, skeptic about crypto before, that crypto is real and not some kind of SCAM. Before, when I tried to explain about crypto to my friends, it was to complicate for them to understand and also they couldn't see practical way to use it Croatian post is very respected company in Croatia and if they accept crypto people will become more positive about it and maybe more courious to learn about it and use it. So, it's big jump in popularity of crypto in Croatia now. Well, even my wife started to change her mind about crypto when she heard this news that Croatian post office in Zadar now offers crypto exchange 😁 About other questions better you ask user Dzoni aka Nikola Skoric because his company is business partner with Croatian post in this pilot project and he probably can give the best answer. |
