I've just been freed from the shackles of a temporary ban.

I couldn't do anything for 7 days, unable even to send merits and report posts. Only came to read and wait.
I'd like to propose to enable these two features for temp-ban users.
7 days will pass through very fast but even with longer temp-bans, such as 14 days, or 30 days, I still don't feel too convincing reasons to activate the right to send merits or report posts. - Temp-ban warning should be strong to play its key role as warning for rule-breakers: If restricted rights to temp-ban are too little, there is not much difference between temp-banned users and non-banned users. Then, do rule-breakers actually realize mistakes they violated and avoid same things in the future?
- Paranoid: People tend to easily fall into paranoid for the first time they get anything. In this case, temp-ban. They might paranoid to use their sMerits wrongly, selling, ie. or fall into revenge the forum (by spam reports). Moderators don't need to have more work-loads from temp-banned users.
- More things (maybe) but only these 2 above are enough to not allows those rights you suggested.

Process of retrieving coins sent to wrong blockchains is a very hard case and you have to hope and wait for some factors which will help you to recover your funds: - Supports of receiver's service: Especially their support history on the same issue. If they have not yet supported any same case, it is unrealistic to hope that they will support yours. It seems Cashapp has not yet had a history for such case. It's obviously not good for you.
- Their time and their genorosity: To retrieve your coins, they have to retrieve the corresponding private key and go to process in order to credit the amount you mistakenly sent away. It is totally depends on their support team as well as their support policies.
- Receiver' service might (or not) charge fees to do this: If their platforms have rules which don't mandatorily support such cases. If they answer (if you are luckily enough) your support ticket and require fees, you have to consider cost-benefit and accept fees or not.
I believe your fund has been lost, sorry to say this, but maybe you have to accept it and learn from this lesson. From all exchanges, you will always see the warning phrases that state " It is a BTC (bitcoin) address, sending other coins to this one will make your fund lost". It is not exact warning and it will be different from exchanges but they always include such warning. Next times, whenever you move your funds, you have to pay attention on: - The name and ticker of coin you will send your fund too
- The warning message when you make transaction. Don't skip it, instead read it carefully.
- The receiving address you will send your fund to (check it characters carefully)
If you are not sure that the receiving address is what you intend to send with your deal (BTC sends to BTC address), you can use the site to check it yourself. Doing this will help you to avoid carelessness of your wife, your relatives, your friends, whoever. In case mistakes belong to receivers, it is not bad for you but if you check it, it will result in a win-win situation. I meant sometimes senders are not aware of wrong blockchains they send funds to; OR receivers are not aware of wrong address on wrong blockchain they provide to senders. Double-check (even you are senders) is a good step to do. Thanks Loyce. The format here (suggested by SFR10) looks more user-friendly, but it has only one problems with the width of first column. SFR10 did not know why, because for the second column, it does not show that issue. His solution: Found a quick solution [for now]:- Use the following code in-between [instead of using spaces] each word...

The diagram below shows number of new registered accounts per month from January 2015 to December 2019.
What happened in 2017, will likely happen again and we will have many new accounts.
I have these ones: There are strong correlations between numbers of new registered users and new topics created. You can see the spike of monthly registered accounts in December 2017 (see details here. The spike has correlation with bitcoin price too. Now, it's the turn of the most amazing discovery! Despite of the spike in 2018, if we look at the median (look at p50) of monthly registered accounts, the year of 2018 has the median at 38296, that is not too high. The top 3 years in medians are: 2019 (17939), 2015 (17516), and 2016 (12506). It means what happened in late of 2018 is unsustainable growth (from many factors, bitcoin price to consequently forum serious changes (merit system, enhanced merit system, and so on). Plot:Statistics:Over years, the median of monthly new registered accounts is 11318, with the interquartile range is 2661 to 24213.
