You didn't make enough posts to qualify, but a lot of your posts are very poor too.
5942  Economy / Services / Re: Bitstarz.com March Signature Campaign – up to 0.1 BTC and more per month on: April 06, 2015, 06:01:33 AM
What takes so long for payment? This is a fixed rate campaign so qualified users are very easy and quick to tally up and issue money. All the other fixed rate deals usually pay out well within 24hours. Who is actually holding the funds currently?

how long does it take to get to full member status?

You will be a Full Member on the 9th of June providing you post in each of the two week periods leading up to it and make the minimum required posts (120).

Good job on getting yourself banned.

I can PM you the deleted content if you wish (though it might still be in your drafts). Though make sure to find out the reason it was deleted in the first place before you repost it.

i didnt get paid

You were banned, have made extremely poor posts which you spammed almost entirely yesterday (which I had also warned you about), and to top it off you don't even have the full Personal Text in.

[...] and the only way to avoid seeing it would be to ignore that user or ignore all avatars which would probably be overkil.
Not really. With adblockplus (and probably other ad blockers), you can create a custom filter for that specific user's avatar image.

Well it would be much easier to just add this option rather than everyone installing external blockers or whatever.
5948  Other / Meta / Re: Questions about ban on: April 05, 2015, 12:02:13 PM
Why would time really matter?
5949  Other / Meta / Re: Questions about ban on: April 05, 2015, 11:59:46 AM
If you get ban often will it lead to perma ban? I've seen users asking to an account seller if the account being sold has a history bans.
So, Im wondering what are the effects of bans to an account.

It can lead to a perma ban. It's usually three counts and you're out and obviously having the account previously being banned increases the likelihood of losing it in the future. BadBear can usually tell if an account has been traded but previous bans on that account still count.
5950  Other / Meta / Re: suggestions to create a facebook page on: April 05, 2015, 11:58:40 AM
Besides, from an ideological perspective, while the forum promotes anonymity and free speech, facebook encourages publishing lots of information and filtering of said information to keep it often only positive.

Yeah. I can't imagine many people wanting to like it or even comment on it due to privacy concerns either. At least you don't have to use your real name and put all your personal details on Twitter.
5951  Other / New forum software / Re: Ignore a user's avatar and signature buttons on: April 05, 2015, 09:37:10 AM
Yes. I was going to suggest putting them underneath their avatars and signature but your edit would probably look better.

=snip=

Do you mean something like that?

I also support your idea, and I hope to see this improvement in the new forum software.

Yes. Something like that would be fine but would it clutter if it is listed like in that image? I understand you gave it as an example.

Looks fine to me.
5952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dark Web Doc film. Great to watch! on: April 05, 2015, 09:04:59 AM
This is the BBC Horizon documentary Inside The Dark Web. Not seen it yet but have it downloaded somewhere. Horizon docs are usually pretty good though.
5953  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BurtW arrested on: April 05, 2015, 08:39:08 AM
May I ask you BurtW?Have you given all of your BTC to police?

Do you think he would openly admit it if he did have more?

Haha was just going to say this myself. Also, from what I read the police confiscated any computers, usbs and even recordable media they had in the house so they likely have direct access to most of his coins that way. I suppose what is interesting about bitcoin is you could have password-protected back-ups with a friend or family and get them to transfer the coins to a secure wallet if you get into trouble.
5954  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ Bitin.io » Instant Cryptocoin Exchange! » Accountless » Sig/Pm Campaign ★☆★ on: April 05, 2015, 08:32:02 AM
This very well could be why lightloard wants to accept low level accounts as it gets him a lot of free adverting and when people do get paid they receive significantly below market rates for their signatures.

The amount of advertising newbs or people with sole Personal Texts generate will be next to zero and the money paid out weekly on this campaign is pittance. I get more for running it than everyone else combined and I don't think it's worth it for bitin personally. I suggested combining both this and the 777 campaign into one which will likely get much more exposure. Using avatars to advertise could also now be utilised.

I am actually somewhat surprised that anyone participates in this campaign at all that is not under a member level as there are open spots in most campaigns and they don't have many posting restrictions.

They usually don't. I think the only ones that do are just claiming for the Personal Text for the little extra dust, which is a tiny bonus for the users but doesn't really seem worth it to the advertiser imo.

5955  Other / New forum software / Ignore a user's avatar and signature buttons on: April 05, 2015, 08:24:25 AM
I think it would be a good idea for individual buttons to ignore a users signature and avatar like we have to ignore a user. A recent issue was brought up here with an arguably nsfw avatar and the only way to avoid seeing it would be to ignore that user or ignore all avatars which would probably be overkil. If there was an individual avatar or signature you found annoying/garish/distracting/offensive/nsfw etc you could just simply ignore that specific users as opposed to ignoring everything else.
5956  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ Bitin.io » Instant Cryptocoin Exchange! » Accountless » Sig/Pm Campaign ★☆★ on: April 05, 2015, 08:09:45 AM
hey i was gone for a bit but now im back so please dont exclude me from the campaign

You mean you were banned? You won't get paid if you continue to make poor posts not to mention you're very likely to get banned again.
this is why campaigns should not accept junior members as very low ranking members will end up spamming the fourm and getting banned and then whoever is behind them will just create new accounts and start over (and BadBear will likely not have the time to track down these low level spammers who are evading their bans)

I don't disagree with you and I've seen a few newbs get banned then just create another account and rejoin the same campaign before. I've suggested making changes and disallowing newbs from the campaign to lightlord before but I'm not in charge of that. The signature restrictions were brought in for a reason and their signatures are next to worthless so it seems pointless even having them to me. I'll make some suggestions to lightlord again soon because I think this campaign needs changing up or even ceasing because there's only a handful of people on it and most only have the Personal Text and half of the enrollees usually get banned or refused payment for poor posts anyway.
5957  Other / Meta / Re: [Serious] Avatar Rules Discussion on: April 05, 2015, 08:03:58 AM
Nope, thats fine. There is not always work to do. Id rather not hide all avatars, but I could e.g. ignore the user in question. Its currently only one. I could probably just block the specific image with adblock or something similar. There are enough ways around it, I was curious about what exactly is considered NSFW though. The linked profil in question is a bit borderline IMHO as there are similar ads out there.

I guess the ignore user works fine for this. But what is acceptable will have different parameters depending on each person so sometimes it's hard to say what is 'nsfw' as like you said that avatar is borderline. I had made a suggestion in the staff forum before for a 'hide a users signature' button but maybe there could be a hide an avatar as well for those that people find nsfw or too annoying etc.
5958  Other / Meta / Re: [Serious] Avatar Rules Discussion on: April 05, 2015, 07:09:54 AM
-snip-
I don't think, it is only a "cartoon's girl". It is not a real girl and I don't think that you can't categorize it just NSFW.

just my 2 cents.

If thats a common view here I can accept that and just stop reading from work, but I know when I scroll past that and my boss in behind me I will have problems.

Maybe turn avatars off if it's going to be a problem but won't he have a problem with you not working? I can't imagine most bosses being okay with their employees browsing forums during work.
5959  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paid per post on: April 05, 2015, 06:16:00 AM
you need firstly, to reach a full member status at least, then you can join one of those signature campaign and start earning, but read te rules first, not all section are allowed

be patient and up your rank first, then choose one of these signature campaign you want... Cheesy
that's may good option...,  Smiley

it is very long, the better he bought the account, at a price between 0.05 - 0.1 and in 1 or 2 weeks of money he could return  Smiley
Im not sure about that. If he buys a full member account at around lets 0.07.. what campaing is going to pay that in 2 weeks, let alone 2? The one im at right now will certainly not.

It will. You can get up to 0.035 on bitmixer per week so that's 0.07 in a fortnight.

I think this thread is the perfect example why paid per post won't work large scale.  If you look at it there are 4 pages of not a whole lot.  Sure some from each side.

But does this thread bring knowledge that others will benefit from?  Not really.  Should it be locked at this point instead of going on and on? Chances are yes.

But that is just my opinion.  I still think it's better with smaller campaigns then full forum paid per post.
I agree with your point. An easy solution would be to employ people to check posts one by one and use pay per rank instead of post. I have seen various people posting pointlessly and for example, spammers can just makes comments like "this is a great tutorial , I have made lots of money thanks!" And would still be paid for the post.

You can report these sorts of posts and a mod will likely check the rest of the posting history. If they're found to be of largely poor quality then they will get a ban. I agree campaign owners/runners should check their participants posts more and if they can't cope with that either hire someone to do it or limit the number of participants to something more manageable.
5960  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature campaign? on: April 05, 2015, 06:12:46 AM
A fixed rate deal like Rollin's would be the highest paying for your rank most likely. 0.055 for 50 posts. All slots are currently taken but some will become available in around a week, but you'll need to be quick to grab one.
