Prior to the contest all the participants have been WARNED to avoid using fake views and other illegitimate ways of achieving the goal of competition. As stated in the rules the casino withholds the right to disqualify any video suspected in illegitimate actions. Due to known cases of views being illegitimately obtained and other inappropriate behavior from certain participants - producers of respective content have been disqualified as per rules and regulations of the Video Contest. You seem to be implying most of the users had illegitamite views, which seems pretty absurd considering most of them barely had any. I don't recall the exact view counts, but none of the videos came close to the required views for top few spots. ( I believe most had under 50 views ) Right now there are 15 videos on the FortuneJack Youtube Page, most of them 5+ months old. The three most popular have 430, 275 and 200 views. The rest have between 20 and 80. You told your users back in december that you thought the videos already submitted were "creative and well made" You were hoping for a competition on who could advertise your site for you to the most people. If you would of had a "who can advertise my site the best" contest, you'd be right. Instead, you had a "who can make the best video" contest with only the top few prizes reserved for those that get thousands of views. The people who are good at advertising were probably too busy getting paid to advertise to enter a "video contest"
You offer online poker but refuse to explain what is and is not allowed. I assure you, your honest players are being cheated every day - and it's your fault. You should be putting just as much effort into making sure the players are cheating you in your own casino as you are making sure they aren't cheating other players in your poker room. Most likely you have nobody on your staff with experience in online poker. You can't just push a button and let it go like other casino games.

Yes, it's very well possible they caused this problem and wiped my balance themselves, I'm not really sure. yes, 2 auth is/was in place.
All I know is they told me their security department doesn't work today, which is Friday, and that's shocking to hear from a casino!

Most bonuses that are given out by our support are gestures of goodwill. The on-duty manager thought you would be somewhat happy for the free bonus and decided to grant it.

Timelord, I think the way you're using "wallet" to mean "collection of addresses" and to also mean "individual address" is a bit confusing. Also, walletexplorer isn't concrete truth, I've looked up my own addresses in it and it often says I'm sharing a wallet with people who have paid me or who I have paid.
I do accept what you are saying and I'm prepared to correct anything I've said; to be fair I've always tried to use quotes where people are speaking the wallets themselves. Any Users who I have tagged I always put a link to this thread (or whereever the reasoning is) and they can review it themselves and dispute it, as can any-other member here. How can we do things differently to get the same results? Tspace is right imo, but I don't think it's reason to be more careful if it would slow you down. I don't think you've been out of line or even close. I could argue it might be better overall if you looked into a higher number of users less accurately. I do think what you're doing has a significant impact (in a good way) that can't be measured. I hope you are able to keep doing it without losing your mind. Thanks. |

I have spoken to betcoin.tm for a significant amount of time & he has always been supportive & helpful.However, the multi account thing has been raised a lot of times in the past as well and it is not allowed for more than one person in the same house to play with the same IP's as there is no one to come & check them.The same applies for referral bonuses etc...It's common sense. If you do as you like then the casino has the right to do as they like.This is if OP truly has several accounts. Violating T&C and gaining an unfair advantage are not the same thing. In this case the user clearly violated our terms of service, but he is a good customer so I did not confiscate the funds as is clearly stated in our terms of service. This issue is resolved. We determined without question on more than one fronts that this user has multiple accounts. We refunded his deposit and therefore did not 'scam' any money out of him. His funds are fully returned to him. We have been in business for three years, catering mostly to clients such as jpoker who play amounts just like he mentioned, and continue to expand on all fronts, adding new features monthly with no signs of stopping. Just to go over everything: 1. Debuni/Maruni has *all* of his original deposit back. Nothing was stolen or 'scammed' from him.2. We admitted to taking a long time resolving the issue. We did not 'magically resolve' it when the thread was created, as someone mentioned. 3. The amount of this cashout is by no means small, but neither is it in the upper end of what we process. Size has nothing to do with this conversation. Debuni/Maruni violated the terms of service and appropriate action was taken. Thanks for understanding. PLEASE post the terms of the bonus this player cleared. Why is this so difficult? If its a Bonus that could be abused, I would understand why you freerolled him. |
