5981  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mistakes when trade coin on: April 09, 2018, 02:49:26 AM
1. Too hasty, lack of knowledge

-This is a mistake that most investors when started. The hot growth of the market, the price of Bitcoin growth every day is the main motive for new investors to participate in this market. They are always afraid to miss the opportunity. So they hurried into the market and forgot to learn. So learn first. Be patient waiting for a price you think is good, or at least according to technical and market signals.

2. The goal is too big, greedy

-You should set goals when entering the market just to be profitable. Do not expect too soon to be rich or become a millionaire in a short time. When I join ico, it must reach x $ or x5, x10 for these ico, that actually kills me. When the price fell, I did not sell. That was a big mistake.
Most of the investors, trader has experience, they only want to increase their property by 30% in a month. They are too happy. Remember to a story put the grain on the chessboard with 64 boxes. Patience, not to lose, your property will quickly bulge
Remember to expect 30% of your assets, you are likely to lose 30%, expecting x5 x10 accounts quickly will help you to 1/5, 1/10 of investment capital.

3.Do not stoploss
-This is an extremely important lesson. Any experience or famous investors emphasize this. Stoploss help you have successfully trade up to 80%, do not know how to stoploss, you certainly never win, just fail sooner or later. You can not stop the market trend, stop loss is painless to want to do, but it protects your capital, help you get back to very quickly.

4. Try to resist the trend
-Try to resist the trend
You will be dying right away, which is the answer to trying to resist the crowd trend. In a festival, the whole crowd is joyfully moving forward, you just go back, you are immediately stamped to death. For the market too. When the crowd rushes to buy the excitement, you think the market will fall, you will certainly lose money. In contrast, when the market has strong sell trend, you try to hold the more losses. Get out as soon as possible and go earlier than the crowd.. If you run after the crowd, of course you will be able to die with the crowd, know enough and stop even though the crowd is still running. In every investment, in the long run the crowd has never won. When you are swept away so fast, as the car is so fast, braking slowly no matter what trouble will help you stop safely, waiting for the incident, whether the car is good but you also hurt less a lot of.
When money matters all they could think of is getting that quick money into their hands these guides will be foreseen by professional traders but not on ignorant fools. Changing the way people think will be difficult regarding their attitudes or behavior well depends on the circumstances. For new starters it's too big to apprehended so quickly and they tend to get lazy about something like this and that leaves them unknowledgeable by an important topic.
Common thing that a certain newbie would able to commit which on first time reading up these helpful guidelines and indicators is really pain in the ass on their side thats why they do leave it and rather continue or doing Yolo but sooner or later they would really learn up from their mistakes and will comeback with new experience and will be careful on next time. Exeprience or mistakes will really be the things that will mold us up but on first encounter we will surely neglect these things.
5982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Selling for a loss to buy cheaper crypto? on: April 07, 2018, 04:09:15 PM
I do agree. Sometimes just holding is not the only option. You might have to let go your investment and suffer a little bit of loss. If you keep on holding your investment, you might miss the opportunity to invest on other coins which might otherwise have given you higher profit than you could have earned with your current investment.
If you arent sure towards into your decision if you would pull out or not then you should not rush up but if the time comes that you do have intuition or do see an opportunity on making money then do this at your own risk.Selling out on a loss and investing into a new coin for potential profits that might even breakeven your loss or even profit you more than on you expect then its already up to you.Making decisions would always vary based into ones experience.
5983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most crypto millionaires forgot that they had crypto! on: April 07, 2018, 03:13:45 PM
This is my council to you, invest some amount which you can afford to loose completely and then just forget that you have crypto, don't care much about the current prices. Be a F* HODLER.
Most crypto millionaires were holders and they didn't even know that.
Don't try everyday to understand the market and neither try to take profit from every bounce - you'll probably give it back to the market another day.
I will leave some quotes from Jesse Livermore which I assume are great for this topic:

“After spending many years in Wall Street and after making and losing millions of dollars I want to tell you this:  It never was my thinking that made the big money for me. It always was my sitting. Got that? My sitting tight!”

“Remember this: When you are doing nothing, those speculators who feel they must trade day in and day out, are laying the foundation for your next venture. You will reap benefits from their mistakes.

This is true but without luck it will be useless. There are lot of us who deeply hold lot of coins during the latest ultimate dips in which the results was totally disappointment and frustration that if we just sell it earlier we maybe cut the losses. In holding we need constant monitoring and reviewing the update to ensure the safety of our assets not just to forget then rely on luck that someday it will become unexpectedly expensive this is because every hard earned money is very important even that amount is affordable to lose.
Not only luck but also the capability on knowing potential coins which are really worth to hold on.If we do see on all altcoins in the market.Hitting up the golden opportunity on a particular altcoins would really be hard. Its normal for a trader or investor to think and react on the things that will happen along the way.Doubts and price reaction would be there, for those people who got millionaires do somehow accompanied with luck or either they dont totally expect that for that coin rised up it price in a matter of long time.
5984  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin as property on: April 07, 2018, 02:45:09 PM
I am not totally convinced with this 'though the possibility is there, the thing is,  how can we consider it as property if bitcoin is only existing in the internet and the holder has no control with the price? Property is a thing that no one can control it and also when we talk about property we are talking about the physical thing. Could you please give me more explaination regarding this matter? I do really want to understand it? Thanks.
Property can be always classified or do mean on all the things we do posses and bitcoin can be considered as one but we do all know in the word "property" it would turn out always to see it on physical form and i do rather believe that bitcoin is an asset rather than a property. You said it hasnt a physical form and do only exist digitally and market price cant really be dictated and it do matter most on supply and demand where i somehow disagree into this matter.
5985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should the price falls affect the bounty price? on: April 07, 2018, 02:17:11 PM
A few times ago, the reward we achieve from 1-2 bounty projects still allow us to walk like a cassanova hero.
But nowadays, with prices keep unstable, should project owners reconsider the token rewards they offer?

Opinions?
You should get used to it because investors will normally profit taking out first before into bounty tokens being released. They are the first ones who do able to get tokens and once listed on exchanges then they would normally sell out for the sake of profits and considering that bounty do release on last phase then they do usually caught up on the dump thats why price per token would be entirely different on what you did calculate into their actual token price.
5986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Signature bountry on: April 07, 2018, 01:23:27 PM
They don't give award weekly but they do update the spreadsheet weekly to encourage their bounty to continue with their tasks, and about awards, they don't get it exactly just after the bounty campaign end. They need to wait for the ICO sales to end, or depending on the forum statement if they said onw or two weeks after the campaign then its good, rules understanding is one key also when to wait or when to complain for your award.

Most of bounty campaign has been opened when the time pre sale time has been deployed on their website. Till that to active sale has been over they will run the bounty campaign. Even after the ICO ends token distribution will not be take part.

There are some bounties still paying the already listed tokens weekly and some bounties pay us along with the ethereum or others cryptos.
New projects do usually comes with bounty campaigns and usually tokens would be distributed in the end of the sale or might able take some time depending on the team thats why dont expect too much on recieving coins as soon as possible because it can take some time.I do only rarely see for bounties which do have already listed on some exchanges and do repeat bounty thing.
5987  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Posible next price BTC 4861.1USD or you can buy Now and sell 6694 on: April 07, 2018, 12:30:23 PM
Personally, I see in the picture a bunch of all delirium Grin

months ago there was a guy in the tradingview who swore that bitcoin price would drop to $1000 and after 4 months the price of bitcoin rose to more than $19,000, I'd like to see his face. Then there was another guy who swore that the ripple price would drop to $0.19 and months later the price of ripple rose a lot to $1. these guys are the kind of person that we should not take their predictions as if they were 100% guarantee and we should not trade based on the data they provide

[...]

Is another prediction that only spreads more fear in people

This reminds me of people like this guy that are on the opposite side of the fence:
https://uk.tradingview.com/u/CoreTrade/

On March 28 he predicted the price would go down to 7600 and reverse to possibly 9k. Then on March 30 he predicted that in the beginning of April we'll go down to 6000 then back to 6500 and finally again to new lows around 5600. His analysis is like tea leaf reading, with the difference that tea leaf reading is sometimes right Cheesy

Here's another pro:
https://uk.tradingview.com/u/winsoar/

On April 4 he thought we are going lower and according to him we should be at 6500 at this moment and falling, but the price went up, so he made another ANALisis predicting that from this point we'll go up to around 7k USD. We can only hope that he's right this time, because he's mostly wrong. Like on March 25 he predicted that we'll go up from 8k and in the following week we had a serious of dumps that took us to 6400. So he was overshot by 2k USD Cheesy Those tea leaf readers are funny at times.
We cant really avoid those people who do make analysis towards bitcoins price speculations would still come every now and then since people do have knowledge into trading field specially for those who came from stocks and forex and now they applied it on bitcoin market which we know predictions would either go that way or not using technical analysis but its much better compared on having no analysis at all.We might hit up 4k price when the support line would be break out.
5988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: WARNING fake POLONIEX on: April 06, 2018, 05:03:45 PM
Good awareness you have there pal! Thanks for sharing it out. Phishing sites are common nowadays which most of those hackers do really target famous or big exchangers account and hoping that someone would able to log-in with their exchange credentials. If you are careless and do rely on search engines suggestion and clicking out links carelessly without the habit on reading or reviewing it out then most likely you would really got to be victimized.
5989  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC down to 6654 in Japanese time on: April 06, 2018, 03:46:34 PM
Until people stop panic selling and dumping so much coins into the market when they see the price go up a bit then prices will keep falling because these people are just filling the market with supply. it will
But not all the peoples are panic selling in Bitcoin because many peoples are still believe the bitcoin. The main reason of price fluctuation is social media and Mt gox selling the 6000 BTC so don't blame the peoples because consumer is always supporting to crypto currency. Bitcoin is always potential coin again it will raise soon but we should wait for one or two months.
No specific time on when prices would shoot up once again and in regard with the current happening into bitcoin market we can really say that recovery would really still takes time. Panic sell cant really be avoided because when people do see falling prices they do panic out and sell out to their btc holdings which would really contribute into the dump.Bad thing for them but good thing for those people who are after on buying cheaper coins.
5990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic sell? on: April 06, 2018, 02:53:55 PM
Due to unstable price of market, Is it now the best time to sell all the holdings of altcoin and revert it back to tether for safe mode? Will the price of each altcoin keeps going down? Please can anyone reach me on this.
what if your money back and you are satisfied with the value, it is okay to sell altcoin you have. the decision is all in your hands and if you sell you get a loss, better hold it first and wait until the price goes up.
If you sell out into these very red or bearish market if you do able to get break even when it comes to usd value then it would just fine as long your capital isn't being decreased or you are on negative profits but if you sell on loss then this is the biggest mistake that you will ever do.Why? because price would really recover no matter what and its better to wait than to panic sell.Instead on minding to sell out it would be much worth of if you would tend to buyback even more coins which you do believe that can potentially rise later on.
5991  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges on: April 06, 2018, 02:22:19 PM
I'm wondering if it's worth exchanging Bitcoin to Monero for security as Bitcoin is quite volatile and monero seems less so. Any advice would be appreciated.

To be quite honest I am sure that BTC is less volatile than Monero. Yes you may watch the short term charts and simply say that, however you must know that BTC will always be more stable since it has more market cap and with that less chance to get played around with. Monero has 45times smaller market cap and that simply means it can be manipulated 45 times easier by large investors. That is exacly why we avoid putting our money into sub 200mil worth coins.
If it is security you are looking for than you shouldnt be in crypto. If you are looking least risky coin it is definetly the one who has biggest market cap - Bitcoin.

BR.
What are your basis? In such regard when it comes to volatility? If we do try to look out 24 hour volume we do know who is on the top which is Bitcoin. If you do only base on a single exchange into shorterm timeframes on its chart then you would really have a wrong presumption towards this matter. Monero is still volatile but bitcoin would always still have the edge when it comes to trading activity.
5992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Ways to find a bounty program of your liking on: April 06, 2018, 01:51:51 PM
I'm sensing you're not keen to join bounties on basis of project strength itself (whether or not it's great or not), or whether or not you actually want to support the coin/token when it does launch. If that's the case and you only want bounties that pay, pay well, and on time. Look at this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2477796.0

Run by some of the best managers this forum knows. They only take good projects. I've also been lucky to join programs that always pay.
As a bounty hunter you would really always longing for projects which do really pay decent into its participants. On questions above you cant really able to calculate stakes in the beginning since no one would able to know on how many people would join such stuff and also considering you look out for the allocated percentage budget at the start of the bounty.Usually projects do give 1-2% on tokens sold or overall supply.Depending on them and this would really vary on your potential tokens to be earned.
5993  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fall of crypto is near on: April 05, 2018, 09:39:40 PM
I am in immense pain to say that i foresee the fall. I would not be surprised if we lose from this point to 50-60 percent.
Accirding to my knowledge institutional investors are bidding out from crypto and stocks.
Stocks has already dwindling now and same will comeback to crypto.
I know some will say it is a fud but friends i am not joking. You are free to not  to buy my thoughts.
Hope i will save someone.
Thank you.
Price today: 7930 usd per bitcoin.

Ps: sorry for typos i am on smartphone and oil is in my hands, i saw something ehich i could not resist..so i decided to spread my words with you guys.
This line "The Fall of Crypto is Near" had been already heard for how many years upto now in all of the years been here into this market. People do usually say this thing when they do lose up big percentage into their own folio but if we do really try to compare the prices of previous years we would able to say that we are still on a good point or spot since price isnt really that low to considered for us to go back into very low ranges.
5994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: MyCrypto vs Myetherwallet on: April 05, 2018, 09:12:11 PM
I know that they are basically the same thing but I believe at this point Mycrypto have more developers so the development must be more active? I want to know what the main differences and which one would you recommend?
I wasnt aware on Mycrypto's existence if i havent read up this thread. When i do access that wallet its just really entirely almost identical to MEW but it do have added Tabs or features which cant be found on MEW.
It would be still considerable to use this one, thanks for sharing up. Still have doubts on putting huge amounts unlike on MEW but well its worth to try out.
5995  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone ever tried using crypto with this site before? https://www.peddler.com/ on: April 05, 2018, 08:35:12 PM
Never heard this site it looks legit, but I still not satisfied with the reviews if there are many high ranks or legit member here in the forum that could verify this site is legit maybe I can trust this site, but I tried to find this site here in the forum but nobody mention this site ever.

Date of when this domain bought and expiration date.

Registration Date:1996-02-18

Expiration Date:2023-02-19

Updated Date:2015-05-06

It looks like that this domain is used for a long time and before bitcoin made this site is running for a long time.
Around year 2002 this domain used as auto direct domain according to archive.org
And maybe there is a new owner of the domain who accepts bitcoin. So, for me, I still not safe to deal with this site.

For now we set a limit of 15 minutes transaction time, as we are able to mitigate any price fluctuations for our merchant during that time. - Any late transactions or underpaid transactions are always refunded to the sender.
Since this business accepting bitcoin you must understand that bitcoin is not stable, there are some customers that I heard that they bought the item online that accept bitcoin and rejected the payment after the price of bitcoin drop.

So hope that you are giving a fix bitcoin price because this is always customers wanted.
Seeing into that registration date it is quiet old and even bitcoin doesnt still exist into those years which we can presume that this domain is either being handled by a new owner or still the same.Even myself didnt hear out this site before after all these years ive been on cryptoworld for now i would still be keen or hesitant to engage with transactions on this one.Just like on the suggestion above if you can risk out to try with small amounts then you can do such thing just to prove out that they are really give a legit service.
5996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which altcoins are here to stay on: April 05, 2018, 08:03:16 PM
unfortunately when you limit your criteria to "real use cases" of an altcoin then you end up with an empty list. because all of the altcoins promise to be fixing some real world issue but when you really check them out and try seeing what they are doing you see that they are not only not fixing anything, but also they were only created to be pumped and dumped!

my hope is that we see some real results from coins based on DAG such as Nano, IOTA, ByteBall. but they are not exactly exceptions either.
This is in fact the sad reality which do exist into this market where most coins do promise out a specific thing regarding into its usage or proposed innovations but yet they are all in speculative phase or just simply they are good on words not actually on further development and same as you said most of them are just being created for the sake of money or designed for pump and dumped. There are still coins which do have good developments but doesnt come to a point or state to be implemented.
5997  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Own casino in your country? on: April 05, 2018, 07:33:23 PM
Hi,
I'm from Poland and in my country it's illegall. Could you tell me how it looks in your countries? What's with taxes?

It depends on territorial and subjective jurisdictio,I mean that In my country this issue is regulated differently in different cities,For example In order to create casino in capital city you are obliged to buy gambling licence which costs 5 or as i remember correctly 4 million $,But If you want to create this business in another city licence costs very less than its in capital city.So its very complex issue and very different in different countries and cities which takes a lot of financial resources and time.

At least it's allowed in your country. Casino owners make a lot of profit and the expensive taxes they have to pay are useful for the cities development (if there isn't corruption, of course). Capital cities are usually more wealthy and have more activity than in country cities, it means more profit, but more taxes as well. In the end it's still profitable for casino owners.

It's worse when the country totally bans gambling, they don't see its potential, like in my country.
The only institutions that have the right to organize gambling - bingo games are the churches and other institutions that are collecting donations/money, and they don't need to pay any tax. People laudering money uses this method, donating to avoid taxes.
But more importantly when the country totally bans gambling,Businessmen and gamblers will do the same bypassing the law.Today we have many historical evidences about this process and I don't understand why countries act like that,May they think that it will be better for people but I think its not a solution, because they can even make strict regulations and limitations for gamblers who cann't give up..Anyway its a very complex issue and needs distinctive and different approach.

Yes, there are many illegal casinos operating in countries where gambling is forbidden. I think it's worse for countries this way, as they have a kind of business operating in the shadows, while it could be operating legally and generating tax income and turistic attraction for visitants from different places. Gambling is part of human culture since the earliest periods of its story, it's a mistake to try separating the man from this activity.
Not a surprising thing actually for those shady and illegal gambling/casinos do exist into a particular country because there would be always a corrupt government or some high ranked positioned personalities that would really backed or protect these things to operate in exchange they would able to earn extra income. For now gambling industry isnt still banned or prohibited in our country. They can still able to operate but as usual they are regulated.
5998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: How to report a scam airdrop? on: April 05, 2018, 06:57:09 PM
The Dentacoin Airdrop asking me to enter my private key of my etherium wallet (an hour ago) in order to automatically
sign the special encrypted message that will verify that it is actually my wallet.
And emphasizing that they will not send DCN Token to fake wallets.
Also, they put a note saying:
Note: This is safe.  We DO NOT use, store or collect your personal data (such as private key).
This form is fully encrypted and secured by the SSL standard and MD5 hashing protocol.
No one will be able to access your wallet and you can update your wallet address.

I know this is a scam because you could just sign your wallet to prove it's yours.
I'm worried to other 164k telegram users, i know other users might get scammed...

I really don't know how and where to report a scam airdrop.. please give me some advice what to do.
thanks!
SCAM!

If a certain project/person or any other parties would ask for your private key with any reasons that they do say then its already a 100% scam because if they do have airdrops theres no need to do such thing. If you are sensible enough you can really able to point out that this person is just trying to scam you.Theres no such thing like verification of your wallet address. Reporting these scam airdrops is pointless but somehow you can able to warn people that this thing is a scam.
5999  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you follow trading advice from crypto influencers? on: April 04, 2018, 07:59:25 PM
of course not.I use my own strategy.especially follow various news from the announcement thread and latest events of the crypto world.I also don't understand the chart nicely.but I try to do small and regular trade.its all of my own strategies.
This is only our weapon on where theres no man would able to influence our decisions into a certain thing specially on doing trades.Influencers are always there not just only on crypto side but also into traditional forex and stock markets but not all the times those persons do have such impact into things that they do say.Sometimes we can get some idea but doesn't mean we should be dependent. We have our own trading style and analysis and we should stick on it.

Ripple looks cheap now at $0.5 per piece https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/ripple
well because its 85% from its ATH
Hmm its still a good price but I would wait up for it to dip for $0.3-0.4 per coin.We do have the same indications on when would be the best time to buy considering or seeing it into its previous ATH.

How do you manage to keep track of all these coins? There are a lot of them! I have so many coins before as well but now I try not to invest in more than 10 different coins.
There are lots of apps to be used when it comes on tracking prices. If you do hold up such coin you can either check it manually by yourself but in my situation I do make use of blockfolio.
