Its just simple, Do what is the task, if the bounty required to post not lest 15 in a week so , you need to finish that minimum post to able to qualify to earn token in the last week but before you received your reward you need to wait until the bounty end and the token will be distributed to all participant and your prof that you can earn token is your stake every week that serve as prof that you are doing your task as member of bounty campaign.

New projects do usually comes with bounty campaigns and usually tokens would be distributed in the end of the sale or might able take some time depending on the team thats why dont expect too much on recieving coins as soon as possible because it can take some time.I do only rarely see for bounties which do have already listed on some exchanges and do repeat bounty thing.

That is not big deal mate still the managers are accepting the people without merit as well. You need to have a quality posts under your when the manager checking the profile before he goes to list the participants on the spreadsheet.
Bounty campaigns does not look the merits are anything with the accepting time.
Just filling up the form itself enough to get placed in bounties mate.
