So this is the reason why all coin increase in the market. I dont know about that but keep positif think, we hope bull not a trap. I alse see in advertising in April there will be many blockchain seminars and the price of ticket is more than $100, maybe also this one of the reason why market up tren Maybe that shows interest coming from more sectors, I also hope that this is the beginning of bull to show up and not another trap that will break investors and traders heart when the dumped start to reverse again the market, still holding some of my assets as I looking forward to gain much bigger. i hope your words came true so we can experience another new all time high in the market history but always be careful and don't rush in buying coins and wait for the right time or monitor the changes in a few more days. |

investing in cryptocurrency is risky though rewards are good too if you found a good coin but with a lot of cryptocurrencies in the market it will be hard to choose which is good or bad since no one can actually predict what it can offer in the future.

i agree with what the OP says, KYC should be discussed or announced at the start of a bounty program so every bounty hunters know whether they join or not on that particular campaign. requiring KYC after the bounty program ended is so unfair for bounty hunters because some of participants don't want to share their information or they can't pass the KYC process.

After the last bullrun many people have storm this forum looking for a way to get rich quick with zero knowledge of how cryptocurrency actually works if you are one of these people please start from scratch and learn how cryptocurrency really works,the people that joined the crypto train since last bullrun are the ones giving the scammers more courage to create scam projects because of the assurance of making huge money ,if no one invest in scam projects anymore scammers will find there way ,REMEMBER THAT BEFORE THE BULLRUN MANY PEOPLE ARE ALREADY IN CRYPTO WORLD ,INVESTING ,ADOPTING AND LEARNING ,THEY KEPT CRYPTOCURRENCY ALIVE TILL DATE ,THEY CARE MORE ABOUT ITS SURVIVAL NOT QUICK PROFITS,WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO PUT SCAMMERS TO SHAME AND IT CANT BE DONE IF WE ARE BLINDLY INVESTING IN THEM.
That's a good point of view and I fully share it. But you know it's very hard sometimes to determine whether the project is a scam or not. During these last few years scammers have learnt how to act and what to do in order to deceive even professional investors. Let alone the newbies...That's why we need to get experience and skill to avoid such scam stories and leave them behind. there are still a lot of people who don't know what cryptocurrency is or how to use it and they are the main target of those scammers who have been a virus in this space. it will take some time for the mass adoption but hopefully all scammers has been caught by that time. |

Why did we use NEM?
We actually considered using other protocols such as, of course Ethereum as the first choice, followed by NEM and Polymath. But, as per checking the business need of our model, it will not be viable for us to use Ethereum since we are dealing with real estate which can have a lot of unexpected things to possibly happen from time to time during the transaction.
We decided to use NEM because it is easy for our developers to build the system and integrate everything with the use of restful APIs, it is also less time consuming and cost effective for us since we don't need to hire solidity programmers which might cost a lot and not very practical for a startup who didn't have an ICO. Our approach is to provide the platform and the product first before we go to the public and ask for their contribution to help us further improve C Estates.
Very well explained and great news indeed! now we know that you guys are working hard to build the platform behind the scene even without starting your ICO which is very uncommon from the usual stages of any start-up projects, does it mean that you will release your MVP soon? i'm not a fan of NEM but i think it is much better than Etereum that is why a lot of platform leaving the Ethereum blockchain because they see a lot of problems that needs to be fix though they are one of the know blockchain these days. |

i think that one of the big factor that ICO fail is because of the current market situation wherein investors are afraid to invest on a new project or they are holding their crypto and waiting for the next bull run, also most of the ICO nowadays failed to deliver its product.

dumping will happen if the token was listed on exchange after the ICO but give it some time then the price will recover if the project has a strong foundation, also some investors are looking for those potential project who has bounty because they plan to buy the token on cheaper price from the bounty hunters after listing.

for my own experience, I found several sites that were very similar to Mew, but I realized it and always marked the original site because now there are many phishing sites that make us afraid to be trapped in such sites.
i'm using MEW for a long time since i started crypto and until now my funds is still secured because i bookmark the site long time ago, if you have notice some phishing site then you can report it to their customer support so they can take down those fake websites. |
