61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold or sell ? on: May 29, 2018, 03:58:05 PM
Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? I have already lost a good margin of profit with the ripple I don't want to make the same mistake with the Lumens which I Hold so should I hold on or sell out ?
At this time, selling any of your coins is not a good idea. The market value is too low to sell. You will not earn income and you might just loss any of your investment. Hold for a while and then sell it if it is the right time to sell. You will know if it the right time to sell, when the value is high and satisfies you.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long do you plan to hold on to your top Cryptos? on: May 29, 2018, 03:18:48 PM
I was just wondering how long you guys plan to hold on to your top cryptos. Right now my plan is to hold on for at least 3-5 years. But that could all change depending on where the market goes. If there is serious mass adoption, I wouldn't mind holding for longer. I will probably hold on to LTC for the longest.

I don't have any maximum or minimum time to hold my crypto. If the price is good tomorrow or in the next day and I am satisfied enough for the value, I will not hesitate to sell it. I want to start a business and half of the money I will get from selling btc will be invested again to generates income.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Crypto Currency? on: May 29, 2018, 02:52:26 PM
I just wanted to  know what are your plans on your cryptocurrency in the future?

Do you plan to keep on investing?
Do you plan to exchange your crypto in fiat and leave crypto?
Will crypto survive?
I am planning to invest here in crypto since the value for this time is smaller compare before and it is good tume to buy any coins such as bitcoin. After this, I 'll hold it until the value is good for me, and enough for my needs. Half of it will be invested again and half is for some personal stuff. I can't imagine that I will going to leave crypto, since it is important to me.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and too many participants on: May 29, 2018, 02:28:32 PM
Actually, there are bounty campaigns which limits their participants. Though it is not that big of a deal really. Investors would tend to invest and, can, at the same time join bounty. They know too well that if they do believe the project then it is better to throw your money than catching some free small money being partitioned in different campaigns to a lot of participants. Also, participants would tend to find another campaign if they think there are too many participants already so in other words it tends to limit themselves rather than implementing something to limit them.
Yes it is really true. Last year there are so many users who creates so many account so that why developers or managers of this forum create an merit to have a bounty hunters who is really trusted and doing good without taking money eagerly.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in the bright future of Crypto? on: May 29, 2018, 01:53:05 PM
I knew about crypto at the end of 2017, after a short time increase and make people crazy to invest, everything is down now. I'm not a trader, i'm just a holder, but i'm still afraid of the sign of market recently. Will everything be changed in next year? or several years later? Can i still invest in crypto?
I believe that crypto will continue its journey . This downfall of crypto will not take for so long. It will not last another year. We just need to be patience and teust yourself that you enter a good business and trust bitcoin. I also do believe in crypto because this is the future currency which will make every user successful.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are still buying Bitcoin? on: May 28, 2018, 02:37:08 PM
Everybody, including me, is saying that investing in bitcoin will get a profit! At present, there are many ICOs projects, so many opportunities to make a profit! I always hope to be successful!
Yes, bitcoin is a good source of income in some ways including buying btc. Remember the technique buy at low price then sell at high value. In this case, you can assure that those.investments will generates profit in you. And it is good to buy now since the value is very low. Which may result a higher income.
67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do people get their bitcoins? on: May 28, 2018, 01:31:42 PM
Hey everyone,

I was wondering how most people here receive their bitcoins? I personally handle in virtual items in video games. (CS:GO, DOTA 2, PUBG) I sell these items on a marketplace and receive BTC for them I also join a online casino now and then to try and make some easy BTC!

Do you guys just invest in bitcoins and not touch them? I personally use mine on a daily base for purchases / trading etc..

Let me know i'm interested!  Grin

Tom / Yaking
There are many ways in getting your bitcoin. You can join in bounty campaigns which you are just working for their company, you can invest in bitcoin buy bitcoin, and also you can do it by trading. But I'd rather to work on bounty campaigns since I don't have any money to invest. It takes time to get your btc but it is worth it.
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin have more risks than benefits? on: May 28, 2018, 01:07:28 PM
Bank of Spain, in Madrid, says that the bank of cryptocurrencies, bitcoin, it's not worth it, and there are more risks than benefits. There are more innovations and they are having more effect.

What is your opinion?

Well, Yes, perhaps bitcoin is now in an extremely risky zone, and can certainly collapse, but I think still this will not happen, and it will only rise and will work for a long time.
I agree, because bitcoins value now is not good to sell. And aside from this, the market value is very low and it is not good idea to sell as early as now. But I believe that when the time goes on, and time passes by, the value will change and it will increase that every user are satisfy on the value. Addition, every investment is risky.
69  Economy / Economics / Re: How to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrency? on: May 28, 2018, 12:31:18 PM
The risk in the virtual currency market is the risk of losing some or all of its capital when the investor performs the investment or virtual currency transaction. Identify the risks before conducting a transaction, helping them to know the specific loss rate in each case of investment will be how to, minimum and maximum how to decide the scale of investment, the first time investment, time of investment completion, and other relevant factors.

It is really risky in investing in any cryptocurrency. Every investment is risky, the best thing to do is to be well-inform about this investing not just informed but you need to know every single detail so your are aware enough in making transaction. Do not be afraid when you are experiencing downfall because this crypto is volatile.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more risky? Bitcoin or bank investment? on: May 27, 2018, 02:59:50 PM
Bitcoin is indeed risky. But bank investments are risky too. In our country (coz I'm not sure if this exist in other countries). When you have a large amount on your account they will call you and ask you if you want to invest, minimum of 20,000 Php (or 400 USD). They will propose some investment plans where there is a choice of low, medium, or high risk investment. When you choose the high risk there is a chance to lose or gain 100% of your investment (Medium is 75% and low is 50% if I remember it right). It doesn't make sense to me, it sounds like a scam, they will invest using your money and you don't have any control to it. That is why I like bitcoin more, coz Though it is risky and it's very volatile, you have full control on your investment.

What do you guys think?
It depends on the investors but personally, i think bitcoin investment are more risky than bank investment because bitcoin is volatile unlike bank. You cannot determined when or how the btc falls it value. But, bitcoin is better than bank, both btc and bank investment can generates interest or income but btc gains more than bank.
71  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late? (To buy Bitcoin now) on: May 27, 2018, 01:50:22 PM
Well if we speak about gaining on bitcoin i think there is no required time on making an act of productivity. We can really buy bitcoin anytime anywhere without any hesitation  and we really didnt have to be afraid about the price because dropping and pumping is really the nature of it and we really need to make sense of it so that we can become more productive and we don't feel like panic all times.
I truly agree, there is no right time to buy, to invest, to make a frofitable investment in bitcoin. There is no too late or too low in investing in bitcoin. You just need some time to be familiarize in btc and search for some opinions so you have atleast knowledge in investing. And remember the technique buy at low sell at high.
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What strategy to follow before investing in BTC? on: May 26, 2018, 05:00:20 AM
I want to make some investment in bitcoin. but considering the market condition, I am confused that what percentage i should invest in BTC.
Could you please suggest the percentage I can invest in BTC safely? The rest of my investment will be placed in alt coins.
It is not strategy buy it will help you to successful in terms of investing. Be familiarize about where do you want to invest, search for some informations about it, so you are aware if this will worth it or not. If you are knowledgeable enough you can start by selling and holding bitcoin. Buy at low value sell at high to gain profit.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty campaign - waste of time or great passive income? on: May 22, 2018, 08:50:23 PM
Crypto world is in crysis now and it's not only due to red market but also because of tons of scam ICOs. And that pisses a lot of bounty hunters off cause scam ICOs produce useless unworthy tokens! People waste sometimes several months to participatein bounty and either get no tokens or get shitcoins.

It's so hard now to find a good bounty. eCoinomic.net platform is running one now and it looks pretty solid and trustworthy, they also predict a balanced growth for CNC token https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2897866.msg29799978#msg29799978

But how do you guys know if your bounty is trustable? Why do you personally trust bounty you're participating in right now?
well, I will explain why I trust the bounty campaign that I follow will be successful. I've been following bounty campaigns for so long, I've been getting bounties in every bounty campaign and I've trusted one manager, often managers who I trust get a new project I'll join soon.
Bounty campaign is not actually a waste of time. Its a good opportunity because you domt need to deposit any money to the blockchain or on their ICO you just need to post wherever it is in social media. Twitter facebook and especially here in the forum which is bitcointalk.org.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward? on: May 22, 2018, 05:09:05 PM
Most of us join bounty campaigns because it is one of the means for us to get coins. I just want to verify how many of us have experienced waiting for a long period of time to get our coins. Don't get me wrong, i do trust the managers and what they say. And, most of them give valid  reasons why it'll take that long for them to distribute the rewards. In average, how long do you receive your coins after a bounty campaign?
Yes, actually it is my 5th month of posting here in bounty but I didn't receive my reward yet but it will be worth it since the longer you post the higher income you might get. But there are some bounties that are scammed and you will not pay for your work which is really irritating but yet we don't have any power to manipulate that. Be wise in choosing bounty.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: May 22, 2018, 03:29:05 PM
To learn more above all.

I used to lurk here and reddit as well. But I've found that this place is more helpful in gaining knowledge (especially compared to reddit).

Maybe in the future I might also get into campaigns  and bounties, but for now, I'm still learning a lot.
The reason why I am here and enjoying to post in bitcoin is because of my friend who convinced me to atleast try this crypto. At fiest. I hesitated because it is just a waste of time but since my time is always wasted then I tried. At least there has different in my dailt routines. And now, I am enjoying this, because asode from you earned money you are also earning knowledge.
76  Economy / Economics / Re: Investment in Bitcoin vs Investment in Education? on: May 22, 2018, 03:09:22 PM
Well the reason why we invest in education is to be knowlegable enough in all aspects so that when we will apply for a job we can be able go get hired instantly but if you invest in bitcoin you can earn big infew days so much better to imvest in bitcoin rather than in water.
You can do both. But there is alloted time for that. First you need to invest knowledge, information, you need to be educated so you can now proceed on whatever road or things you take. Then you can now invest in crypto such as bitcoin, ethereums and others. Since you have invested knowledge, it will not be hard for you to invest in bitcoin.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you sell right away or wait? on: May 22, 2018, 02:17:14 PM
After participating in ICOs by buying some tokens or participating in bounties, the moment their tokens are listed in exchanges, what do you do guys, do you sell your tokens right away or wait for a more higher price to come?
It depends on the situation, if you really need money or there is an emergency then you will sell that coin. If not, then just hold it and wait to increase its value. Not only this but when you are satisfied in the amount then you can freely do what you want. But for me, it is better to hold.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the reason why we really need Bitcoin? on: May 22, 2018, 11:47:27 AM
Bitcoin is the one and only independent coin because if you buy some altcoin you must have Bitcoin coin so all the altcoins are depends on Bitcoin and this coin is always ruling the crypto market. This coin is decentralized and completely transparent to everyone so it is really comfortable for every investors.
Personally, I need bitcoin because it will help me in my finances and expenses. It will be better to our parents because instead of using their money to my studies, bitcoin will help us so they can use thay money in starting a business. And also, as taking business course it will help me to be more familiarize in my course.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between BTC and ETH on: May 22, 2018, 04:54:47 AM
Hello everyone,
I know that BTC started a new era to currency world and ETH has also some interesting technology. But i am curios what differs ETH from BTC. Is ETH better than BTC ? BTC is more stable in terms of price but obviously ETH has some advantages over it as they are becoming more popular day by day.
Thank you  Cheesy
Both coins BTC and ETH is a good source of income and a profitable currency. Bitcoin is a digital currency as is while ethereum is also a currency but can create some projects. Bitcoin is better compare to ethereum because it has a high value and it is the first coin introduce the world of crypto. It makes crypto known by many of people.
80  Economy / Economics / Re: How is Bitcoin different from Etherium? on: May 22, 2018, 12:43:43 AM
Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency and Ethereum is queen of cryptocurrency. This two coins are shining in the market from long.As compared to the percentage of investors in this two coins is greater than all altcoin. Now a days many ICO is depend on Ethereum and this made huge investors in Ethereum.
Yes, Bitcoin is the first coin and Etherium is the second or the king and queen of all currency. Bitcoin has a large value compare to etherium but etherium is more profitable when you analize it. Bitcoin is good for long term investment and in etherium is good in short term investment because every minute the value grows. But both of this is volatile.
