61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why regular people are afraid to invest in Crypto on: November 08, 2018, 09:21:42 PM
Hi guys.
In most countries poeple don't get the opportunity to invest in Crypto due to country policy.
However some countries who have the opportunity of crypto policy free are afraid to invest.
Some people just don't have the courage and are not willing to take such risks of investing in crypto, while others find it difficult to purchase crypto using there credit cards or master Cards 💳.
I believe that crypto will have more regular people investing if it was integrated with the Banking payments system.

Do you think so too?

There is projects looking into that direction. Savedroid has some bad press with an ill advised marketing stunt but they basically offer a mobile app for crypto savings, where no further technical knowledge about blockchain is needed. I am sure if they don`t get traction quickly there will be other projects working in that direction. Also more instruments are needed, to spread you blockchain investment to a number of projects. Aiming for a single big winner might be risky.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The fall of cryptocurrency on: November 08, 2018, 09:18:11 PM
What about the crypt? tell me when it will unfold? Or give a sign at least some, because I'm already beginning to think about quitting the game.

Really a catchy subject line but if you really consider quitting at this stage in the game, you have not really looked into things. There is a number of projects with a strong business case and low market cap that are already making money.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETHEREUM OR RIPPLE? on: November 08, 2018, 09:16:10 PM
Many people start to invest in Ripple instead of Ethereum. These 2 giants are fighting for the second and third place in the list. What do you think is wise to invest to?

Ripple of Ethereum?
Check out the charts in the past and make up your mind:

Ripple: https://www.coinranker.net/cryptocurrency/ripple
Ethereum: https://www.coinranker.net/cryptocurrency/ethereum

I am always in favor of Ethereum as I prefer to buy crytpo currencies and. Ripple is not really crypto currency. It is the Trojan horse of the banks to siphon money from blockchain investors to get their hands on things like Ethereum basically for free.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this good news? on: November 08, 2018, 09:13:05 PM
“We urge the government to break away from negative perceptions and hesitation, and draw up bills to help develop the blockchain industry and prevent side effects involving cryptocurrencies.” - Korean Bar Association

Will this encourage trust and investment or its just a way to bring crypto under surveillance and regulations?

The centralized exchanges could be somewhat more regulated. Few I trust apart from Binance and Cobinhood. In general I am only interested in regulation and instruments that enables "institutional" investors to enter the blockchain market.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Professional Union of Bounty Hunters! on: November 08, 2018, 09:08:50 PM
What do fellow bounty hunters think? We do a lot of work and don’t get our reward, we are being cheated and some administrators are behaving like freaks! Maybe it's time to unite and put forward their own conditions of the game !?
What do you think???

Do you really think there is a point in organising the bounty hunters? For which scenarios would such an union protect their members? QOMPASS springs to mind. There all bounty participants got screwed as that project never materialized. I am not sure how a Union could help with that.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in Ripple? on: November 04, 2018, 06:49:15 PM
Hey guys, what do you think about ripple? I think it’s a centralized shit which is interesting only for banks and so on. However it is growing and people still believe in it. Idk why.

I do not believe in Ripple. Nothing changed there apart from the fact, that I now expect to be auound for a longer period of time. Same as before. No decentralisation, no open access no proof of work and supply can increase anytime.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My experience in cryptocurrency so far on: November 02, 2018, 03:23:43 PM
My experience in #cryptocurrency so far is quite impressive yet still not satisfied.
It was a roller coaster ride to join in a  specific blockchain where you can take your 100 % risk.
Lately, In my specific Blockchain that I trade my tokens, They just launch their exchange and Liquidity pool and after a months the bad guys or the hackers are just invade it but still trade.io manage to control the situation and they completely solved the case.
I admire them for that and no clients have loss there tokens. That's great!

Well the competition in the exchange space has heated up a lot. Cobinhood is ramping up a lot. Then you have Digitex, which is getting a lot of attention already or Coinmetro. They are still not trading but team looks interesting. The competition for ICO platform and ICO underwriting also heating up.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is NEO still worth investing in? on: November 01, 2018, 02:56:04 PM
Is NEO still worth investing in? I have my final $150 and I'm not sure if I should buy NEO or ADA

Question should more be NEO or ONT. Rumor has it that many people expect ONT to be the potential successor of Neo and that some of the Neo developers are switching sides to Ontology.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When Bullrun will start? on: October 27, 2018, 11:57:49 AM
We must see another low - 5500$, we can't go up before going down.

Says who? The chart? Bitcoin has been a feast for chartists for quite a while but everyone says based on the chart BTC has to go much lower. Forget it! Since when do 95% of people get it right and successfully short Bitcoin? The mining cost is not a vey strong argument for me for price stability. Why should the price not temporarily fall below that? But there is a massive number of people who have moved to Tether or Fiat and are waiting to go back in. Not likely for me it will play out like this.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who controls the market? on: October 27, 2018, 11:54:17 AM
Remember, this whole thing about crypto is largely decentralized, thus, there is no single authoritative body in control of the crypto market. Although there are few centralized platforms among crypto, the market is largely influenced by the efforts and influence of the users of crypto. How well sellers and buyers treat the coins on the market affect the performance of the market.

Normally I would say the market gets controlled where the volume is. So Bitmex and whoever making prices there surely has a lot of impact. The market cap of Tether keeps falling. I think that is a good thing and hope there will be better options to hedge your crypto investment in the future. For example with the offering of products that automatically spread your investment around.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you consider ICO's/ETH a "BUBBLE"? on: October 27, 2018, 11:32:13 AM
ICO's are really big business these days.

"An economic bubble or asset bubble (sometimes also referred to as a speculative bubble, a market bubble, a price bubble, a financial bubble, a speculative mania, or a balloon) is trade in an asset at a price or price range that strongly exceeds the asset's intrinsic value.
Economic bubble" - Wikipedia

Intrinsic Value Definition | Investopedia
"Intrinsic value is the perceived or calculated value of a company, including tangible and intangible factors, using fundamental analysis. Also called the true value, the intrinsic value may or may not be the same as the current market value."

google: current market value of ICO's? <snip>

Exact definitions are not the point:
Do YOU consider ICO's/ETH a "BUBBLE"?
Discuss
Why or why not?

ETH I do not consider a bubble. Looking at ICOs the number of cash grabs and scams has clearly increased. Still every ICO got hammered in this years bear market. There is a number of interesting projects like Bridge Protocol, Pareto, Lendingblock, Moneytoken or Bigbom that have market caps below 1 million right now. Ah not to forget Hacken or Consensus AI. If you are looking for the next x1000 this might be a place to watch. If you are very opportunistic you might even check Savedroid or Narrative although so far these are projects where you get a feeling that they dont care about their token too much. Narrative will be able to build the platform and current market cap is 700K USD. Market caps for Consenus and Hacken are also jokes. Plain and simple.

P.S. If you are clever you also stock up on tokens like cobinhood. For me one of the big future exchanges for a number of reasons and you will get Dexon, Zeux and SimplyBrand get airdropped soon enough. Dexon the second blocklattice project trying to improve on Nano. Nano got burnt with the bitgrail scam. At least for me.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest Now!!! on: October 27, 2018, 11:25:06 AM
Invest now while the the coins and tokens are at their low value.. The impact of the low value of bitcoin affects most of the coins. We should invest now before it returns to is glory. Its is a simple concept of a stock exchange where we buy at lower cost and sell it a high value ,, an increase in value can be a big matter if you invest more.. count your investments not your savings,,,

btw please follow me on twitter and i will follow you also. i promise , lets help one another to gain followers. GOD BLESS

https://twitter.com/batrocio

Totally agree. Bitcoin will go bull again at some stage. If it does not, the rest of the market will move away from BTC sooner or later and will go bull on its own. Question is, how long will it be possible to suppress BTC? Many other market caps in crypto are bordering on jokes. The most obvious ones companies that are making money like Cindicator, Hacken, Waltonchain or Wabi. Ethereum also there to stay for the long run even with all the 3rd generation blockchains and blocklattice projects. Too much based on Ethereum and the scaling problem will be solved eventually.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETF approval is high on: October 27, 2018, 11:20:21 AM
What do you think guys? Is the news true? Will ETF be approved in this year or it will be in 2019?
Anonymous Sources Suggest Bitcoin ETF Approval Is Imminent- https://www.investinblockchain.com/bitcoin-etf-approval-imminent/

Instant approval would certainly be better as the US has clearly fallen behind on the topic of blockchain. This is not really about protecting investors I think but more of a political thing as the USD is still the lead currency for the time being and digital many clearly threatens the status quo. It will come no doubt about it but there is some mighty parties of interest who do not want to happen things too quickly. It is as simply as that. The SEC guys are not stupid. They know that digital money is the future and the potential for other blockchain use cases is totally obvious.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are The Bulls Back? on: October 26, 2018, 08:45:48 AM
The market seems to be green again. There's a lot momentum around some coins at the moment. EOS, ETH, IOTA, and so many other coins are significantly well. Even King BTC hit $7k and it has stayed above it for the most part of today. Is it same to say the bearish market situation is over and the bulls back in business to dominate the market?

Might be some more time before the bulls are back. Some are holding some hope, there will be news on the topic of ETFs. As long as the market is not moving use the time to collect tokens at massive discounts.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the good Altcoins to HOLD Long term? on: October 26, 2018, 08:44:35 AM
Many peoples say hold long term. But I can't think good coins for long term,Because this market is now very problemeble. What are the good Altcoins to HOLD Long term? Any suggestions? Thank You.

Spread it out. Go for the super low caps that are obviously not scams and also have a close but careful look at all the recent ICO. They are basically all trading at a massive discount to ICO price.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why everyone becoming the holder? on: October 26, 2018, 08:42:39 AM
No offense, but I think holding coins at this bear market doesn't any sense. Why is everyone becoming the crypto holder? From the Legendary to a newbie, most of the people suggest to hold, But why? Yes, I know holding coin may give a bug rewards in future because I was a holder too. I had 15K USD, and my all of USD becomes less than 4K USD in front of my eyes. I just keep checking my wallet and every time my feelings were the same " sucks". Are you holding to be a millionaire like some people who bought bitcoin at 5 USD or less price and sold in more than 10K USD?

I did not hold for lose my capital. Did you? Then why you still holding and losing your money. Please kindly learn to trade. By trading your coins, in this bear market, you can make a lot of money within a few days to months.

I sold my all coins in the last month when bitcoin huts 8400 USD, and then I keep continue trading. In this one month, I made more than 2200 USD Profits. Now I had all of past holding coins with extra 2200 USD Profit.

If you can't trade or if you totally newbie here, then you may keep holding. But at least I suggest learning how to trade. This is my personal opinion. You may follow it or not. Best of luck.

Thank You.

Why hold? Quite simple. You find a number of serious projects below a 1 mil USD marekt cap or slightly above. Also the rest of the market got hammered so badly that there is little point in selling, even if Bitcoin takes that much discussed final dip. I spend my time collecting more crypto memorabilia of these early day. Got parcel from Bridge Protocol and Cobinhood recently. Hope that Lendingblock also will have some stuff soon. Same for Hacken.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you surprised at the price of ETH? on: October 25, 2018, 12:36:29 PM

Are you surprised at the price of ETH? what is the reason?

I am surprised that ETH is going so low as most ICO are based on it and one way or the other the scalability issue will be solved. People also talk about projects like Holochain but ETH is proven at this stage.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple shows growns lately with 12% today on: October 20, 2018, 04:12:20 PM
Todays chart shows green instead of red. And I noticed that lately XRP is the one with the biggest profit. Will XRP keep up with this? Todays charts shows XRP a growth of 12%: https://www.coinranker.net/cryptocurrency/ripple

Great, thats why my Swing trades are getting pretty cool these days. Lolz.
Many people might think that this is amazing opportunity to trade XRP or invest into it as it is booming and all that stuff. However, this is not the thing at all. XRP was swing trading coin and it will always be. So never think about the XRP as long terms investment at all.
XRP can drop at any time due to its liquid circulation, where the emission of the XRP is almost unlimited. So whenever it gets some spikes then more supply might just get released periodically and thus diluting stuff back.

If you argue like that and I agree, swingtrading Ripple also involves risks. Are you not scared to get caught in a trade if for example the supply of Ripple explodes? Their marketing is good you have to give them that. As soon as someone else like Sparkster or maybe a blocklattice project gains traction and has same speed as Ripple without its downsides Ripple will be doomed.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: October 20, 2018, 04:08:09 PM
Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.
What's your thoughts on it? Should I hold now?

Even if ICO are not doing well, a large % of all existing projects are based on the Ethereum blockchain. I do not see that change anytime soon. EOS so far not really going anywhere. If anything the current bear market helps cementing the position of ETH and giving them time to address the issue of scalability. So I would keep ETH.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can the massive creation of Altcoins can be stopped? on: October 20, 2018, 04:03:34 PM
I was just wondering after the altcoin being successful there have been more unreasonable coin that has been created, hence there are more people will  doubt it, and seriously more and more coins has being created just for profit I mean you can gain some profit off of it but its not the reason why a founder should create one.

After seeing so much coin being created and been abandoned with gaining profit from it made me think that if the new coin stops coming then we could focus more on some reasonable coin and some coin that is currently being developed.

It is getting easier by the day to create an ALTcoin. Even non programmers will be able to do it using Sparkster for example. The same goes for buying a domain and setting up a website. Anyone can do that. Fortunately the exchanges have started looking much closer at projects before listing them. Binance is taking the lead there. If something is listed on Binance it is a good indication. Also a good indication besides normal research on a project is hardware wallet support.
