If you purchased in the pre-sale on Waves DEX there is nothing else to do. If you purchases reserved tokens you have been emailed what to do.

Once the pre-sale is complete everyone will be notified on how to claim there sign up and referral bonuses.

To be fair everyone has received answers within a very timely manner. It is simply not possible to expect to receive answers instantly but within 24 hours is very fair. I am sure you have been part of ICOs were you don't receive answers at all. This experience has been much different for everyone.

I am here and I am staying. My tokens are locked up for one year. I really and committed and invested and want to see my tokens greatly appreciate in value which means this project has to thrive.

My interest is seeing this project develop so that over the next year Nucleus is trading in triple digits. Real generational wealth can be created.

The pre-sale needs to raise the funds to begin hiring people. The timelines will progress quickly.

Funds from the pre-ICO are going towards building the platform, hiring talent, project costs, etc. And also towards launching the bot (which will be done as soon as the pre-sale closes ahead of  schedule).

1. The bot is going to be launched quicker than the expected Jan 4th date, but instead by mid December.
2. Creating a back end and redesigning the front is very easy and will be done quickly.

As you are probably aware recently there have been some ICOs were it has been difficult to obtain tokens because of too much traffic, site blockage, available supply per round, etc.

Holding the presale on the Waves platform is going to alleviate a lot of the stress on the site itself which should make for a smooth presale. The problem is Waves DEX is a decentralized exchange. The DEX platform is the open market. The price always depends on supply and demand. If someone wants to buy with cheaper asset, then he will place any order. In other words there is no way to put a max purchase cap.

Allowing users to reserve a limited supply of up to 500 tokens was the best solution and the people interested in the project are happy with it.

I like the analogy of him coming here and shouting as if he is blowing some whistle.

The crowdsale terms allow for a possible migration of tokens to another protocol such as ERC-20 if needed. In which case replacement tokens would be generated on the new protocol if doing so is necessary or useful to the operation of the ecosystem.

I am open to that if it is needed and useful for building a better platform.

The ICO can be pushed back if those who have participated believe it to be in the best interest. I am happy to have those who have reserved tokens as they have real interest in the project.

2 - Should the token be an ERC20 token?

3 - Should the ICO happen through a smart contract instead of Waves?

I believe if ideas/points 1 & 2 are adapted then absolutely.

4 - I'm sure solidity developers and others would love to work on this project and get paid in NCL tokens alone, that being said, isn't it better to build the platform first and then go for the ICO?

The token value of the ICO would definitely be higher and it would see greater adaption. I very much like that idea. It needs to be polled in front of those with interest (holding tokens). I can do that this week.

In my opinion, the most important aspect of the ICO is for the platform to get enough tokens sold so the trading bot can start bringing daily returns. This way more people will want to join in and purchase NCL and more value the token will have. Classic Bitconnect style.

The pre-sale will raise enough to fund the bot with profits from the bot going towards purchasing NCL creating DEMAND for the token aside from outside interest. This is key for appreciation.

I am not sure how that would work. It seems it would a full time job trying to organize everyone in itself.
Have you seen this type of community project work anywhere else? I would like to look into that more.
As well as if you have any expanded ideas on what that would look like.
