I sent an email to bitcz about joining the lawsuit a couple of days ago, but I haven't heard back yet.
Can anyone please tell me what the status is on this?
Maybe bitcz is actually BA... They collected all the complaint data from us and binned it.
Should not accuse anyone unless we have a solid prove. Worse case , Forum moderators could help to provide IP addresses if required by LAW.

Will they be forced into bankruptcy?  Would also be interesting if Alpha as an UK registered company is obliged by law to have the assets on hand in UK etc.

If you want you can even impose bankruptcy to Alpha T if they refused to refund you. But it is recommended to consult your lawyer before you take this action.

I have filed a small claim court against Alpha T and they will have to response within 14 days. I will let you guys know the status of this action.

These Alpha T scumbag banned me to access their lame forum as I encouraged people to submit a small claim case at https://myaccount.gateway.gov.uk
I tried to emails them more than twice but no reply however they PM me when I put LTCgear affliate link as my signature . See below what they sent. How unprofessional they are.
I do not believe that they will deliver Viper again in October and their loyalty program is to avoid them from court or get more time to stall and keep customers money.

You have just been sent a personal message by Alpha Technology on Alpha Technology.

IMPORTANT: Remember, this is just a notification. Please do not reply to this email.

The message they sent you was:

Please don't advertise on our forum it is not what it is for.

I just got an idea not sure everyone would agree!
We need to run a social media campaign against BA due to their failure with customers' oders / refunds.
It would be great if we could get a social media campaign on Facebook and everyone like the page then million of people know the truth of BA.
I also found this good reading from Ecointalk.

Do we have an option to hire debt collectors in China or Hong Kong to chase down BA. But I am sure we will be able to hire hitmen for BA there Cheesy LOL
69  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow Customers - Consumer Complaints Links on: September 15, 2014, 04:52:17 AM
I would suggest all victims to chip in whatever amount you can in this law suite in order to escalate the process and cover associated fees or if someone needs to go Hong Kong to meet Police / Hong Kong Consumer Council if necessary. Ofcourse, this is up to Bticz who is organising the campaign.

I would suggest we all team up and take class action against BA to get our refund back and compensate financial damage as they cannot deliver their products per their sale contract. If everyone serious about this then we need to make this happen ASAP as it has been almost a year and we cannot efford to be a cold case.

Australian buyers can also report to ACCC @ http://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/complaints-problems/make-a-consumer-complaint
According to ACCC, Australian consumer law protects Australian even sellers / vendors are not located in Australia as long as the sale agreement / contract takes place within Australia.

I would like to see someone take legal action against these toddler engineers and management at black arrow. Perhaps that guy who is out 25k? Keep us posted.

I have no doubt that most people can take legal action or petition againsts BA just only with compromised support portal and customers email list.
Since, BA support portal has been compromised, I am sure that someone has access to customers' banking details etc as BA would request customers to provide banking information for refund purpose. This is a huge crisis and corporate negligence in online trading.

Please don't spread theories without having information to back it up. As said before we are very actively investigating this.

Please let me know what information you need for me or us to back up this theory. I will try my best to get this bottom of it as this cannot let go easily.

We also are not letting this go easily, I'm making sure of that. I would like to know why you think our support portal has been compromised and that people have access to banking details. If you have any proof of this I would greatly like to have it so I can add it to the investigation.

Hi David,
This is the evidence that I am referring to as this notice was appeared on BA support section. In general, web site visitors will believe that your web site has compromised.
http://ecointalk.net/uploads/gallery/album_61/gallery_48_61_27967.jpg
In addition, I know the fact that BA support does request customer banking details for refund per below.
"The date for all FIAT refunds is after we are able to ship our products. We will be able to issue refunds after we start shipping our products as at that time we can allocate personnel to process this type of refunds. We will do our best to start FIAT refunds at an earlier date if we will have available personnel.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refund in FIAT currencies at the earlier date. If you wish refund for more than one order, we will refund all orders in one transfer to minimize the costs.

To process your refund request properly, kindly share your banking details.

Best Regards,
Black Arrow Team"

Do you need any other evidences?
