61  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How/where to earn bitcoins? (not faucets) on: March 18, 2015, 06:16:35 PM
There are many ways and even threads in the forum itself to earn Bitcoins, just search. Smiley

1. Signature Campaign.
2. PTC sites which allow payments in BTC.
3. Micro tasks.
4. Purchase them (instead of earning). Wink
62  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Woke up today and lost all my Bitcoins ! on: March 18, 2015, 06:14:38 PM
This is what everyone should be aware of!
It shows how vulnerable are the private keys of our wallets and might get hacked any time whenever someone wants and tries out to scam.
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Adoption in terms of users on: March 18, 2015, 05:50:50 PM
The best way for mass adoption according to me will be:

We know Bitcoins won't die ever and it has written its own destiny itself, but still for that to be completely assured and guaranteed, we must all join our hands and come ahead and "instead of donating", I would urge everyone to please use some part of your Bitcoins in Google Adwords, and advertise Bitcoins with as much relevant keywords as you can. That way, we will be able to get the targeted audience who will be interested in Bitcoins and will surely invest.

Very good advice but I don't think many people will follow it.
Most of the users are not really sure of the future of Bitcoin and see it only as an investment, not as new, revolutionary way of payment, new world currency etc.
Until this change and BTC become mainstream, users will continue to use the BTC as an investment, and will not be interesting to much to spend money on Google promotion.

Dude, to make Bitcoin mainstream is the only purpose why I gave that advice to put some money out of our pockets.
If you are pocketing profits with BTC, I don't think you or anyone will have some problem to at least spend $10 to advertise BTC in Google Adwords?

If you even multiply even 10% of the current users, i.e., 1.5M x 10% = 0.15M and they all commit to give $10 out of their pockets, then we can have $1.5M which is enough to give Bitcoins enough evolution which it deserves.

That's something people must have been looking around for in order for them to get these topics explicated to them.
Great work Tyke and good luck for your work to reach as much people as possible. Smiley
66  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Declines; Where are we looking now? on: March 18, 2015, 03:24:35 PM
So many FUDs and so, there's nothing new with this one.
Have been seeing that there are so many threads coming up and start saying "Price Decline, price decline".
Guys, just chill, whatever goes up, needs to come down and that's Newton's Law.

And the decline doesn't mean that we are heading towards hell, so just take some sleep before coming back here.
67  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: where do i get my btc ? on: March 18, 2015, 03:18:02 PM
It's not worth your time to get some good amount of BTC through faucets, except if you are good at making too much referrals at such high-paying faucets, that way you can easily get your piece of cake.
68  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN DROPPING - But, to what extend? on: March 18, 2015, 02:51:06 PM
I donot know if, anyone in this forum take note of the radical drop of bitcoin?

I was predicted that bitcoins will eventually drop to $150/BTC

But, do not worry. there are still https://localbitcoins.com/ad/164244/cash-out-your-bitcoins-moneybookers-skrill dealer's  who are willing to purchase at Currenbitfineusd*1.07  -7 market value [300.32 USD/BTC]  despite this depreciation.

Awesome, or I would say ridiculous.
You will never ever become a better trader if you will do it hearing others' opinions. If you are doing it on others' consent, then you are doing it wrong and so you are to blame them only, I would say to either do it yourself by researching behind the "facts" or quit trading.
69  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there a way to earn 50$ in a month from faucets ? on: March 18, 2015, 02:47:55 PM
If there might be any probability to earn such amounts with faucets/month, then I don't think people might be roaming to and fro for Bitcoin jobs and other opportunities if one could earn such handsome* amount through faucets.
The answer is - No, simple.

* = (at least considering it high based on asked remuneration)
70  Other / Meta / Re: Anyone else got this email from Bitcointalk.org? on: March 18, 2015, 02:44:10 PM
Is and must be a hacking attempt in an event for you to click the link and get to somewhere else.
You should never click any links in such mails claiming for such things, and one more thing, didn't you think that what has the forum to do with the upgrade of your browser?
71  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 18, 2015, 02:41:52 PM
Ha, yeah that's how it is. Emotions... That's basically effectively what it is. But let's not forget that we do an incredible amount of things just due to our emotions! We trade BTC because we want to gain wealth... Emotions.

Hey, not everybody thinks like that, some may also trade it for fun, and some use it to buy things cheap which are available at most of the places because of which people sometimes agree on using BTC instead of going with fiat to purchase something. Trading "emotionally" can't get you anything except "losses".

Cut your emotions to cut your losses. Wink
72  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 18, 2015, 02:38:12 PM
I'm not buying. At $250 maybe.

250 and below is a great place to buy. i am out of the market for at least a few weeks though. this alone could cause more dumps .. maybe i can find some dust laying around to trade with .

Might be a good support level, but don't forget that if it breaks back above $302, chances are it might test the resistance which seems somewhat strong at $326.
73  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 18, 2015, 02:34:14 PM
I've always been amazed by your ability to always make money by always selling bitcoins and never buying any (to close your shorts).
Ha, well he's more of a troll and is completely against Bitcoin or unregulated assets in general. The high rate of failures and scams (which are bad, but natural given the unregulated nature of BTC) foster his cognitive dissonance what this is concerned even further ^^
What I said applies to the bear trolls in general. They always claim the price is going down and disappear during upswings. Either they are pure trolls only interested in annoying people or they are secretly buying when they are trolling he most.

Yeah I believe they can be split up into two kinds of people: Those who only denounce Bitcoin and get something out of simply doing that, and those who try to influence the price, go short, and also reassure themselves that they did the right thing shorting.

In fact, they want to get their so-called "emotions" satisfied by either thinking that they are doing it right or by asking people to do it the wrong way. Wink
74  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Multiple wallets on: March 17, 2015, 01:38:49 PM
If you are to use them for gambling or such related purposes, then "yes", it would be a great idea to have several bitcoin addresses to divide and store them in small pieces (and instead make paper wallets and get them out), so that you might be able to overcome your "greed" if it ever becomes a hurdle in hodling your coins, not waiting and throwing them towards wrong side and getting nothing out of it. Gave this advice to not let you put all your balls in their court for them to run away with your BTC.
75  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Wallet Starting Issue on: March 17, 2015, 01:28:33 PM
Try GreenAddress too as well. You can send and receive Bitcoins there without much hustle.

The best feature why I like it for:
"Send money to a friend on Facebook, a follower on Twitter or to a colleague's email or mobile number."
76  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 17, 2015, 01:19:01 PM
Is it only me, or have we had extreme non-volatility the last ca 24 hours?

Non-volatility or we should call it as "Stability"?
While knowing there won't be any much movements in the markets, it feels great to not watch the charts all day long just for the sake of price.
77  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is signature campaign? on: March 16, 2015, 11:08:18 AM
In a signature campaign, you are given a code by the advertising company to put in to your profile and let them get the exposure, their rent your signature space and on other side, give you rewards for it.

But it is not just limited to that, you are given some limits in order to make posts and give them the exposure they want to get your rewards. And as discussed above, you need to possess higher member level in order to earn better with these signature camps.
78  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sub $200 by Tomorrow on: March 11, 2015, 05:52:38 PM
So a new account with 1 post calls us all "bull-tards" and "bag holders", confidently tells us the future price then disappears. lol

Thanks for the warning.  Roll Eyes

He obviously was not to confident to begin with creating a new account probably a high rank account he chose to not tarnish with such predictions  Cheesy

He wrote  "because no one bought&hold big amount of bitcoins when bitcoin crashed from $700 to $300 when there were 10,000,000 bitcoins dumped on market" Where did you get your stats from dude?

I will leave questions for 'if' you return anytime, chances are you will be back in a month if by some terrible luck we went sub 200 so until sub200

see ya  Grin

True. Still think why people are even wasting their time posting here, I think the Mods should lock this thread as the "newbie" OP ran away as the prices are back to normal.

80  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin arbitrage released on GitHub ~2% monthly return on: March 11, 2015, 05:47:03 PM
Don't know much about C++ language, but all I can say is, I might try this out with a few bucks.
You said 2% return with USD 2k exposure, so can't I try this out with some less amounts just to check out, only want to make a check with some play money (I mean what I can afford to lose). Wink
